I would like to share my most positive experience regarding CalWest Law (Ali Nader).
I must say that Ali worked wonders for me in my bankruptcy case, I was scared and stressed before the outcome of my case. I had plenty of debt where as Ali Nader relieved my stresses, not only did he remove huge debt, he educated me on each step before committing to filing and through the accepted process. He was always available speaking directly with him, whether he was at court or in his office he always was there. I had a second and a third and it was amazingly removed freeing me of those predatory lenders. My life has been great and I am able tomaintain my life just from the education alone from Ali.
I recently contacted Ali Nader and he still remembered me without a charge, he educated me on some questions that I had. I LOVE Ali and his firm and I hope and pray that he will always be available (which I have no doubt). Lastly, very pleasant staff.

Teresa Beyers is a go-to for your divorce and family law needs. I have read some reviews and disagree with the very few bad reviews. She has a ton of knowledge and a great ability to navigate a divorce case. Many reviews are written about charging too much for a divorce, but people don't understand she is more reasonable than most. Divorce is never cheap, Teresa will get you what you want and then some.

I received my first DUI this past November and thought i had ruined my life. I reached out to Jeff Gold shortly after and he assured me that it was not the end of the world. Jeff immediately got me to start working a program that would turn my life around, not just fight the DUI. I began attending AA meetings and working with therapists to try and change my relationship with alcohol. After three months of work and diligence i was able to get my sentence reduced! Mr. Randy Medina was very professional and really knowable in regards to child custody and moving orders. He was very detailed in explaining what could happen if the decision was to go one way or the other. He made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into.
One of the biggest attributes we loved from Randy was his research of the many previous cases that has happened and utilizing those examples to your specific case. During our court hearing for our final decision, we loved that he walked us through our stressful experience and really explained why this process would be best for our case. We actually learned a lot from him during our moving order.

I hired Amy Lopez for a Divorce, Child Custody and
Ex Parte Orders. I needed a Temporary emergency (ex parte) order because my ex-wife was unstable and on drugs and left in the middle of the night with my two daughters to a different County 5 hours away. Amy Lopez immediately filed an ex parte order to the Court to get my daughters back and I received a hearing date within days. I went to my Court Hearing for the ex parte and Amy Lopez addressed the issue with a Firm Professionalism that moved the Court to get me FULL SOLE CUSTODY of my Daughters! Working with Brian was a breeze. He is very responsive and you communicate with him directly which was a huge bonus. He helped me with my estate planning and living trust. I found him through my employer’s legal plan (Met Life) and he was outstanding and very thorough. He was also very clear and precise about my financial responsibility for his services not covered by my legal plan. I didn’t realize that along with estate planning you would also do a power of attorney and advanced health care directive, which I’ve been planning to do for the longest time but haven’t gotten around to it. Now that this process is complete (which was a total of about 3-4 weeks turnaround time- super fast!), I feel at peace knowing that my family will be taken care of and that my wishes are clearly outlined in these documents. Workers’ compensation is a long process. My attorney guided me People who has workers comp case needs to be patient because it takes a long time no matter what it is a bureaucratic system. The system is one sided system is written for employers my attorney guided me through this very complex system number one you will not get any treatment from any doctor in Worker’s Comp. unless you go treat on your own, the treatment you get in workers comp is very mediocre very bureaucratic and you feel like you’re not being treated. They just buy time and the time passes fast and you still not, my attorney had to struggle to get me anything and everything. It is a hard process.
I recommend RP LAW GROUP 100%
Very happy with services from RP law group if you have an injury and you feel you injured at work, make sure you take consultation. Do not try to handle it yourself.

Jeff Bickerton, was referred to me by a center. I was absolutely unsure and tremendously nervous. Jeff assured me and knew exactly what I was going through. His vast experience reflected though his questions. He pin pointed the issue and the path I was supposed to take. I didn’t have to think twice or look any further. He gave me the confidence, and his relentless support kept me motivated. He answered all my questions, returned all my calls and emails. His patience and precision is admirable. He doesn’t believe in wasting your time and resources. The case went for almost a year and the fee was minimal. I’m thankful I found Jackie. I had prior representation for a brief time from the daughter of the head of different firm. I ended up disappointed with that individual and their performance, which seemed to be more self-absorbed than truly dedicated to their client. A very one- dimensional and impersonal experience. Having the expertise of Ms. Jackie Abboud was like a night and day experience. She was immediately engaged, very informative, and a great listener. She truly cares about her clients. She has decades of experience and her unrelenting drive to reach a favorable outcome and protect children is impervious to deflection. I was surprised by her personalization and availability. It was a welcome and refreshing feeling, knowing that I had a seasoned and genuine individual to navigate the waters, comprehensively, and to advise me without being intimidated with any matter or individual along the way. She was masterful at being able to present truth to the Courts and cut through the nonsense brought forth by my ex. Child custody cases can be very tough and stressful to navigate, as one or both parties can be caught up in desperate emotion and do very stupid things that can tie up the Courts time, burn through a lot of money, and ultimately place undue stress and burden on innocent children. Child Custody Evaluators can be involved and have to investigate any allegation. Again, more money essentially taken away from being used for your child’s future, and your child must be involved with having to be questioned, etc. I was on the other end of reckless,, ridiculous, hurtful, and shortsighted desperate attempts at diminishing me as a fair minded and devoted/loving mother. Ultimately, I was granted a move away order. His case crumbled . I was also able to obtain a settlement which greatly helped with court costs. I highly recommend Ms. Abboud if you can secure her services. I understand she doesn’t take on just anyone, and she’s not easy to secure. I feel very fortunate and I’m ever so thankful for our outcome. My daughter is the happiest she’s ever been. Absolutely thriving. I have never used my daughter as a tool, nor have been vindictive. That’s so important. Truth won, and I’m ever so grateful for Ms. Abboud being a steward of justice and incredible support for me and my daughter.
