Thank you so much! Your hard work, dedication, strategy, communication and planning made it possible for me to be granted primary custodial parent for my children.
Mr Turner and Edith were in constant contact with me. Never left me in the dark of what direction we may take. Advice was always suggested and always smart.
The hard work showed and paid off on December 20th 2024 when I was walking out of court in disbelief. "I am now the primary custodial parent". Mr Turner shook my hand and gave me the greatest Christmas present I could have ever imagined or asked for.

I would never wish a divorce or child custody case on anyone. It is one of the most mental exhausting and emotionally draining things a parent can experience. I spent a good deal of time researching lawyers and having consultations meetings to find the best fit for me. I chose Randy because he was the only one that shot me straight. He laid out how things would go and never gave me false hope. He was the best decision I could’ve made for my case. As a dad it often feels like we get the raw end of the deal when it comes to child custody. In my case it was the exact opposite. Randy advised me the whole way, and it worked out better than I could’ve hoped for. His paralegal Amanda was always available to answer questions and help guide me through the process. Randy Mora is an amazing attorney! You wont find a more honest and better attorney in Texas or in San Antonio. I don't say that loosely. He was great in helping with my divorce case. I first met with Mr. Gordon in 2015. He was quick to return my calls, spoke to me with such ease and struck me as a very kind and approachable person. His staff was efficient and always courteous. I hired him and he took care of things just as he said he would and for the amount he quoted me. A couple years later I reached out to him regarding a misdemeanor issue with my son, he not only called me back after I texted him, he counseled me at no charge. He's like an Angel on my shoulder.

As someone who loves and supports a family member going through such a difficult time, I experienced firsthand the emotional toll these situations can take. We often become the ones helping carry the burdens created by the breakdown of a family.

I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. If you're reading this and feel as though you have gotten to the point where divorce is now your only option, know that you will be fully taken care of by Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC.

My sister and I engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after my 6 year old niece was placed under a 30-day safety plan while my sister underwent alcohol detox and therapy. This was our first interaction with CPS. We used employer-provided services rather than the onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move my niece into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. My niece returned home after 30 days, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.

Mr. Unger went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and taken care of in an otherwise very uncomfortable situation. He did everything he told me he was going to do, for the amount he told me he would do it for....and returned the balance of my retainer that wasn't used. More than once he spent time on my case with me that he didn't charge for. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again should the need arise. I genuinely felt he cared about me and my situation.

Unger Law Firm did an amazing job on my case in achieving the best possible outcome. The case was a bit confuse and complicated, being that it was officially established in the State of Florida and re-opened in Texas. There was a lot of back and forth between my previous case/attorney and the new situation, but that shows as well how much attention to detail and wanting to make sure all bases were analyzed by the Law Firm. From the very beginning, Unger Law Firm would ask a lot of questions and was really digging into the situation, even I was surprised how much information they wanted from me since even before the original case in Florida occurred. Hiring attorneys in general regardless of the case can be stressful mentally, physically, and for sure financially. Unger Law Firm gave me the satisfaction and tranquility that financially the investment was more than worth it. The Unger Law Firm is very passionate in their work and are there for you all the way, a lot of input is also required from oneself, because at the end of the day it is our lives and whatever the outcome is will affect us, so it is strongly a team effort. Personally, the outcome was not 100% what we would of desire, but analytically speaking, it was really the best outcome given the situation. I hired them for an uncontested divorce. Even though this is a "simpler" process, getting a divorce is still stressful. Rachel provided me with support and encouragement through the most difficult time of my life. My divorce was a nightmare & she was there to walk me through it spending the necessary time on the phone or in person that I needed. She gave it to me straight and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, she was honest and up front and I appreciated that very much! I highly recommend Rachel Reuter as a family and child custody attorney. After a yearlong nightmare with another attorney and difficult divorce/custody case, I’m so thankful I have Rachel on my team. My past struggles included: enforcement, numerous false CPS allegations, and a lengthy home study. Rachel was able to remedy the situations immediately. She is extremely proactive, takes the initiative, and does her best to ensure that my custody is enforced. She and her team eagerly took on my case and aggressively got my children back in my life. She is on point with her communication and always does her own research. I believe she is very fair with her billing practices. I retained Mrs. Reuter after a friend of mine highly recommended her. I must admit at first I was a little skeptical since I had to fire my first attorney after spending $4000 for one day in court. To my surprise that all changed. After only spending ten minutes with Rachel I knew she was the lawyer I needed in my corner. Rachel is a compassionate and highly skilled attorney who is currently assisting me through a very traumatic divorce. My divorce was very complicated due to my ex husband unwilling to be fair in any aspect you can imagine. She is very patient and has not given up on my case, even when I felt like just giving it all up to my ex-husband. Rachel has not only played the attorney role but has also been there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. She reassured my everything would be ok and she had no intentions on letting up on my case despite all that has gone on.

Kurt and his daughter Isabella were so nice and did so much for my husband and I. I contacted him on the weekend and left a message and he quickly called me back and worked on my case right away. We were hit by a hit and run and Kurt and his team were able to figure out by police reports who actually hit us, contacted the women's insurance, and was able to get us taken care of. We were put in such a bind and now we have been able to get ourselves out of debt and get right again. My husband is still awaiting he's settlement but it hasn't been long whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Jennifer Locke did the worst job representing me. There was very little communication with her during the process and when she did contact me she was yelling at me. She told me she couldn’t request items like split costs for extracurricular, life insurance, college funds, etc. She told me I couldn’t request to put in MSA yo have contact with grandparents after death. She pushed me to drop all 2 yrs of back pay and give in to extended visitation. And refused to fight for medical and psych custody, even though my ex hadn’t been in my kids lives for 2 years. It has been 2 years and I have learned from other attorneys what she did was so wrong. She just wanted the money with no work to represent me. She once put me on hold and didn’t realize I could hear her conversation with my ex’s lawyer and she was acting as if they were friends. I was told I would receive an official copy of my decree and I never received it. Only an email copy. Please please stay away.

I wish I could say nice and positive things about Ms.Locke and her paralegal Alisha. My whole experience was waiting for answers, direction and disappointment. Always conflicting and misleading information. I never felt secure in the information I was given and when meditation came it was more of a reunion and when time came to talk about my needs it was "standard" for mom and dad to have this and that rather than looking at the best interest of the child as they kept stating and his special needs. In the end I was not fully happy with what I got and felt as if I was more of a payment check for them and went to the next.
I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to this law firm.

My ex-wife gave me an extremely contentious divorce through constant harassment, stalking, false allegations, false police reports and defamation.
