Gena and Kathryn were amazing throughout my divorce. I didn’t want to ‘take my ex to the cleaners’ but did want to make sure I’d have a roof over my head and be able to continue to afford it. I hired Jodie for my divorce, and from the moment I deposited $5000 in her account everything changed, I can tell she did not read the divorce file, when she submitted the wrong motion with the wrong information. Not only once but several times, no response in the office at that time to my concerns. Divorce it is not an easy moment in anybody's life, don't let this lawyer make it even harder, I ended up changing to a different lawyer after a set of nonsense motions file by her just to eat up the retainer money fast

My experience was just short of negligence. Communication is desperately lacking, my requests to review motions before submitted on my behalf and communications from opposing attorneys were completely ignored, and the outcome due to their ignorance was less than acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for a thorough, detailed, and aggressive firm to represent them.

Worst family law firm in Orlando. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Lack of focus, terrible communication, ignorance, and outright lies is exactly what you should expect from Paulette Hamilton and her staff. When you look for representation as you go to battle, please find another law firm, one that is aggressive, pays attention to you, and is detail oriented. This Clown show does not care about their clients, they care about money. I honestly don’t know how they are not embarrassed with how they handled my case and I will spread word far and wide so that nobody I know is taken advantage of like I was. PLEASE find a firm that is truly looking out for you - Divorce and child custody is hard enough without having a lackluster attorney representing you.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

Had horrible advice which cause me to end up in contempt, more than once! Meetings and hearings were constantly cancelled because she didnt feel well! Then, when I seeked other councel, she testifies against me as a "SURPRISE WITNESS" for my ex's attorney!!!! Liz twisted everything I said&wrote to her, to make herself look good because she knew she gave me bad advice! I ended up getting an attorney out of IR country, which was the best decision I made! I almost lost my kids because of her not doing what she needed to do in the first place. I never reported her because I was scared she would lie to attorneys and Judges about me. Look for an attorney out of Indian River Country and go to court in a different county.

Lawyer Sanchez didn't stand by my side; he always supported the other party and made fun of my English pronunciation because it's not my first language. He significantly favored my husband and never provided any advice or assistance when I needed it. This caused more pressure on me; it felt like my husband had two lawyers. He did everything possible to make me feel frustrated. If you're a woman, don't let him handle your case, or else you'll regret it.
