Attorney Dixon was very attentive. She explained the process each step of the way. She was fearless in court and when dealing with opposing counsel. I was confident in her ability to handle my case and was very satisfied with the outcome. She is very knowledgeable of military separation laws. The Moses law firm took my case despite having circumstances that weren't really in my favor. Prior to hiring them to represent me, I researched several other firms that handle personal injury cases, but the reviews for Moses law firm convinced me to give them a call. Hired for a family law matter. Should’ve never hired after he failed 3 times to give a proper consultation that didn’t include his own child running around the office while his staff sat & laughed. Lost more than I would’ve representing myself. Communication was horrible, he was late to every appointment, never collected evidence on my case, always has excuses. Knew nothing about my case after having retained him well in advance. Tanked my case the day of court agreeing to what my ex & his lawyer wanted with no regards to anything we’d spoken about. Hadn’t prepared me for court and was trying to get it drawn out even longer. No retainer/attorney-client contract was signed, never given a billing statement as their website says. They only accept cash. He may be good at criminal law but I absolutely do NOT recommend him for family law matters.

Keep an eye on your documents with this firm. They will show you documents with acceptable numbers then after you electronically sign or approve, they will change the numbers on you. (AKA "Bait and switch") Their ability to math is bad. I am so angry and frustrated with this firm I'm having a hard time typing this as my hands are shaking.

One star is too many as far as I’m concerned. Involuntarily used them to close on my home as they work with the lenders I used. Closed on the 15th on a brand new home. I get an email on the 24th saying my homeowners insurance (from my closing funds) wasn’t paid by them. Have emailed and called for a week with no response. Had to call today and pay my homeowners insurance immediately out of pocket ($780) since it was CANCELLED due to no payment. Incompetent, unresponsive.

I did a phone consult and completed all of the paperwork. Was advised that a personal injury lawsuit that had not yet been determined would not need to be included because they were no funds for settlement yet. To me, not knowing the law, that made sense because we're only looking at debt and income and ability to pay at that time. I found out a few years later I was incorrectly advised by attorney Tillman. I have reached out multiple times but she is on leave. Now the settlement is tied up because the bankruptcy has to be reopened which is much more expensive than filing an original bankruptcy. And when I went to court, I was expecting her as she had not said that she was not going to attend . And a young man represented me in court from the office . It wasn't the fact that it was another person, just not that I had been privy to that information . Very disappointed

Good Chinese food. Rice is not given with the dish. You have to order separately. I went on team lunch and it was great experience. The ambience is quiet and clean. Faux monsters plant fill the vicinity of the restaurant so nicely. Food is properly cooked and spice level is exactly as indicated. I like spicy food so i took highest spice level.

When Raimo was appointed to my child support case I spent the entire time leading up to my court date trying to reach her with no success. I tried everything. She DOES NOT respond or return emails, phone calls, millions of voicemails etc.
Red flag #2
When I finally heard from her it was via a text message sent at midnight- which I find completely unprofessional.
With my court date 4 days away, I was feeling desperate and helpless, so I responded immediately, but AGAIN got no response until 2 days before court.
Red flag #3
When I finally spoke to her, I explained my case but she offered no sound advice or options for fighting the case. She seemed uninterested and claimed she was busy with “school.” This interaction left me feeling just as hopeless as before.
Now at this point I should’ve known better and looked elsewhere for help, but she had dragged me and ignored me right up until the weekend before court so I had no time.
Now here I am, waiting to see the judge, and she is nowhere to be found; Ignoring all my calls and texts.
Long story short-
SHE DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP TO COURT!!
TWO DAYS LATER - she sends me a nonchalant text message saying-
“Sorry I missed you. What happened in court?”
She did not even have the decency to give me a call.
Disgustingly unprofessional. I NEVER write reviews but this one was necessary!! This lady should have her license revoked! As a lawyer, clients put their trust in you and you are responsible for their well-being, freedom, representation in the legal system. I’m sorry but this lady is TRASH!

She was my attorney in adultery case two years ago. What she was cared to make money not to win the case. She made very bad mistake with separation date. My ex took the 5th. She asked me to go to Court with her. She said I should feel the cour atmosphere. When we got to court, she immediately introduced me to the judge and put me on the stand being questioned without any preparation. She used me because she was not prepared.He got his fifth. She asked me to give return taxes for five years. What a waste of time it was. I had doubts whether she looked into them.She overcharged me for every meeting and everything she was doing.She was rude,often burst screaming when questioned her actions/approached and threatened to leave the case.She supposed to send certified and regular letters.After three weeks not getting respond from the recipient I asked for receipt with tracking number. She got very angry screaming,if I don’t trust her she can’t defend me anymore.She never send those letters, she lied. For the Deposition most questions I prepared she had no time and asked for.There was the most humiliating time for me.My ex was sarcastic to her the most of the time and lied and she had solid evidence he did.when she started negotiations with his lawyer how much money I have to give back to my ex for spousal support he paid me and for all bills he paid for house. I not supposed to return any money to him, I found out later. I left her after that.

WARNING - DO NOT USE - I don’t normally write reviews but this one I’m doing because I wish someone had told me. I’ve have actually filed a complaint with the VA State Bar. I paid in October 2017 for an easy divorce as we had a prenup. She finally told me in March that I would have my papers in 4 to 6 weeks - the word “guaranteed” was said several times, which stood out because nobody, let alone an attorney, would say that. Now comes August & she finds out we need affidavits. Stating she and the opposing attorney didn’t think they would need them. I don’t know who the opposing attorney is because he didn’t have one. She will call so it shows unknown caller that goes straight to voicemail and will then deny she did that. Still no divorce. Use at your own risk now.

I thought I would have a great experience with this law office, but almost every time I would get in touch with the office, it took forever to have my case worked on. Any action on my case was so delinquent, that I was offered a small refund, which I feel is a great P.R. gesture.
One month ago, I was told "the check is in the mail". I emailed this exact statement recently to the office, and I still have not heard back.
The continuous delays and excuses really turned me off. Very disappointed is an understatement.

She was my attorney for over two years. I really feel I did most of the work and she charged me for it. I was never charged paralegal rates for simple tasks or quick emails, she always charged me her full rate. She and her paralegal were incompetent when it came to navigating basic google drive etc. I had entire drive prepared myself with folders of evidence and information and neither of them could navigate it. Plenty of times she was unprofessional towards me, the opposing counsel and the judge. She often made me feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking questions about my own case or proceedings. On one occasion she called me an hour before our big trial claiming to have "lost" all the documents and requesting I bring all my own copies. She was then late to that trial, annoying the judge. During the trial she let the opposing counsel talk circles around her. It wasn't until I no longer used her services and did the continuing litigation on my own that I started actually getting the results I desired and began avoiding unnecessary or prolonged litigation. If you are searching for a legit attorney who will work FOR YOU I strongly recommend you hire someone other than Rita Ros-Planas.

We went to court for custody. Lisa prepared a thorough case against my children's mother. This custody battle was 4 years in the making. Alison anders commits legal malpractice and is a professional liar. She refused to take me as a client solely on the basis she thinks I'm too poor. She charged me 450 for a 15 minute consultation where she rudely insinuated I have no right to my son. Shes a professional scam artist that uses her career to steal from people. She should be prison.
