Jillian represented me throughout my entire divorce. She advocated, listened and was extremely patient during a time I literally felt crazy. She kept me centered and focused on the facts. Six years following my divorce I re engaged Jillian for a child support modification. In my opinion and personal experience, she uncovered loop holes in the language that potentially only a true expert with her experience could identify saving me time, money and emotional bandwidth in the future.

Jillian assisted me with a divorce/custody case for nearly a year, and I have nothing but praise for her! She is timely in her responses to questions, genuinely cares about her clients, and is extremely knowledgeable in her fields of practice. As a father, I was very cautious in my hiring decision when legal representation became necessary, due to fighting an uphill battle against mother-bias in the Washington State judicial system. Jillian was able to offer me advice, guidance, and expertise in all aspects of my case, constantly giving me hope and confidence that I would not be left with nothing by the court. She never made promises that she could not keep, and was always straightforward and honest with me when dealing with the various scenarios that played out during my case. Jillian is distinctly professional and we didn't miss a single vital deadline during my case thanks to her!
Now about the cost. Honestly, I was put off by it at first. I met with about a dozen attorneys who were both more and less expensive to hire, but you are getting every penny's worth by hiring Jillian. She is truly worth her rate and more, and I couldn't imagine where I would be if I had not invested in her!
In summary, I have nothing but respect for Jillian, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again if my legal needs fell in her realm of practice. She helped me get far beyond what I would have gotten with another lawyer, let alone if I had fought the case by myself. If you are looking for a lawyer who cares about you and your case, and will fight with you until the end, then you should definitely schedule a consultation with her!

Jillian is wonderful! She represented me for over three years; first for a dissolution of marriage, and then for a petition for modification of custody/parenting plan. Her experience, rationality, and focus have produced excellent results. She is exceptional in the courtroom by being well-prepared and very quick on her feet.
I've found Jillian to have great attention to detail and foresight. She often would recall something relevant and useful that I had overlooked. My case was lengthy and complicated. From the beginning she set a clear path and expectations for me. If there were changes during the process she would adjust those expectations and clearly communicate them to me. Jillian and her office have always kept me well informed and quickly responded to my questions and concerns. They’re efficient and trustworthy.
The outcome of my case was better than expected due to Jillian's help. Throughout the process I felt in control and that Jillian was there to help me be successful rather than pushing for quick settlement. She also helped keep me sane with her ability to be straight-forward and empathetic at the same time. I know that she has gone above and beyond what I’d asked of her on several occasions. I would absolutely recommend her!

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Carry and her assistant Michael. She guided me through a confusing, frustrating process, gave fantastic advice, calmed me down when stressful incidents happened and helped keep moving things in my case along. Her knowledge of the legal process was top notch. She knew what reasonable resolutions were that a court would reach and that gave me the confidence to reach an equitable solution in mediation. I hired Mr. Leavitt very last minute to step in and help protect my children. He calmly took all the information and went to work immediately. I was terrified and Eric was very patient in explaining what my options were. After my wife filed for divorce, I had no idea what to expect. Wendy was recommended to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier with the service provided. From the outset, Wendy put my mind at ease and walked me through the process at each and every step.
When comparing the documents prepared by Wendy to the documents prepared by the opposing attorney, I could tell that Wendy was a true professional. The extra time that Wendy put into these documents, as well as the time she spent reviewing with me showed that she cared for the outcome, and had the best interest of myself and my daughters at heart. The outcome from the divorce was way better than I expected, and I have Wendy to thank for that.

Divorces are stressful, emotional, a financial burden and there are legal aspects that just don’t make sense or seem fair. I tried representing myself only to find opposing attorney trying to take advantage of me, that is when I turned to the law office of Wendy Zicht. Although my struggles are not over yet, Katherine got me out of one of the hardest possitions I ever dreamed of finding myself in.
She not only edgucated me on the Law but pulled me out of a corner I put myself in. Without her legal Aid, my voice would have never been properly heard.
I paid another lawyer twice what I paid Katherine just to jepurdise my case.
Let me just say without this Law Firm I may have never had the glimps of hope, I have for my child now. Thank you Katherine!!!
Let me not forget about madeline. She was with me every minute of the whole case. at every hr!!! she was very nice and answered every question I answered!
I had an emergancy, where my childs mother wanted to send a stranger out of no where, across states to transport our child... I sent madaline a Email as I was panicking. Wondering if I had to actually hand my child over to a stranger. She quickly got back to me at night time and said. No, you do not have to give your child to a stranger. Unless the BM is there.
I could not know where I would be without these 2, but if I had to guess. Without their quick thinking and fast preparation. Probably in a way worse place then I am now.

Tresa and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have won for me every time in court. I first retained Tresa in 2021 and my ex has taken me to court at least 1-2 times per year since. Tresa won a contempt case against the mother, but more notably Tresa won a full trial to prevent child relocation. WA state relocation law favors the parent with more residential time and in my case that is the mother. I have a typical EOW and mid-week visit parenting plan. However, Tresa successfully won a full trial and prevented my ex from moving out of state with our child. Other attorneys told me I had a 10% chance to win just due to the law. Nonetheless, Tresa fought hard for me. She is absolutely fantastic and puts your wishes first. She’s extremely knowledgeable about family law and I would recommend her to anyone!

I contacted Monique as she came highly recommended. Within a few minutes she put me at ease and took charge of my legal issue. The case was denied and dismissed completely. In my case that was a perfect outcome. Monique is very competent, personable, full of energy and such a breath of fresh air. If needed, I will use her professional services again. David was a phenomenal advocate for me as I proceeded through my divorce. He considered my interests and preferences, informed me of the law and fought for what was best for me.
On those occasions where the opposing party made threats and seemed poised to derail the process from a reasonable outcome, David successfully "talked me off the ledge" keeping me apprised of my rights and the law's view of the issues in my case.
I most strongly recommend David Starks. I do not feel that I could have had better representation in my case or obtained a better outcome.

I have the displeasure of dealing with legal conflict in my regular professional activities. In the case where David assisted me, it was most personal in nature related to my family situation. I can therefore say, that David is an outstanding and experienced Lawyer as well as wonderful Human being. These characteristics makes him look at cases holistically, which is an extremely rare strength in the legal profession.
I do not have strong enough words to describe how well he guided me both emotionally, tactically and strategically through the process, always with a foresight of what was coming next. The execution of the formal legal process was superb. In addition, he was most helpful when I asked all my pesky questions that were most likely annoying to him - and the dialogue was ongoing even during weekends and during his family obligations in a shockingly timely fashion - I have apologized to his family.
I believe I have made a new friend
Nobody wishes to be in a legal process, especially one related to one's near and dear.
If I ever will be in ANY legal process again, I would do whatever was in my power to have David by my side.

While I thought this would be easy and even considered not hiring an attorney as everything seemed straight forward with no contest, what came to light very early on is that my husband’s attorney was incompetent, reckless and sloppy with his work. While my husband had paid 5x the amount that I was paying, Mary Sakaguchi caught numerous mistakes which would have led to a prolonged divorce process. Her careful eye to detail and attention prevented that from happening and expedited the whole process which actually made me less fearful and the entire process less traumatic. I cannot convey how much this impacted me in a positive way. I am grateful for her immense knowledge of the law and watching out for my best interest all the while communicating with compassion and kindness.
I highly recommend Ms. Sakaguchi and her entire team! Thank you!

I have worked with Ms Morfitt of Lutz Law on a number of times on cases where she is counsel for 1 party and I'm the realtor helping sell the home. Each time we've worked together, I've been impressed!
What I find most impressive is how she is able to explain the situation to her client in a way that evokes logic and fairness rather than ruffled feathers.
On more than 1 occasion, the opposing party have told me the wish they had retianed and used Ms Morfitt as their attorney. That speaks volumes to her professionalism, throughness and williness to find a fair solution to a hard set of problems.

I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

Walking into Rodi’s office for the first time, I was nervous. I was staring down what was certain to be a long, nasty, complex divorce and I needed to make sure I had the best representation possible. But, I also had to know I could trust and relate to whoever might provide that.
Rodi commanded the room with her presence, nevertheless, she immediately put me at ease. Within no time at all I could tell she understood where I was coming from, what my children and I were going through, and how my ex figured into these things. She got up to speed on my particularly complicated/unique situation extremely quickly, and I knew at once I had an ally. And a determined, smart, experienced, relentless, caring one at that. I knew she had my back from day one.
And she never once faltered. Through the countless, pointless and malicious deviations, distractions, and motions my ex threw up to complicate things; the endless diatribe of slander and lies, the messy and ugly, Rodi was my rock. She – and her equally amazing and dedicated paralegal – gave me confidence, kept me informed, and put everything into perspective. She has a vast history with and inside knowledge of the courts and judges and she possesses a fierce, but steady, demeanor. The office staff was amazing, they clearly explained me the process and sent me necessary forms to be filled before reviewing with the attorney and was able to setup an appointment soon. The attorney that I worked with reviewed the forms prior to a phone consultation and only asked relevant questions and was pleasant to work with. The attorney clearly explained any doubts that I had. I had reminder calls from the office before the day of the appointment, which is really appreciated. They clearly inform the things needed on the day of the appointment. Since there is so much work and planning done before the appointment, the actual appointment and the paper work is just quick, easy and efficient. Highly recommend them for your will and trust related needs.

When I embarked on finding an attorney online, I was overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. Assessing the expertise of these prospects was a daunting challenge. Ultimately, I based my decision largely on proximity to the courthouse. This factor, I realize, is not the recommended criterion for choosing an attorney, but I was extremely lucky in choosing Brent Thompson.
I cannot say enough good about Brent. He is an amazing attorney who I quickly realized cares deeply about his clients. He is no-nonsense and requires his clients to strictly adhere to his advice.

Despite these challenges, Brent Thompson guided me with patience and expertise, achieving a resolution through a stipulated order of continuance (SOC). I got more than I expected meeting Ariella. She was understanding, understood my budget and my very dynamic situation. She was always available when I needed her, which at times was often and urgent. My case did not have precedent as it relates to family law in Washington or probably anywhere else. Alone this was a certain loser either through stifling court proceedings, or general lack of support for this type of sophisticated knowledge of law. In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.

Tony and his team was my 3rd lawyer attempt with my court case and happy to have them support to the end. I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.
