Wow...where do I even begin....Jessica Laleh has been nothing but a blessing! I was down and out on my luck, lost ,scared and confused. I went through a really bad divorce years ago which caused me to lose everything and most importantly custody of my son...I had no direction of what to do or what attorney to even trust at this point after many failed attempts to get my son back. That's when I hired Jessica Laleh, I was living out of state at the time but I had faith that she would turn this around and hit a homerun so I can be reunited with my son back in Miami. It wasnt easy at all but she made me feel comfortable, at ease, not stressed because I knew she was working around the clock trying to make it happen. There was times I wanted to give up because it got really really tough but she always remained confident and supportive and never gave up on me. She worked on this for over a year through ups and downs and look...She got me home finally after not being able to see my son for almost 5 years. I am the happiest dad on Gods green earth! I had contacted Kathy concerning after losing custody of my children. During my divorce, I didn’t have representation, so my parenting plan was oppressive and it didn’t leave Kathy with a lot to fight with. However, Kathy did extensive research and really worked hard to do what she could for me. In the end, Kathy helped to get my children back.

If you are looking for an attorney for family law matters Matthew Hunt is the best money can buy. I initially hired Mr. Hunt after I fired another attorney who took my money, did not bother to file divorce paperwork, and would not return my calls or emails. Mr. Hunt did more in the first day of hiring him than the other attorney did in months. It was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing I now had an attorney I could trust. He was able to reverse the damage that resulted from my previous attorneys’ poor representation. I have been to multiple hearings, mediations, and a deposition with Mr. Hunt. Mr. Hunt’s preparedness was apparent during each of these instances. I’ve had conversations with Mr. Hunt and have been completely surprised when he remembers instances I’ve spoken to him about, emailed him about, and things that happened during prior years. I can truly say that I trust Mr. and his decision-making ability, mainly because he has shown me time and time again the positive results that happen afterwards. Mr. Hunt has been incredible in sorting through all my ex’s lies and making the truth shine especially in the place where it ultimately matters which is the courtroom. Mr. Hunt got me thru the most traumatic time of my life. He was accessible to me at all times and went above and beyond to keep me up to date. Matt personally handled my divorce which involved me dealing with custody of my children and paying of alimony, he also helped navigate me as I was a business owner. I was very firm with Mr. Hunt on what I wanted and he over delivered on every aspect. I get my kids more than I thought I would, I pay less than was estimated, and it was all handled on one day. No one else in their industry is as skilled as this man. Do not let these 1 star reviews say you as they are all written by clients of the other side, when you don't hire the best. You shouldn't expect to win. I hired the best so I won.

I hired Ms. Keane for a child support enforcement/custody issue. She was so helpful, making sure I understood what was happening, what various things meant, and what "could" potentially happen. She never made promises that couldn't keep, just laid out possible scenarios. Her transparent approach was extremely comforting, especially when it involved my child. The Social Security Disability process is extremely difficult, confusing and frustrating. We srtruggled for the first few years, not knowing what to do or where to turn. By the time we contacted Maria Riddle, we had been denied and broken financially. Maria took charge, put us in touch with exceptional doctors and specialists, walked us through the disability process and made the experience way less horrible. There were times Alicia, her assistant and I just talked.. she knew how hard it was for us to go through this process and showed extrteme compassion every time we corresponded. My only regret is that I did not meet Chris and his team sooner. After my divorce was finalized, I began working with Chris to modify the judgement (unfortunately he was not my original divorce lawyer). He was very forthright and knowledgeable and provided excellent advice throughout the proceedings. He also took an aggressive stance when my ex tried to sue for her attorney’s fees. He won the case despite the fact that the judge clearly favored my ex. He won it by diligently researching case law and aggressively presenting our case, all the while being professional. I frankly can’t recommend him enough. I sincerely hope I’m never in need of an attorney again but if I am, Chris will be my first call. Again, I can not recommend him and his team enough!

We were referred to this lawyer by a previous Duval county (Florida) judge after the separation of the unwed parents of a child with the indication that the mother might leave the state with the child and will not return. Florida law does not grant legal rights to an unwed father until paternity, time-sharing and shared responsibilities are established in court.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of this temporary hearing, giving credit to Debra and Thomas Treece. We are still waiting for the final hearing and hope that the Treece law team will continue to represent us fairly and honestly.
The Treece law team does not shoot for bashing the opposite party. From the beginning on, it was clear that they want a fair and honest outcome with no lies and only honesty. The reason to seek help was to fairly establish legal rights for the father and do all we can to benefit the child. The Treece law team maintained to fairly reach an agreement and asked for the continuation of the child's primary parent, which is tough to establish if it is the father who performed most parental responsibilities.
One "thing" I would like to mention is that I wish that the Treece law team would be more readily available when the father has an IMMEDIATE legal question, due to the mother using unfair tactics, lies and accusations that are unwarranted. I would love to at times receive a quick, brief legal advise right then and there, though acknowledge that we are not their only clients.
If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to bash your opponent, keep looking. If you are looking for an aggressive FAIR lawyer, "fighting" for what is the honest truth and the best for the child, you found a calm legal team working for you.

Once my daughter received an order from the court, my daughter interviewed with many other attorneys. They would only allow her to talk with them. Upon meeting Mrs. Treece, I felt an immediate connection to her and Mr. Treece. In my opinion, they are like family to us. They are very approachable as well as professional. Jordan Gerber is a complete angel on Earth. She was willing to take on my complex case, which had already been set for trial, when most attorneys wouldn’t touch it. My case was not only complex by legal standards, but I had also unfortunately been representing myself and had undoubtably made things worse (although Jordan was too gracious to tell me so.)
Nevertheless, Jordan jumped right in and was truly so compassionate and very knowledgeable about the outstanding issues in my case. Cindi is a true advocate for her clients. She was contacted during a time of despair and even though she was skeptical at first of our concerns….she listened to us and sat down to go over our case. We had previously had a well known attorney out of Jacksonville. Unfortunately, he did not take the time to listen to us nor fight for what we knew could not be afforded. Cindi ended up locating the egregious mathematical errors that had resulted in the judge awarding the other party an outrageous monthly alimony payment (an alimony payment that was unable to be made due to other bills and obligations). She fought for what could be afforded…..which was no alimony….and she delivered! It’s been an extended, prolonged battle but in the end the outcome is much better than we could have ever anticipated!! Cindi is incredibly knowledgeable about the law and sets realistic expectations for what the judge is likely to award. She does not make empty promises. Her prices are also incredibly reasonable and if I’m being honest, she should raise her fees.
