I cannot say enough good things about Clepper Harrison & Duffy PLLC. From start to finish, I experienced the upmost professionalism and compassion. I ended every interaction with confidence and certainty. At the end of every call, Chanda and I both had clear expectations on what to do next--I had my tasks, she had hers, and every time we followed up, we were on the same page. She and her team are highly prepared, proficient, prompt, and consistent. I appreciated that the billing information was explained so well that I never felt like I had to wonder how much things were going to cost. I was billed on the 1st and the 15th of every month, and I personally loved that consistency. Although I have never worked with attorneys before, my personal opinion was that their fees were extremely fair and honest. Each bill had a running record of every item they completed, with times, dates, and explanations. I loved their practicality of providing phone calls and zoom calls, rather than meeting in person. My whole divorce was handled over phone calls/zooms and I never had to step foot into a court room. Although everyone's experience is different, I was able to complete an amicable, uncontested divorce that was finalized in just over 60 days. Without the help of Chanda and her team, there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own. I was very pleased with my outcome, which is astounding that I am even writing this sentence, because I am a person who never thought divorce was an option. Jimmy Brymer was able to take on my case quickly and see it through to desired resolution. It involved a very fractious and complicated family dispute. He was able to bring both sides together and even hold escrow for the 'opposition', showing what faith we could place in him. He had good advice for moving this matter along and was amenable to our needs and constant changes, reworking documents to everyone's satisfaction. Besides his calm manner, what was most remarkable was how readily accessible he was by phone, text and email with quick responses and meetings.
Additionally, he has a terrific staff, friendly and providing assistance in any way needed. We as a family could not have succeeded with this issue without him.

I am very happy with the results of my case handled by attorney Shaina Weisberg. She was very empathetic, caring, and helpful. She listened to my concerns and quickly responded to my questions. She reviewed the work of the previous attorneys and prepared an action plan. She shared her plans and took action to implement them. My experience with attorneys has not always been good. In going through my divorce I had to fire my first attorney because she failed to meet deadlines and didn't have the acuity to grasp the intricacies of my case. My case was complex, involved the control of a business and we were facing unscrupulous opposition who had no problem perjuring themselves multiple times.
Once I hired Ben things changed. Billing was honest and reasonable. Ben handled himself well in multiple hearings against a barrage of misinformation.
I wish Ben had been the first attorney I hired. It would have saved me a lot of money. Ben was able to grasp the right legal argument at the right time in order show the judge the information and the precedents that would guide his decisions.
My divorce is now final. I kept control of the business and reached an acceptable settlement. The settlement became possible only because opposing counsel was not successful in selling their position to the judge.
Opposing counsel told my X to settle because she wasn't going to trial. It was a long drawn out process because what opposing counsel was asking for was not reasonable and they were distorting the facts.
Part of opposing counsels strategy was to cause me so much financial pain I would pay anything to stop the bleeding. It was only through Ben's competence and integrity that I was able to survive the process.
I give Ben my highest recommendation that is backed up with the war stories to prove his legal skills.

I hired them for my divorce. I worked with them for almost 1.5 years and they didn't know that the biggest reimbursement claim I had wasn't valid until the opposing attorney educated them on the law. Further, I got charged for responding to emails they sent me. They make sure everyone in the office touches your file so each individual can bill you. They are expensive and incompetent. I spent almost $70,000 just to fire them before the final decree. They wanted $5000 to finish the divorce. I got it done by a competent attorney for $1000. Divorce is hard and it drains you on so many levels. Do yourself a favor and find a competent attorney that is reasonable priced. These ladies aren't it. They made a bad situation even worse.

Dear Jennifer and the Martinez Legal Team,
I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done. While mediation did not prove to be ideal, you helped ensure that my youngest son will be able to continue the one activity he is enthusiastic about and that I didn't get stuck with my ex-wife's debt. It brings a lot of solace that my youngest son does have financial support to pursue his karate passion throughout his childhood if he desires to do so. While I wish she would have wanted to support our son's interest simply because it is his interest instead of using it as a bargaining tool, we got close to what she owed me in a way that protects my son and an activity that brings him joy and increased self-confidence, which is far more important to me. You also helped me understand what was and was not worth fighting based off of what our judge would likely rule. This helped me accept the situation and allowed us to reach an agreement and not drag on the divorce process another three months.
I am sure no divorce process is ever easy. I also know that family law attorneys (or attorneys in general) don't have the best reputation, but you are the type of person who should be doing what you are doing and should not be lumped in with the negative opinion of lawyers. From what I have seen you are in this profession for the right reasons and you look to do what is right within the confines of the laws and the judged you work with.

I had a cps case and was about to lose my children to the state, the worst feeling I ever had !!! Janeen told me what I needed to do and was HONEST regardless of how blunt she had to be. I loved it, she did not sugar coat anything, she told me how it was. So if you can't take bluntness and accept you're the one that made the mistakes that would be the only reason I would say look elsewhere. BUT if you want your cps case taken care this IS THE WOMAN PERIOD !!!!!!!!! She actually cares about you and your FAMILY. And she was my court appointed lawyer. After the case was dismissed she told me if cps shows up for any reason DO NOT let them in, shut the door and call her immediately and she would take care of MY FAMILY and I. A WONDERFUL WOMEN. This IS THE 1 AND ONLY WOMAN I WOULD RECOMMEND.
