After I won my case in family court the opposition file for an appeal in the appellate courts.
Mr. Purcell was high recommended to me by my attorney when I knew I needed a attorney that specialized in appeals cases.
I meet with Mr. Purcell in his office, he was very nice and genuinely interested in my case. He was very generous with his time as I explained my situation. I appreciated him explaining what the appeals process would be like, and what to expect.
After our conversation I knew he was the right person for the job. And I could be at ease knowing that Matt would be fighting on my behalf.
I feel very fortunate that Matt took my case because it was a very complex one, and I had a lot on the line and could not have the ruling overturned.
The last several months I have gotten to know Mr. Purcell and his staff.

Matt Purcell is, in a word, amazing. When we first met, we were grandparents trying to navigate through Probate court to keep guardianship of our grandchildren. Matt was wonderful at addressing everyone's needs, extremely communicative and articulate in court, and aware of exactly what we needed to do. He's also very endearing due to his kind nature. We would heartily recommend Matt to anyone, especially where children's well being is involved.

I've had Mr. Edgar for the past two years and he's been a great attorney. I am involved with a very tough custody battle and he's always been there for appearances fighting for my children and myself. His staff is extremely friendly and hard working. I most likely will retain him to the end. I certainly recommend him as a good family law attorney.
Protip: Best thing to do in family law battles is make it about the children and what's best for them. Refrain from fighting just to get back at the other party. Fight for what's right and good for the children. They are the one's that will ultimately lose. Be the better, honest and forthright party and it will be what's best for the children.

I am beyond thankful with attorney Rashidi! She is such a great hearted individual and you can see and feel the love she has for her career and helping others. I choose her to obtain full legal and physical custody of my daughter and of course the outcome was great, everything I wanted. She is fierce and very professional during court hearings. In a highly emotional and tense environment, Scott provided an environment where he supported the process by keeping us focused on the issues. Specifically, what I appreciated about Scott's approach was that he would explain what would typically happen in court, what would be arguable in court, what typically happens in mediation, and what were standard topics to be negotiated in mediation. Several times, we were close to moving away from mediation and going to court, which would have been an extreme waste of money in our case. Scott continuously tried to keep it on track to close out the process.
I strongly recommend Scott as a mediator.

I needed an attorney that would be able to see the gravity of the situation my daughter was in with her mother and Jeanine was that an more! I found myself in dire need of representation in Family Court when the mother of my child falsely accused me of domestic violence after I filed for sole custody of our daughter.

Mr. Toney is an absolutely amazing attorney. I’m a SSG in the U.S. Army. I was selected for promotion in 2014 to the rank of SFC. I received a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand for a offense I did not commit and the GOMOR caused me to lose my promotion and ultimately be recommended for separation under the QMP. Due to the fact I was selected for QMP I was automatically labeled as a bad Soldier and was not going to be in the Army much longer. I sought legal guidance from Mr. Toney and it was the best decision I have ever made in my military career. Mr. Toney linked me directly with the personnel I needed to talk to and he submitted two packets to DASEB on my behalf and was successful on both requests. Mr. Toney directly contacted the general officer who gave me the GOMOR and explained why it was wrong. He then asked the officer to contact DASEB on my behalf to remove the GOMOR, which he did. Mr. Toney is not just the best military lawyer you could ever hire, he is an amazing person who will guide you through tough and overwhelming times. The worse feeling in the world is that you’re going to lose a 17-year career and retirement and have to start over. Mr. Toney saved my career and my retirement. I cannot thank him enough for the tireless effort he has put into my career, my future, and my family’s future. We are now going to work to get my promotion restored!

I’m thankful I found Jackie. I had prior representation for a brief time from the daughter of the head of different firm. I ended up disappointed with that individual and their performance, which seemed to be more self-absorbed than truly dedicated to their client. A very one- dimensional and impersonal experience. Having the expertise of Ms. Jackie Abboud was like a night and day experience. She was immediately engaged, very informative, and a great listener. She truly cares about her clients. She has decades of experience and her unrelenting drive to reach a favorable outcome and protect children is impervious to deflection. I was surprised by her personalization and availability. It was a welcome and refreshing feeling, knowing that I had a seasoned and genuine individual to navigate the waters, comprehensively, and to advise me without being intimidated with any matter or individual along the way. She was masterful at being able to present truth to the Courts and cut through the nonsense brought forth by my ex. Child custody cases can be very tough and stressful to navigate, as one or both parties can be caught up in desperate emotion and do very stupid things that can tie up the Courts time, burn through a lot of money, and ultimately place undue stress and burden on innocent children. Child Custody Evaluators can be involved and have to investigate any allegation. Again, more money essentially taken away from being used for your child’s future, and your child must be involved with having to be questioned, etc. I was on the other end of reckless,, ridiculous, hurtful, and shortsighted desperate attempts at diminishing me as a fair minded and devoted/loving mother. Ultimately, I was granted a move away order. His case crumbled . I was also able to obtain a settlement which greatly helped with court costs. I highly recommend Ms. Abboud if you can secure her services. I understand she doesn’t take on just anyone, and she’s not easy to secure. I feel very fortunate and I’m ever so thankful for our outcome. My daughter is the happiest she’s ever been. Absolutely thriving. I have never used my daughter as a tool, nor have been vindictive. That’s so important. Truth won, and I’m ever so grateful for Ms. Abboud being a steward of justice and incredible support for me and my daughter.

Well where do I start? Happy that this process is finally over...😮💨.. It's been 7 years and 2 lawyer's. Glad that I ended my journey with Raj, Rita, and Denise... Wow where do I begin? My husband was hurt doing his job and It’s been a 7 year roller coaster from Hell ever since. Dealing with the workers comp Doctors was a joke , they don’t care about you . He went through two attorneys with the second one being Raj Patel . The moment we signed with RP Law Group we felt confident as they began sending my husband out to different doctors in our area and we actually felt the ball was rolling. Even though the ball was rolling it still was a long process due to the insurance company dragging their feet the whole time . Our youngest was a baby when this whole thing started and now she’s in second grade ! We can finally say it’s over and move on with our lives. My Husband signed his settlement papers yesterday ! John and Owais are the people you want helping you with your case! We had a tricky situation with the I-751 and N-400 during Covid shut down and they helped us through every step of the way. I’m originally from Japan and our case should have been an easy one but with shut down, things got messy and lost. Long story short, John and Owais were able to help us though the process with ease. They are very prompt with responses, quick to see the progress of the case (making sure everything was up to speed and within expected time frame), and were thorough with prep work and paperwork. Both of us speak perfect native English and we still had a lot of trouble figuring out the paperwork. Even if you’re unsure or really need the support, I would suggest looking into this firm since USCIS paperwork/processes are a real hassle if mistakes are made.
