Wonderful folks, I was hit while I was stopped at a light...I will probably have issues for life. These guys made sure that I was treated fairly by the insurance company. I would, and have, recommended them to others that have been in an accident. Their involvement made all the difference in the world. I don't think the insurance company would have even covered my medical bills if it wasn't for having a lawyer. I used Halleh in my divorce and custody case. She is knowledgable and thoughtful in her counsel. I felt that she truly wanted the best for me. Chris helped me with a long aggravating divorce which was made harder because of a some other family items outside of just my marriage. I initially spoke to Chris when a friend referred me to him for consultation regarding starting a divorce process. However, it was soon evident that I would need to hire a lawyer to help me navigate what was potentially going to be a messy and long divorce, mostly concerning money and our one child together. A friend referred me to Dominic J. Perrino and told me that he was helping her navigate a contentious adversary who was negatively affecting her children and was causing great distress for her whole family. She told me that Mr. Perrino was compassionate, highly efficient, helped her with the documentation, and listened carefully to her needs.
I had spent several months contacting about 42 divorce lawyers in the Colorado Springs area, but I finally decided to go with Marrison Family Law because of my friend’s recommendation.
Mr. Perrino did not disappoint — far from it, and he came up with strategies for me that solved seemingly impossible problems, saved me tens of thousands of dollars, and was able to assist me in negotiating a divorce settlement that made the difference between walking away with enough to start my life over or ending up in a protracted fight and financially catastrophic outcome which is the likely fate I was facing.
My paralegal, Rene, has given me appropriate, focused attention, responded quickly and efficiently to every inquiry I’ve made, at the same time that she and my lawyer have worked very hard to keep my fees to a minimum.

I have been working with Travis for 8 years, and he has been an incredible lawyer, advisor, leader and (unknowingly) therapist! I have been holding out and saving my review for Travis and his team for when my ex wife stops taking me to court! Unfortunately, that has not been the case! What I do find to be reassuring is that I know Travis always has my back and is always fighting for what is in my son's best interest, my best interest, our best interest. Travis always listens and ensures he understands what it is I am feeling and needing before developing a plan. He is very strategic in everything he does, and wastes no time getting where we need to go. Mr. Laski was very informative in my case and helped walk me through the entire process of my case, he gave me detailed invoices on what and why I was being charged and also helped lower some of my costs on things I could do on my own which was very helpful. Miranda was amazing! I knew I had an uphill battle going into our case since I wasn’t the primary care taker and my ex wife wanted to relocate with our son. I knew that I also had a lot going for me since I have always been there and have provided for my son since his birth as well. Miranda took my case on short notice and short preparation, but got up to speed quicker than I anticipated. She gave me the best possible legal advice (the to-do’s and not to-do’s) the entire 5-6 months she worked with me. When it came down to actually going to court, she guided and prepared me on exactly what was going to happen before even getting into the courtroom, so all I had to do was remember and execute what she told me to do. She was already in the courthouse before I arrive at the courthouse (which I’m always early) and I really appreciated that. She was attentive in the courtroom and honed in on what was important to the judge’s decision making. She won my case for me because she’s an amazing attorney and knew what to say and what not to say. I will be forever grateful for Miranda and her talent as an attorney! I hired Brooke after having two other attorneys. Brooke is extremely knowledgeable about family law and absolutely tenacious in pursuit of the best interest of the children and me. She is incredibly insightful as to the reality of what is going on in my case. She reads between the lines and is right on the money. She is quick, smart and incredibly talented.

I met with Brooke because she came highly recommended by a friend. I was very impressed. She clearly explained the process and where the concerns were in my case. After I hired her, we went to temporary orders because I needed maintenance ASAP. She was fully prepared. My testimony was clear and well thought out to address all of my needs. My ex's lawyer was not nearly as prepared, and when Brooke got to ask my ex question, she did such a good job of showing his lies to the court. I got more parenting time and temporary maintenance than I thought I would.

Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

I retained Zach as my attorney as I was in a custody battle after my divorce. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming.
From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me.
The biggest concern I had was that I had given him less than 3 months to prepare. In that short amount of time he compiled all the documents, filed all the paperwork, conducted the interviews with the witnesses. He did that and so much more. When we entered the courtroom I was confident and WE were prepared. In court Zach was direct, to the point and was able to "paint the picture" for the Magistrate. He asked the right questions of every witness called to the stand and when the proceeding was complete there was no "what if" left in my mind.
When the court made their decision and I received the call from Zach that we had won, I knew I had made the right call. I cannot express enough my gratitude, nor the respect I have for Zach. I put my trust in him and he delivered. I could not be more pleased.

I was in a very difficult divorce where I had just lost jurisdiction. Thus, the case was going to be handled in Colorado, rather than Virginia, where I live. My attorney in Virginia was incredibly bad, and I wasted a lot of money on that short case alone (I shouldn't have lost).
I was referred to Greg by a colleague of my father's from another state. I am incredibly grateful that I found Greg. One would assume that having a divorce attorney located literally across the country would be frustrating. It was not, in any way. The distance could have been a mile, and it would not have been any different. He not only kept me constantly informed, but he was also incredibly accessible. While most attorneys are available during business hours, or by phone and email, Greg was even accessible via text. Who does that?! Thus, if I had an emergency, or quick advice, he was swift to answer. And it's not like he was charging me for every little bit of communication. He was honest, and he was good.

I hired Lauren to coach me for a hearing regarding a very contentious ordeal involving a parenting plan modification and other issues. Lauren's services are fairly priced and the information and advice she gave me was honest and accurate. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. I was able to go into the hearing and hold my own. The outcome was in line with what she told me to expect, and I believe that had I not had prior coaching it would have gone terribly wrong as family law and procedures in court are complicated.
