I researched many attorney profiles, backgrounds. But, there was only 1 whose sincerity was palpable. That was Joshua S. Danz. He listened to Me patiently for 45 minutes. I hired Mr.Rojas to help me fight for my baby, who was wrongfully taken by her father and refused timeshare for a very long time. Mr. Rojas took on my case with confidence. He kept my head held high throughout the whole process. Kept me updated on any and everything that happened within my case. He found every useful document to prove my case and helped me more that I even expected. Yesterday I got the news that he not only did an amazing job proving my side of things, but he also showed with evidence how wrong and detrimental to my child it was. My wife Cynthia and Me were frightened and devastated when our brokerage firm after having lost 1.5 million dollars of our retirement savings over the course of a year and a half phoned to say we should liquid our portfolio.

We were referred to this lawyer by a previous Duval county (Florida) judge after the separation of the unwed parents of a child with the indication that the mother might leave the state with the child and will not return. Florida law does not grant legal rights to an unwed father until paternity, time-sharing and shared responsibilities are established in court.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of this temporary hearing, giving credit to Debra and Thomas Treece. We are still waiting for the final hearing and hope that the Treece law team will continue to represent us fairly and honestly.
The Treece law team does not shoot for bashing the opposite party. From the beginning on, it was clear that they want a fair and honest outcome with no lies and only honesty. The reason to seek help was to fairly establish legal rights for the father and do all we can to benefit the child. The Treece law team maintained to fairly reach an agreement and asked for the continuation of the child's primary parent, which is tough to establish if it is the father who performed most parental responsibilities.
One "thing" I would like to mention is that I wish that the Treece law team would be more readily available when the father has an IMMEDIATE legal question, due to the mother using unfair tactics, lies and accusations that are unwarranted. I would love to at times receive a quick, brief legal advise right then and there, though acknowledge that we are not their only clients.
If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to bash your opponent, keep looking. If you are looking for an aggressive FAIR lawyer, "fighting" for what is the honest truth and the best for the child, you found a calm legal team working for you.

Once my daughter received an order from the court, my daughter interviewed with many other attorneys. They would only allow her to talk with them. Upon meeting Mrs. Treece, I felt an immediate connection to her and Mr. Treece. In my opinion, they are like family to us. They are very approachable as well as professional. My daughter who is a new attorney herself knew this case needed experienced attorneys that would give her their best efforts. According to my daughter at trial, they did just that. Richard Hornsby if you need a fantastic attorney it would be Richard Hornsby. I used Richard Hornsby's father somewhere in the 70s.Don't hold me to it, but it was somewhere in the 70s.And he was such a fantastic attorney.He was somebody that wasn't easy to forget and I never did. And when I needed an attorney again, I was saddened to find out That senior RIchard hornsby was now with us only in spirit.and I was haveing such a hard time I was praying I could I afford him.my fingers were crossed I thought to myself it's so nice to know.There's still a Hornsby out there and if he's anything like his father then that's who I want,! And need!
And so I did, I hired him approximately 6 weeks ago. He has class, he has integrity. He is very straight forward. Very Stern which seems and appears to be Very rude at First. Then you look at the big picture And you realize he's not at all.! He's just doing his job and I like the way he does his job straight forward to the point.He's Just very matter of fact, And that's exactly why I liked his father. Cheese and Crackers. Paul just pulled me out of THE MOST INSANE HOLE I have ever been in. Literally the difference between my ex getting $30k instead of MILLIONS!!!! Paul showed me the light which turned out to be a train barreling towards me at 100mph about to destroy my life. Mr. Val is definitely God sent! He was in federal court to represent his client when my case was called. I didn't have a attorney. He took my case free of charge.God knew the situation I was in. And in the end I was back home in 17 months after completing my program. He explained every and anything. I didn't understand about my case. I used Kelley for my divorce back in 2004. I then had a parental alienation case against my ex-wife that spanned from 2018-2021 where I rehired her. There were about 40 motions in family court and we did not lose one. Kelley Joseph is smart. She knows the judges and the court staff. She was always a professional - inside and outside of court. She always returned my calls. I did a lot of research before hiring her and was impressed with her written client recommendations on another business networking site, where you have to Include your first and last name. All her recommendations were flawless and her clients said exactly what I was looking for. That's the thing I don't like as much here. Anyone can write anything anonymously. I believe what I can prove, and she is a high caliber attorney. I work in import/export and have a lot of assets. I don't have kids but had some complex financial issues and retirement assets to divide. She spent the time needed to explain to me my options, and how assets are not valued the same way. She got me a great forensic accountant. My only complaint was that she hired a terrible secretary for a few weeks then got rid of her, but that caused some delay. Once she was gone it was smooth sailing.
Ms. Joseph could've turned my case into a very expensive long term case. Instead she focused on what I wanted - speedy resolution. Ms. Joseph guided me through the divorce process and made it painless. Her assistant Laura helped me do discovery along with the expert. I hired Kelly after my original attorney did nothing for a year while my daughter lived with my ex who is an addict. Kelly filed and got her drug tested and got me sole custody after she found a supervisor for visitation who finally saw the truth and told the judge. She also found me a sliding scare therapist for my daughter. Kelly knows all the supervision and drug testing people the court used, I highly recommend Kelly...she knows how to help kids. I found myself in a nightmare situation when an accidental 911 call led to the police showing up at my house and mistakenly assuming a domestic violence incident had occurred. Jennifer and her group are excellent. After a year of representing me in my divorce proceedings my original attorney realized that my case was way too broad and complicated for her to handle, so she recommended Jennifer Frank. Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.
