I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

Wow. Mr. Cooper is absolutely wonderful. Not having much experience on the law side of things, I felt as if I was lost and hopeless. Mr. cooper answered every phone call and text. An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Thank you cannot begin to express or acknowledge the respect, and love I have for this man and his staff. Thank you isn't enough for the help and genuine thoughtfulness y'all showed me.

Amanda and team were Great. They took lots of time to be help me understand my case. Walking me through each step they ensure that I was well informed through the process. I hired them cause they were all I could afford after my ex walked out with our savings account. They managed to get the job done but they're were condescending, barely communicated, canceled phone meetings if they just didn't feel like answering my questions, didn't keep me appraised of the progress and were rude and nasty and belligerent when I followed up. They seemed to care more about being buddies with my ex's lawyer than representing me fairly and fighting for me. It was a traumatic divorce already made worse by their attitude. If you can afford any other lawyer, do it. Don't use these guys unless you like being abused and are really desperate for your divorce to be finalized (I was).

Jennifer placed me in the best job I’ve ever had. My worst day at my current job is 100 times better than the best day at my last job. She spoke with me at length in order to gauge where I was at in my career and weeded through several jobs to find the perfect fit. She’s always available and takes any concern you have seriously. I see all these amazing reviews, but that was not the case for my family. My 28 year old niece with an anoxic brain injury, has been neglected severely and suffers from a sacral stage 4 injury right down to the bone and Osteomyelitis all within one month of being in the nursing home. We contacted this firm early last year, and to this day, nothing has been done. We provided, pictures, information right from the patient portal.completed and submitted every update. I am at a loss to understand how my niece fell through the cracks. Here we are 2025, 1 year later, being contacted via email to say they now have sufficient information to submit for medical review. They had the authorization to get into her patent portal, supporting documentations of everything. Medical notes and pictures..She is still being treated for that sacral wound suffering through surgery due to the intensity of her wounds. Now more pressure injuries on her heels, hips, pressure points with constant infections. This has taken a massive toll on our family. Her mom, died in January, Now my niece is stuck where she is. Our experience has not been positive at all. Good for those who were properly taken care of.
