I am obliged to post my review since the reviews and comments here has lead me to a right decision of choosing Julia Jayne. She is one of a kind- prompt in answering emails, calls and inquiries, approachable, honest, straightforward, witty, pro active. We’ve only met for a short time, she listened, had genuine concern, and had acted right away. My case was resolved in less than half an hour. And even after that, Julia still reached out when she has concerns. And she only charged reasonable fees. Words are not enough to thank Julia for what she has done. No one would wanna be in a position where you need to consult or hire a lawyer, but sometimes, that is life. Don’t hesitate, consult Julia. From my heart, I highly recommend her.

I needed a trust attorney and after googling, Mr. Ingerson‘s name popped up with high reviews. I immediately called LA Estate Plan and Mr. Ingerson called me back promptly. He listened to my questions, concerns and gave me advice. I was very impressed with Mr. Ingerson’s professionalism, knowledge, and patience with me as I am very new to this and his kindness. After setting up a date with witnesses and a notary, I needed to make one amendment, Mr. Ingerson immediately drafted up the amended version and had a coworker from his company personally, deliver the revised Trust to my address!! My trust was done within a fraction of a week. I highly recommend Mr. Ingerson and his company as they gave phenomenal service and went above and beyond. I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. Matthew Briggs is a respectable lawyer building a solid practice in Marin. I got in contact with Matthew after attempting to resolve my custody issue for more than two years talking with my ex and several rounds of mediation. It had been extremely difficult and I was discouraged, stressed, financially strained, and more afraid than I can summarize.
Matthew was honest, professional, and kind. He got to know my situation thoroughly, let me know my options and possible outcomes, and never made unrealistic promises. The process was very hard work and included a full court trial. Matt guided me through every facet with confidence and skill. He comes from a place of thorough knowledge of Family Law, and is not fast talking or grandiose. Throughout my career in real estate and construction I have worked with numerous attorneys in business and with one other divorce attorney. As the executive that managed the lawsuits for my employers I have been in court for lawsuits and claims, and continuously worked with attorneys on contractual and personnel matters. I can say without reservation that David is one of the best lawyers with whom I have ever worked.
So what makes David such a great attorney? First, most attorneys will tell you “what the Judge is going to say” (as if they are the judge). I learned early in my business career that attorneys have NO IDEA what the judge is going to say. David, while providing an opinion, did not pretend to know what the judge (or my ex-wife) was going to say and professionally presented my approach with the attitude of “try and let us see what happens,” which for me, had a good outcome.
Secondly, David was able to polish and present my thoughts and writings into a understandable and professional document (with less emotion). This was very instrumental in obtaining a good outcome. My previous divorce attorney was incapable of doing this.
Lastly, but not least, David is very efficient and considerate of billing and as a result his fees were reasonable for the service, which is always appreciated.
Before engaging David, I talked with quite a few attorneys in the Bay Area and I am happy with my decision, grateful to David for his help, and he is the ONLY divorce attorney I would recommend in the Bay Area.

Teresa Beyers is a go-to for your divorce and family law needs. I have read some reviews and disagree with the very few bad reviews. She has a ton of knowledge and a great ability to navigate a divorce case. Many reviews are written about charging too much for a divorce, but people don't understand she is more reasonable than most. Divorce is never cheap, Teresa will get you what you want and then some.

My Revocable Trust was due for a review and I also needed to make a few changes. Ron was very detailed and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. I was very satisfied and will be going to Ron with any future Trust issues or changes that need his expertise.
