See the other 1 start reviews as they are extremely accurate. She is horrible with communication and will do nothing you ask of her. If and when she actually does communicate she will send a single email so she can say she did her job only to then never respond. You will hire a new lawyer and see that she has sent half of the emails she claims to have sent to the opposing counsel, even though your invoice showed more. Your new lawyer will end up receiving notice that you rejected something from opposing counsel that she never notified you of to begin with. She will do the bare minimum and when you call her out, she will just throw a tantrum like a five year old causing further problems for your case. Do not work with her unless you want to be mis-represented and waste your money.

I hired Abigail in January 2023 to handle my divorce. I was told that, given the circumstances, it would be a fairly simple process and anticipated it would be completed within 90 to 120 days. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I often found myself trying to contact her for weeks without receiving a direct answer about the status of my case. Abby frequently excused the delays by claiming it was because I wanted to minimize costs. While it’s true I was mindful of expenses—as a single mother of three working two jobs—I still expected the work to be completed efficiently.
Abruptly, at the end of October, Abby informed me that she was “winding down the divorce portion” of her practice and told me I needed to find new counsel. By this point, she had depleted my retainer and most of my additional payments, leaving me with no choice but to spend more money on hiring new counsel.
When my new attorney reviewed my case, they found that Abby had done nothing but file the initial complaint during the entire time she represented me. Furthermore, Abby had “highly” recommended I accept the support amount offered, even though it was lower than appropriate. She had advised me to request APL (Alimony Pendente Lite) but failed to mention that accepting the proposed support amount would reduce payments due to the assumption that the children’s father would have custody 35% of the time. This was despite me explicitly telling her that he had no interest in being involved with the children.
Abby not only severely misrepresented me but also left me in an unethical and difficult position, forcing me to scramble to find the funds to hire new counsel.

Attorney Franko was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring during the events of my case. I had previously hired an experienced attorney from a well-known area firm, and had I continued to retain his services over Attorney Franko's, not only would I have lost financial compensation, I would have incurred increased bodily damage from a misdiagnosed spinal injury that he discouraged a second opinion on. Attorney Franko doesn't over promise compensation, but he also works his hardest to reach the best possible outcome for his clients. I was, and continue to be, treated with respect and kindness. As my own experience attests, Marie gave me comfort and confidence in the ultimate outcome in my case. She did this by exhibiting a deep grasp of the legal issues at hand, confidence and poise in the courtroom, and sensitivity to my own feelings regarding my case.
The custody dispute I was in was extremely contentious and there was a great deal of uncertainty regarding whether I could achieve the goals I had intended regarding how the relationship with my children would be structured. We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her. Aimee also helped us in preparing our wills so that all our childern, both natural and adopted, would be equitably taken care of when we died. She also helped in setting up the legal and medical care of my wife's physically and mentally challenged younger brother. I have struggled with finding the right attorney for years hired 3 others before I found Mr. Thomas. He got me my divorce in under a year! This was no easy task my ex had his brother defending him so he had the luxury of no attorney fees and I have 3 children. I was always getting threatened by the other party to take my money , but Bruce was there there to let them know they had no grounds and I felt like I had someone on my side for the first time. Divorce is not any easy thing but having an attorney like Bruce made a little bit better. I am also using his services for child custody and again he is doing an excellent job of making sure my child’s welfare is being protected.

I was charged with a DUI and looking at a record and possible jail time. Mr. Thomas was able to step in with only one day to prepare, discover evidence, and represent me in court. I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house. Jeanne was the counselor for my divorce from start to finish spanning 3 & 1/2 years. She represented me during multiple court dates and legal actions. I never felt that she advised me to take any unnecessary or adversarial legal actions throughout my divorce. But she does respond appropriately to aggressive actions taken by other parties.
