I cannot express how utterly grateful I am for Miss Bianca Medina. Not just Bianca but her absolutely wonderful team of women in that office. I never had a question unanswered. I cant recommend her enough. She is the 6th laywer I have used and she was so much better than the others. My case had stalled for 14 months. She came in and got things moving in a week and I won custody of my daughter in 8 months out of court. She is extremely sharp was on top of all the details. The whole Schneider firm was far above the others I have dealt with.

This woman is vile and disgusting. She failed to listen to any of my children’s concerns when she was an amicus. My ex was in jail for assault, abused my children, had a DUI and she recommended that i have supervised visitation. I had no more money to fight my husband and my kids who only want to be with me are going to be forever messed up emotionally. I’m sure this woman is not a mother - and hope to God she never is. IMO she was definitely getting something on the side from my rich ex who I have recorded messages that “money is no object” to go against me. So so sad

Palmer was my divorce lawyer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Beware: don't be fooled by the good reviews like I was - it must be family and friends.
My divorce was uncontested, my ex and I agreed upon everything. The total process cost $7000 which is more than other firms.
At one point, I reached out to Dana Palmer to voice that my lawyer was not meeting my expectations for communication. He quickly jumped on a call to tell me how I had no reason to complain and they were way better than industry standards.
The next day my assigned lawyer was fired. Coincidence?
I had approved the final divorce decree, and it was sent to opposing council to sign. The opposing counsel made amendments to the final divorce decree, and sent back. Palmer law group did not notice the opposing council's changes, and neither did I. Due to the lack of attention to detail by myself and Palmer law group, I lost ownership of property that I did not intend to.
I also think it's a huge red flag that a lot of the negative reviews of this law group are commented on by the law group stating their side of the story. A law firm should be more professional with how they address client's negative experiences instead of gaslighting.

Mr.Daniel I remember when I called him on a Saturday, he answered the phone listen to my situation. I knew then he was extremely concerned. Carolyn is an excellent lawyer! She was a steady guide during what was a very difficult divorce. When I had questions and concerns she took time to address them with me and made sure I fully understood each step of the process. She was reassuring, confident, and patient, which really helped me feel like I was in good hands. Most importantly she was willing to fight when necessary but also wise to counsel when compromise and mediation were the best avenue. When things were dragging on the opposing side, she kept them moving! And I felt the billing was clear and fair. I initially chose JP Law Office for my divorce case based on their reputation and the promising start I experienced. Nicolette was approachable, proactive, and seemed genuinely committed to guiding me through this challenging time. In the beginning, I felt confident that I was in good hands. Their close attention to detail and prompt responses gave me hope that my case would be handled with the utmost professionalism.
However, as the case progressed, I began to notice a concerning shift. What started as a proactive and client-focused approach gradually turned into a frustrating experience. Communication became less frequent, and important aspects of my case seemed to be overlooked or delayed.Instead we were wasting hours in not so important details. It became increasingly clear that the level of care and diligence I initially received was no longer a priority. They were managing different cases but also mine and they had no incentives to spend the hours in the relevant and important details.
Unfortunately, this decline in service had significant consequences. Not only did it lead to unnecessary delays, but it also resulted in considerable financial strain and a disastrous sentence. I had expected a higher standard of service, especially considering the costs involved. Instead, I was left feeling that my resources were wasted, with little to show for the time and money invested.

First of all, I am embarrassed to say how much money was spent for nothing, had no idea what I was doing and like an idiot I trusted Cannon law to actually help me after filing.
Cannon law took advantage of my depression and fear of losing my daughter, I can't believe these people are in charge of family law. Luckily I was able to fire Yoka in time before my verbal decree expired after being ignored for a month.
That's right, ignored. Don't believe these fake reviews. Magically the final bill after firing Yoka totaled the amount of my savings account. Cannon law is a billing company, they pretend to do back and forth and then send ridiculous bills. Instead of being emotional I will just state facts below.
- If you notice multiple filings being created and nothing done to stop it, fire them immediately.
- If a month of silence goes by with no update then a huge bill comes in showing back and forth with no progress, fire them.
- A restraining order was filed without my permission, I found out 3 months later after the serving. My ex thought I did this. The entire family pooled there money together to outfund me.
- Yoka filied a interim fees to help me but then made a deal with the other lawyer and passed without my permission.
- Cannon law hired an home appraiser James Hammond, he compared my 2200 square ft house to 3k square ft houses in a different subdivision increasing my debt. Making me owe more to my ex.
- I cc Lennea and should could care less, no response.
-My verbal decree was spoken into record on May 17th my first redline update was Aug 8th.
-When I started coping everyone in the law firm I didn't get any reply for a month and a half.
-During two different mediations I was told let my daughter move to CA and keep everything or loose everything, nothing was escallated. Yoka said “You are a bear caught in a trap, you can make the money back”
-I was charged man hours for tracing my savings acount, proof of seperate property. To find out later the judge will give to my ex.
-During the second mediation Yoka said “You might as well give me the rest of your savings account because the judge will give it to your ex”

Get Mr Brooks if you want a confident winner, super knowledgeable and who goes over and above for your specific need. I won’t go in detail what he helped me out with but I will say I was more than satisfied. Office staff is top notch and returned my calls even though they are always busy. Who wants a lawyer that’s not busy?

I hired Desaray Muma as my attorney for a child custody case. Desaray has made this process a little easier for me because dealing with a child custody is very hard and stressful and she has guided me through everything and still is, she answers any questions or concerns I may have very quickly. Most lawyers will take all your money and not even care about your case. Desaray is not like that, she always keeps me updated with everything and continues to work hard. I recommend her.

When I was first introduced to Miss Lowry, she seemed nice, waved to me, smiled...thought she was the real deal. Unfortunately, that's where her professionalism ended.
Multiple texts and calls. Almost ZERO response.
When she did respond, vague shallow answers. I barely ever saw this woman, and we did zero work on my case. I tried so hard to be understanding of her schedule but it seriously felt like this woman had some sort of vendetta for me.

Glad you asked! I lost. Lost pretty much everything. House, gone. Car, gone. Money, gone. I wake up most morning thinking:
Anywhere else. I mean, ANYWHERE else. If I had just picked another door to walk into my life would be different.
But I didn't. I mistakenly chose Miss Lowry's world and if you haven't gotten the memo, she is better than everyone else.

Mrs Lowry and her staff were all rude and certainly did not go out of their way to assist me or my husband with our situation. We spent a fair amount of money and both felt like miss Lowry could have cared less about probably one of the biggest issues we’ve had to deal with.
Overall just disappointed with Mrs Lowry and her staff and we will not ever use again.

Chris Lake is not a good attorney in my opinion. He has mentioned his own mother's divorce multiple times and it shows... he clearly supports the mother in divorce cases even if he is representing the father. This happened to me and many other fathers who were represented by Mr. Lake. He is also incapable of taking any criticism or negative feedback in a constructive way and will just try to blame it on you or someone else. Instead of doing what you want he does what he thinks is best. He also stated negstive things against me in court as a way to make me seem humble and that ended up backfiring. Chris of course blamed it on the judge. He needs to realize many many families have now been adversely affected by his interference. You will be remembered Mr. Lake as a unprofessional and incompetent attorney and an unethical person.

If you need a no nonsense attorney, who is on top of her game.....Tempie T. Hutton is who you want. I have spent thousands on "excellent" attorneys for mediocre results. I had to pay hundreds for consults looking for the right attorney. Tempie T. Hutton was straight forward and tough as nails butcompassionate at the same time. I couldn't afford her because my last attorney kept 100% of my retainer for about 3 hours of work and still ended up with a terrible outcome. My ex-wife wanted to modify our order, for more money, again for the 3rd time in 6 years.
Let me tell you Tempie T. Hutton didn't charge me for a consult. Instead she educated me on what the Texas Family Code is and where to find it. She explained to me how to apply the specific code to my situation. I also submitted my evidence to the court as she advised me to. Being armed with the law and how to submit evidence to the court made all the difference in the world. I took this stressful situation on myself and Won!!!! Thank you for all your help!!!!

I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough. Judie Sadler and Rachel Sedita are absolutely top-tier attorneys whose expertise and dedication to their clients set them apart in the legal field.
