Matt Loftus is one of the most honest and trustworthy attorneys I have done business with. He is highly knowledgable in several areas and if he doesn't know the answer to one of my questions he finds one thru a colleague or by other means of measure. He always returns my calls or e-mails in a timely fashion(usually less than 24 hours) and is reasonable with his rates. He is one of the few attorneys in this area that actually cares about the results he brings to each case rather than how much money he can collect from you. -- Annie

I can’t say enough about Atty. Loftus. I’m a retired paralegal who has dealt with many lawyers, and can honestly say that a majority of them have issues with returning calls, overbilling, and being lax in handing cases. Expecting that I would have to deal with this when the need arose to hire an attorney for a personal legal matter that I couldn’t handle on my own, I was truly surprised to find that Atty. Loftus strived to be the exact opposite. He returned my calls in a timely manner, was straight up with me on how he intended to work on my case, and completed it with a favorable outcome. I received timely updates throughout my case, and he was also very reasonable with his attorney’s fees. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Linda is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She was very persistent about checking the footprint of the property during inspection and thank goodness as the deed of record was incorrect and needed to be amended. She kept everything else in check and is very responsive whatever the time of day. It is obvious that Linda enjoys her work, but more importantly it is clear that she takes great pride in doing things to the very best of her ability. She demonstrates great integrity and is very much in control of any situation. Representation for my divorce was handed over to Robyn Musi with my consent although truthfully, I was reluctant to do so. Jeanne represented me in a high complex child support case. I been working with Jeanne since 2012 and I was very very satisfied with the outcome of things. She looked out for me and made sure things turned out the way I wanted and also the best interest for my son. Things that I did not understand about my case I was able to reach out to Jeanne and she got back to me quickly and with great advice. Jeanne was much more than a lawyer to me sending me cards for the holidays and just to thank me, letting me know that she cares. Her prices are reasonable for the excellent work she does in the court room, and I would definitely recommend her in a heart beat.

Jeanne was the counselor for my divorce from start to finish spanning 3 & 1/2 years. She represented me during multiple court dates and legal actions. I never felt that she advised me to take any unnecessary or adversarial legal actions throughout my divorce. But she does respond appropriately to aggressive actions taken by other parties. Because Jeanne specializes in family law, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects. I have not found this to be the case with attorneys who do not specialize in one area. Her fees are reasonable for the profession.

Ms. Lenahan is very professional and punctual. I called her on a legal issue I was having. She called me back within an hour and gave me great advice on how to move forward. She could of said I am your best bet to go forward. But she didn't, She did what was in my best interest. Again she could of had me hire her,but, because In my particular situation she didn't think it was necessary yet, She didn't think it was smart move. What I'm trying to say is she is super honest. If you want an honest, punctual lawyer your in the right place. And she told me she practices in a few areas and if I need her for other things she is there. Thanks Ms. Lenahan.

Mark has been an incredible lawyer. He always puts my kids first; when I am not sure what is best for them, he gently spells out the probable outcomes of all of the choices in front of me and almost always comes up with one or two others that I did not see. Mark gives me all the information I need to make decisions and points me in the direction he believes will be best, but he always makes sure to tell me that all decisions are mine to make in the end. One of my favorite things about Mark is that he urges me to grow in my dealings with court and with my ex. For example, he recently saved me over $600 by convincing me that I could successfully argue my case in front of the master without him. Obviously, this is in my best interest, not his. This is just one example of why Mark rates so high on the scale of trustworthiness. I would recommend Mark without hesitation. In fact, I would say that you would be foolish to choose another attorney.

If you have a divorce or custody situation, you MUST retain this guy. I had two very bad experiences with family law attorneys (had never hired one before) and Joe completely turned my case around. He is very aggressive in court, promptly returns your calls and emails and somehow does all of this stuff while still being FUNNY and making you actually like hearing from your divorce lawyer!!!

I always had a negative view of attorneys. When I retained Pollock Begg and Joe became my lawyer, I realized that there are attorneys who will respond to your calls, address your concerns and be an aggressive advocate on your behalf. I needed an attorney for a divorce proceeding and several years later, a child custody issue. Ms. Newman was very generous with her time in explaining to me the various steps that needed to be taken and in keeping me informed as to the progress of my legal issues. She was easily accessable by phone for a quick question, or if she was out of the office, she always returned calls promptly. Although my divorce took longer than I would have liked due to my ex-husband's refusal to cooperate in any way, Ms. Newman kept things moving forward. When issues cropped up after the divorce was finalized, she continued to be accessable and supportive as needed. Some years later, an emergency child custody issue arose. I again contacted Amy, and she immediately got the issue resolved in court. She is very well versed in all areas of family law, including adoptions. I have referred both family and friends to her as needed and will continue to do so.

When I had my second DUI, Mr.Martini was very helpful. He got me the lowest penalty. I did no jail time for my second offense but I was on house arrest for 10 days, had to take classes (wasn't too bad), 80 hours community service, and . This was not bad considering the many people I talked to during my community service either had to do some amount of time in jail for a second DUI offense or they had house arrest for 30-60 days, some even had both. I managed not to drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth risking the lives of others besides a lot of money I had to put out.
