David is very knowledgeable and nice. We had a customer who had conflicts with the available closing dates, and the only date that they are free to sign the closing document was on a Saturday. I felt very rude to try to ask David if he could accommodate, because I am afraid none of the escrow officer would like to work on their weekend, but David did. He is actually the one who values the customer service like me and will be willing to do everything to close the deal and make the deal done. My customers also gave me feedbacks that he was very nice and gave clear instructions to them for them to prepare for a smooth, easy, and punctual closing. Highly recommend!

I initially began the process with a different firm. After many months, various factors made it clear that I would need new representation. Calling Walters and Gilbreath for guidance was the best decision that I could have made. I’m on a limited budget but I would have ultimately saved money by just calling them to begin with. Logan Kilgore joined our team towards the end of multi-year custody case and brought a refreshing positivity in an otherwise draining situation. Logan swiftly appraised herself of the case and I immediately felt secure not only with her professionalism but more significantly in her level of care. Throughout the case Logan listened to my concerns, stayed focused on the child’s best interests, and used all resources available to accurately convey those concerns during a temporary order hearing and during a week-long jury trial. At trial, I was humbled by Logan’s ability to manage exhibits, coordinate and examine witnesses, and communicate with all involved parties. Further, she was able to accurately recall specific details of the case and then pull factual evidence from the exhibits to directly disprove statements made by witnesses or opposing counsel in a manner that still conveyed empathy to the other parent. I had the pleasure of being represented by Walter Schouten. Ironically, he was referred to me by an attorney that I consulted with. I was told to call Walter because he is very knowledgeable and he's an outstanding trial lawyer. Walter took on my case and he was assisted by an amazing paralegal in Vanessa Enciso. This dynamic duo believed that they could help my situation in securing me a new trial for a custody case. They went to work immediately. This was 2 weeks after I lost at trial while being represented by a different firm.
Long story long...Walter was able to get me a new trial, and he was able to get the judge to change her previous ruling. I am now the custodial parent of my 7 year old son.
I have to admit that even if I wasn't awarded custodial rights, I was more than satisfied with the representation and would have been able to live with the ruling a lot easier. Knowing that I was being properly represented was huge for me. Especially since the previous firm I hired for this case was absolutely terrible.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I had a very difficult case. I arrived as a child and unfortunately a voluntary departure paper was signed on my behalf. Many lawyers told me I could not fix my status because of it unless the laws changed, but Mr. De Lara was able to open my case got the voluntary departure dismissed and I am now a permanent resident after 26 years of being in the USA. Beyond grateful for Mr. De Lara and his team! Highly recommend his services.
