David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. I will always recommend David Schachter to any person looking for an attorney .. hands down best lawyer in Savannah or should I’ll say south east GA.

I’d like to give a special thank you to Karen Taylor over at Atlanta Personal Injury & Law. In my accident I was hit unexpectedly while stationary at a stop light, resulting in critical damage to my vehicle and long term damage to my physical health. I initially hired them to cover the medical bills, but they went above and beyond for me. I would completely recommend them. They were efficient and timely. I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Williams and her amazing team of women. I had a scary ex who had walked all over me in the state we lived before and my previous lawyers did not have my back and had written up horrible orders that gave my ex the ability to mess with my daughters life to try and hurt me. Ms. Williams nipped that right in the butt and got us new orders written up that protected me and my daughter. On top of that she was able to finally put him in his place and get us tie breaker. Something we have never been able to have in my daughter’s entire life. My previous lawyer I had to baby sit and I had to fight for my daughter in court while this lawyer stood by and watched my cry. my experience with Ms. Williams was the complete opposite. She had my back the entire time and I am eternally grateful and will contact her if we ever need her again.

I want to personally thank Mr. Wosnik. He recently represented me in my divorce case. I came to him from an attorney that I did not feel understood me or the gravity of my case. I want to first thank Wosnik Law for such an AMAZING Job. They helped me this week with my son’s case. Mr. Wosnik is so kind and soft spoken, he will tell you upfront what to expect. Everything he told me exceeded my expectations beyond human understanding. I went to court with Mr. Robbie and the judge 👨⚖️ gave us a dismissal of additional probation. Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. Ms. Williams put together my explanation letter perfectly. I was given my ATT and official license after passing NCLEX with no delays or stipulations. Ms. Williams's whole team was amazing throughout my process and available for any questions or concerns I had. I can't thank them enough.

I hired Phil McCurdy to represent me after Firing my previous attorney, two years into a lawsuit. My previous attorney acted in a way that would make you think he was working for the other side. Oh my God! Never in my wildest dream did I ever think I would need a lawyer, but I am blessed to have Mr. Orlando as a friend, who was able to get Mr Scott (my lawyer) to reach out to me ASAP. Being on workman comp really blew through my savings. The firm was very interested in my case and encouraging. When the settlement finally came in, I was satisfied, but my lawyer wasn't. He said, "That's not enough for what you went through, let me see if I can get maybe 5K more for you". Well he did better than that, he got me 12K more! The check cleared and I'm hoping to never need a lawyer again, but if I do this firm will/is my only choice.

The consultation with secretary/answering/paralegal was off putting. She asked questions that made no sense, Then asked why a case was put off by a solicitor for so long? That was a very huge red flag... Next when I told this assistant I wanted to do the attorney consult for $350 she starts asking me more questions? I'm assuming she misheard my request but at this point I was past wanting services with this firm. When I told her thank you but ill look elsewhere, she laughs and says "We've never lost a case". Unfortunately you lost a potential client. So 1 star.

Spent thousands of dollars with this firm and got nothing but excuses and over promises. They would even cancel meetings and when I got the final bill, they’d charge me for when when they canceled the meetings. Makes no sense. Now it’s Christmas and I don’t have my daughter. I would not recommend them. Happy to share the invoice with anyone interested. Such a shame :(

I can’t say enough about Eugenia Walls. Eugenia Walls is outstanding. Most law offices don’t care about you as an individual. They just want billable hours. What I thought would be a relatively easy go with my now ex-wife turned into a protracted battle of everything. What should have been simple became contested. Thank goodness I decided to go with Emily Yu. She is the best.
If you need an attorney that is laser focused on your needs and desires and doesn't push you in the direction they want, Emily is for you. She is compassionate, articulate and is not afraid to go toe to toe with anyone. I loved how quickly she responded to my questions either in email or on the phone. I especially loved how I never felt like she was over billing me.
There is no other attorney I could recommend for a contested divorce. It's a guarantee that you spouse will not enjoy going up against her and opposing council will know they are in for a scrum. Emily is worth every one of your hard earned pennies.

What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family.
