Representation for my divorce was handed over to Robyn Musi with my consent although truthfully, I was reluctant to do so. My original lawyer is one of the founding partners of the firm, well established, very knowledgeable, well known and well versed in the laws and court procedures. Robyn is the penultimate divorce attorney. She's sharp, insightful, logical, and reasonable, utilizing diplomacy when appropriate and proactive litigation when bargaining options have been exhausted. Her fees were never inflated or over-billed (in stark contrast to my experience with 2 previous divorce attorneys). I always considered her a partner who understood my unique custody and financial concerns and used her expertise to protect my children, career and personal situation in all of our legal interactions. She argued favorable rulings and negotiated difficult and complex agreements for me, in 2 separate cases, always with compassion and level-headed consideration. Jeanne represented me in a high complex child support case. I been working with Jeanne since 2012 and I was very very satisfied with the outcome of things. She looked out for me and made sure things turned out the way I wanted and also the best interest for my son. Things that I did not understand about my case I was able to reach out to Jeanne and she got back to me quickly and with great advice. Jeanne was much more than a lawyer to me sending me cards for the holidays and just to thank me, letting me know that she cares. Jeanne was the counselor for my divorce from start to finish spanning 3 & 1/2 years. She represented me during multiple court dates and legal actions. I never felt that she advised me to take any unnecessary or adversarial legal actions throughout my divorce. But she does respond appropriately to aggressive actions taken by other parties. Because Jeanne specializes in family law, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects. I have not found this to be the case with attorneys who do not specialize in one area. Her fees are reasonable for the profession.

I hired Rebecca as my divorce attorney this year. My husband made the decision to leave our marriage and our two teenage sons and I needed to protect myself and my children. I knew that I wanted to make sure things didn't get ugly but also needed someone to stand up for my boys and I . Rebecca was the perfect choice. She listened to me and how I wanted to proceed with custody as well as division of assets etc. Communication with Rebecca and her assistant were spot on and I never felt lost or in the dark. Although divorce is a painful process , Rebecca ensured that I was good with all the proceedings. Ms. Lenahan is very professional and punctual. I called her on a legal issue I was having. She called me back within an hour and gave me great advice on how to move forward. She could of said I am your best bet to go forward. But she didn't, She did what was in my best interest. Again she could of had me hire her,but, because In my particular situation she didn't think it was necessary yet, She didn't think it was smart move. What I'm trying to say is she is super honest. Mark has been an incredible lawyer. He always puts my kids first; when I am not sure what is best for them, he gently spells out the probable outcomes of all of the choices in front of me and almost always comes up with one or two others that I did not see. Mark gives me all the information I need to make decisions and points me in the direction he believes will be best, but he always makes sure to tell me that all decisions are mine to make in the end. One of my favorite things about Mark is that he urges me to grow in my dealings with court and with my ex. For example, he recently saved me over $600 by convincing me that I could successfully argue my case in front of the master without him. Obviously, this is in my best interest, not his. This is just one example of why Mark rates so high on the scale of trustworthiness. I would recommend Mark without hesitation. In fact, I would say that you would be foolish to choose another attorney.

If you have a divorce or custody situation, you MUST retain this guy. I had two very bad experiences with family law attorneys (had never hired one before) and Joe completely turned my case around. When I retained Pollock Begg and Joe became my lawyer, I realized that there are attorneys who will respond to your calls, address your concerns and be an aggressive advocate on your behalf. I needed an attorney for a divorce proceeding and several years later, a child custody issue. Ms. Newman was very generous with her time in explaining to me the various steps that needed to be taken and in keeping me informed as to the progress of my legal issues. She was easily accessable by phone for a quick question, or if she was out of the office, she always returned calls promptly. Although my divorce took longer than I would have liked due to my ex-husband's refusal to cooperate in any way, Ms. Newman kept things moving forward. When issues cropped up after the divorce was finalized, she continued to be accessable and supportive as needed. Some years later, an emergency child custody issue arose. I again contacted Amy, and she immediately got the issue resolved in court. She is very well versed in all areas of family law, including adoptions. I have referred both family and friends to her as needed and will continue to do so.

Denise (Luz) Negron-Bennett made all the difference to me in the way she handled my divorce case. She answered every question I had along the way, and took the initiative to research relevant case law to put my mind at ease more times than I like to remember. I hired Denise for what should have been a much simpler divorce process, since my husband and I had no children together and the asset division seemed pretty straightforward. Yet when my husband made things difficult, Denise did everything to both counter his -- and his lawyer's -- games, and to protect me proactively re: assets, property access and distribution, anticipating court actions, and strategizing for my case. A warm and caring person by nature, Denise showed great compassion to me during what turned out to be a much more complex legal process than I had expected. She asked the right questions and knew when to stand her ground — even with me when I could not, at times, accept the reality of my own case or the ambiguity of some aspects of PA divorce law. Denise was beyond fair with her hourly pricing, and her office's physical location directly across from the courthouse in Norristown made filing and court appearances a much less costly process for me. As an advocate, Denise was there for me and I can honestly say that I would not have been able to go through the unexpected complications of my case without her.

When I had my second DUI, Mr.Martini was very helpful. He got me the lowest penalty. I did no jail time for my second offense but I was on house arrest for 10 days, had to take classes (wasn't too bad), 80 hours community service, and . This was not bad considering the many people I talked to during my community service either had to do some amount of time in jail for a second DUI offense or they had house arrest for 30-60 days, some even had both. I managed not to drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth risking the lives of others besides a lot of money I had to put out.

Hiring Tiffany was one of the best decisions I made during my custody battle. She is very knowledgeable in her field and had plenty of great suggestions for me along the way. Any question I had I would just send her an email and she responded very quickly with an answer. She is very organized and on task and an extremely nice person. She always told me when she thought what I wanted was plausible and when she thought that I might not have much of a leg to stand on. This was all new to me so I went with what she thought and I do not regret it. Everything I originally wanted in my custody agreement I was granted and I could not be happier. My husband and I have used this lawyer from 2003 til the present. We will no longer be needing his assistance with the custody case since the adoption papers are being filed. We have given his information out and have informed that I have seen other lawyers and he is the ONLY one I feel comfortable and confident in! Pat is an excellent attorney to work with as a client. She is very realistic about what the "end game" is going to look like from the start and communicates that to the client. She builds a strategy for getting to that end game with the client from the initial consult, encourages proactive disclosure and negotiations to facilitate that legal strategy and refuses to let emotional responses or motions from opposing counsel get in the way of getting to that goal with her client. She is a worthy litigator who knows the court and works hard in her client's interest, again focused on the pathway to the end game discussed in those initial consults. She also was able to make adjustments on the fly as required to keep the case moving efficiently. Most importantly, Pat was able to explain the process both overall and at each step along the way in a way that helped me understand how the puzzle would come together, the variances introduced by each judge involved, and helped me remain confident that we were progressing to a workable conclusion. Finally, she never used her position as my counsel to increase my anxiety about the divorce and the actions of my ex spouse or her attorney, rather she always dampened those emotions and kept me focused on constuctively ending the failed marriage in the best interests of me and my children.
