Claire represented me in my divorce. Claire defended me when my ex decided to file a motion to reduce his alimony payments. It was not easy but Claire was able show that my ex was voluntarily lowering his income just to pay me less and won the hearing. I would recommend Claire to anyone that has to face the ugliness of the family courts, great attorney.

Let me put it this way. Tracey interviewed one witness for over 90 minutes, and the other side wanted to settle. Her knowledge of my case went back 15 years, & she found all the evidence and history of the other party with incredible research! Tracey's assistant Brooke was also an incredible researcher, and they were both always available, 7 days a week if I had to reach them with new important information or concerns. She told me to let her worry about my case so I could relax as much as possible under these difficult circumstances. I will always recommend Tracey as an attorney, and I will always praise her performance on how she helped me with great generosity.

Susan is not only very knowledgeable about the legalities of divorce, she is one of a kind in my book! She knows the laws and how they all applied to my case.
She always came out on top when we went to court. She was able to represent me in the utmost professional manner as well as what was best for myself and my children.
She also is very aware of the high emotions regarding separation, divorce and custody issues. She knows how to deal with the both parties that are involved, as well as the opposing lawyer!
No matter when I called her, I would receive a call back that day. I knew she would always have the answer to any of my questions.
She taught me how I could keep my perspective and stay balanced during these trying times. I now have incorporated these life skills into my daily life.
I feel that it has been a blessing having had Susan represent me in my divorce. My life has changed and only for the good.

James Katz was my lawyer for a very difficult divorce. He is very professional and managed to get everything I asked for, and more. Most lawyers wouldn't have even attempted to win my specific case, but he knew when to push and when to wait. It was a long and very contentious divorce that took over a year to complete. He made the process so much easier by explaining all the options and taking the time to listen to what I wanted to accomplish for me and my children, and he got the job done.
Even today, several years later, his office was very courteous and helpful when I needed some copies of my divorce decree and didn't even charge me for their time.
I highly recommend James Katz for anyone who needs an attorney. James and his entire team has been very supportive and professional during one of the most difficult times of my life.

My divorce had complicated financial and property issues, not to mention more than a little deception on the part of the ex-spouse. But, (thankfully for me!) Meredith is a very smart, attentive attorney with serious investigative skills, and she pays attention to every detail. She researched through mountains of paperwork, accounts, attended numerous depositions etc., etc. She turned over every stone! She is extremely organized, detail oriented, very thorough and always prepared. (You should have seen her at trial!) Always up to date on the facts of the case – without even having to refer to the file. She is a true professional and provided exemplary service. On a personal level, Meredith is approachable and friendly. Working with Kate was an exercise in professionalism and competency. From the first phone inquiry until the dissolution was granted, Kate was frank and to the point. As a pragmatic person myself, having advise that was rooted in experience and reality was key in her ability to build trust and confidence. Her focus was always on what the best solution would be for my boys and I. Even though I felt the judgements weren’t always fair or equitable, Kate helped me realize that I did, in fact, get the absolute best outcome under the circumstances surrounding my divorce. I don’t usually leave 5-star reviews, but in the context of such weighty topics as divorce, child support, custody agreements, and so on, Kate truly deserves an excellent rating. I found him to be profane, cavalier, arrogant, self righteous & borderline unethical in attempting to catergorize a retainer as "non refundable". So….My accident happened in August, I waited a day to get a lawyer, it was my first accident. I never been through any legal matters in my life. I get a big law firm to represent me and they tell me to keep them posted as I go through everything regarding my accident as far as medical treatment, after about 2 months I find out I need surgery. My wife just had surgery so she is out of work and I’m about to be go on leave. The law firm I hired calls me the day of my wife surgery and tell me they can no longer represent me….it took 2 months to get this info. I’m furious but I can’t waste time I need to find a lawyer, I call 5 law firms and 4 get back to me. The first 3 firms I speak to were almost exactly the same, have me explain my case and have me signed up, so they can start, I was losing hope and I get a call back from Ayme Calderon from Law offices of Michael E. Skiber, she was the first to ask me questions, and to give me insight on how cases like mine work. She answered every question I asked, kept me informed on everything going on, and always explained everything to me so I understand everything happening with my case. She managed to get me the max settlement before Christmas. Ayme Calderon helped me give my family a Christmas that will be talk to for years to come. From the time I hired Attorney Dumont and through the preliminary stages to the final award, she was caring, thorough, professional and supportive. She helped me get a restraining order in a domestic violence case. It was a complicated and upsetting situation and she was empathetic and emotionally reassuring. I was hesitant to spend money for an attorney because I was on a tight budget and was already spending a lot of money on other things such as an alarm system etc to feel safe.
