I cannot say enough how wonderful Attorney Miller handle my very difficult divorce. Having no experience in legal matters, I found Dan patient in explaining everything to me as well as having a very calming, confident demeanor which I found was very reassuring.
He is very knowledgeable, experienced and detail oriented and nothing got by him no matter what the opposing attorney put in front of him. Dan cares about his clients and their children and wants the best for them. He and his fabulous assistant Sara filed every motion, responded to every email and phone call in a timely professional manner. I was kept informed of strategy, procedures and next steps. He made sure I understood and answered all of my questions.
In court, Dan presented my case brilliantly and he was completely and totally prepared. If you are divorcing you either know or will soon know that the courts do not work in a timely fashion. To the frustration of the attorneys and their clients we are kept waiting for each court date. After many court dates, court delays and court procedures, I could not be happier with the results. The thoroughness and preparation with which Melissa approached my case was exemplary! That, along with the innovative strategies she incorporated, reduced the time frame of the divorce from a year to seven months. It was moving towards a trial which would have added another four to five months. In the courtroom, Melissa was sharp as a razor's edge. Respectful and amicable with the other side until they began personal attacks and bullying in and out of court. Melissa was not having ANY of that nonsense and the gloves came off both in and out of court! She was prepared for the other side to try that tactic and fought back with facts they weren't prepared to address. Ultimately, she did not allow my character to get decimated due to false accusations. She also read me as far as how much and which kind of information I could could take at any given time, she did not inundate me but rather waited until she knew I was ready to hear it. I could go on all day and write many more paragraphs. Simply put... the opposing attorney and ex-wife were on a mission to destroy my character and break me financially which is NO exaggeration. I know if I did not have a lawyer the caliber of Melissa, not only would these proceedings still be going on, the other side probably would've achieved their goal. You will not go wrong or regret retaining Melissa as your lawyer, it would be the smartest thing you could do!

I retained Attorney Shore for a divorce agreement modification. All I can say is WOW. Hands down the best Attorney I have ever hired in my entire life. She is tough, smart, and not afraid to tackle difficult and sensitive issues with a firm and caring hand. I have never seen someone stand up for my rights in court the way that Attorney Shore did. She worked with me out of state, spent long hours on my case, all while she was EIGHT MONTHS PREGNANT. I can not put into words what her representation has meant to me and my family. If you do not hire Attorney Shore, you are not hiring the best.

I recently found myself in the middle of a "gray" divorce. 70 years old, married for 13 years to a woman that turned on me. I decided to represent myself in court, defending my pension, Social Security, health care, non marital assets, bank accounts and such. It didn't take long for me to realize I needed a professional consultation as her attorney's proposal was outrageous and would ruin me financially for the rest of my life.
Karen's name was highly recommended by a close friend. A quick email to her office and I scheduled a consultation.
I'm a good judge of people and immediately knew she was the person I wanted representing me. No nonsense or small talk. Straight to the point. Professional and knows the law. I knew she had my back.
Once the dust settled, I was able to keep 90% of what I worked my entire life for. To say I am happy with her service would be an understatement.
Regarding payment, her billing was straightforward and well documented. The entire process cost me much less than I expected.
In short, I would highly recommend consulting with Karen first. You won't regret it.

Attorney Gersten is a top divorce attorney in the area. She did an amazing job and what seemed to be impossible to me a year ago. I went through a very difficult divorce. Before hiring attorney Gersten I interviewed 4 other attorneys and I am glad I chose Karen. She is very efficient and has fair charges and accounting of hours practice. Karen is very knowledgeable and well respected in the court. She always fights to protect interests of her clients, while open to settlement without unnecessary trials if her clients are satisfied with outcome. If presented with challenge, Karen is open to face it without hesitation and do research of precedents to be used in the court. Karen is always confident and has genuine care for her clients. She always comes to the court prepared and ready to protect your interests. Karen is working hard to make sure she provides high quality service. I wish I could give Karen more than 5 starts.

I hired Attorney Gersten to represent me through a divorce from my now ex-husband, and it is the best financial decision I have ever made by a LANDSLIDE. Karen is the absolute pinnacle of professionalism, legal expertise, and client advocacy. Her legal counsel is worth every penny (and then some).

I went to attorney Lubonja after my first attorney did not do anything for me and my children . Attorney Lubonja ended my nightmare with in 4 months. I got custody, and a reasonable asset division . Attorney Lubonja kept me in the loop at all time. Called me when she was sick, emailed me at 4 am , showed up for court not feeling well to represent me. She explained what options I have, and what to expect . Explained the pros and cons and the cost. She was the most transparent attorney I ever worked with. Do not. I repeat do NOT settle for a subpar attorney when your reputation rests on another mans shoulders. This lawyer knows how the legal system works from a to z and if you are being falsely accused he will fight for you until the end. He worked tirelessly along with is assistant to get a false charge dismissed and was successful. Do not waste your time looking at reviews that say anything negative about this lawyer. I was able to talk to Joe Maya about my husband's case regarding his daughter and her refusal to do schoolwork. I needed advice on whether my husband can legally do something since his ex isn't notifying him about his daughter's refusal to do work and since he hasn't seen his daughter since the pandemic began. Joe was very helpful and told me the direction that my husband can go if he decides to. It is good to hear that my husband may be able to fight to help his daughter even if that includes changing custody.

Let me put it this way. Tracey interviewed one witness for over 90 minutes, and the other side wanted to settle. Her knowledge of my case went back 15 years, & she found all the evidence and history of the other party with incredible research! Tracey's assistant Brooke was also an incredible researcher, and they were both always available, 7 days a week if I had to reach them with new important information or concerns. She told me to let her worry about my case so I could relax as much as possible under these difficult circumstances. I will always recommend Tracey as an attorney, and I will always praise her performance on how she helped me with great generosity.

Susan is not only very knowledgeable about the legalities of divorce, she is one of a kind in my book! She knows the laws and how they all applied to my case.
She always came out on top when we went to court. She was able to represent me in the utmost professional manner as well as what was best for myself and my children.
She also is very aware of the high emotions regarding separation, divorce and custody issues. She knows how to deal with the both parties that are involved, as well as the opposing lawyer!
No matter when I called her, I would receive a call back that day. I knew she would always have the answer to any of my questions.

James Katz was my lawyer for a very difficult divorce. He is very professional and managed to get everything I asked for, and more.
