This is Attorney Lundy’s mantra... and truer words cannot be spoken! I was in a very difficult divorce involving complicated finances and a business. I originally chose a local lawyer, thinking this would make it easier. However, after 1.25 years and a last-minute cancellation 10 minutes prior to our 4-way, I had enough! I reached out to Sandra for help. She explained it was a bold move and that I should consider this change very carefully. This alone gave me the confidence I needed. When I met her in person, I was convinced she could help, and we immediately got to work. Sandra has a big heart but is tough as nails when justice is needed. She has an amazing resume, is skilled at understanding complex issues, and is outstanding at writing concise and powerful letters quickly. I hired attorney Lundy for obtaining a restraining order. She was professional, prompt and well prepared for the hearings. She was easy to contact and accessible. Document exchange and payment is done easily through an online secured portal/personal profile making it easy to work with her.
She does charge full rate for travel time.

My case was 4 years deep in family court at the time I started searching for another lawyer.
Sandy is knowledgeable and experienced in all the necessary areas to fight any family law case.
Sandy was dedicated, steadfast, and showed a great level of care for my situation. Sandy always had a back up plan, and able to formulate a plan if none existed given the rarity of my case. My case involved DOR, DCF, police reports, guardian ad -litem/psychologist.
My son had been frequently missing visits, Mother alleging issues of all types of child abuse, making multiple false claims to DCF. Also falsely claiming child support was not being paid. She constantly misled the court, refused to produce documents upon court order and lied to the court, even about where she lived; and then claimed she was not being served properly. She claimed to be living in poverty while driving a luxury vehicle and living in a luxury apartment building in downtown Boston. Despite 4 years of these ludicrous behaviors from the Mother, my voice alone in the court seemed to fall upon deaf ears, until I found Sandy. My case took many strange twists and turns with many ridiculous claims from Mother.
I did not see my son for almost two years. My son did not know he had a Father because of the psychological abuse he suffered.
Sandy was able to gain a voice in the courtroom, which could be heard by the judge, unlike myself. And, then things started to turn around.
We gained full legal and physical custody, and supervised parenting for Mom. My son can now get the psychological help he needs. Since being with me he has been able to learn to read/write and perform math, add/subtract, multiply, now learning division, none of which he could do prior to living with me.
Sandy is my court room version of Tom Brady.

We got sued for adverse possession and easement rights on or lake property. Adam took the case 4 years ago. Just before the pretrial he bailed out. We now have to find a replacement in a very short time and for an extremely high cost. He left us in a very bad situation. I don't believe he felt comfortable about litigation. His specialty seems to be land lord/ tenant issues. I believe he was out of his league taking our case.

But fair warning, they will keep taking money from you after all of your invoices are paid and they will completely ghost you. Use a card ONLY to set up payments. One you can cancel.
In response to the response from Turco: You are correct, I did not engage you so all payments to the firm you subsumed in my name should have ended especially when my invoices were paid in full. They did not and money was taken from my account without a contract. Interestingly, I got a refund after posting this review so my advice stands. Make sure to put a payment on file you can dispute. Thank you.

Attorney Paul Moraski is THE BEST criminal defense lawyer! When my son was falsely accused of a crime that he didnt commit and all the cards were stacked against him, we felt defeated. We called multiple lawyers and had multiple consultations and each lawyer agreed to take his case but they all wanted him to plead guilty. This would have meant my son pleading guilty for something he didn't do, having a permanent conviction record, possible jail time, license suspension, fines, and court fees. I understand that this was the fastest, easiest, and least costly way out but this would have had a huge negative effect on my sons life and his career. He would not being able to work in his profession and run his current business. He worked so hard to get where he is by going to college, his internships and now owning and running his own business. This entire ordeal was a devastating blow to my family and we were so blessed and grateful that we found Paul! ( He asked us to call him Paul during our first meeting) We knew from the first consultation that we needed to hire him! He was the first lawyer out of many that believed in my son and believed we had a strong case and didn't want him to just plead guilty. This entire thing was foreign territory for us. Paul was very knowledgeable through the entire process, he explained things to us in detail and kept my family in the loop the entire way during my sons case. We couldnt afford to retain a lawyer, but Paul worked with us on payment plans! Paul was very professional in and outside of court and is also a very sharp dresser! I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a great defense lawyer!

I hired Renee on a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. I had an extremely contentious divorce that included an appointment of a special master, a discovery master, and a gatekeeper motion. My ex had two lawyers voluntarily remove themselves from representing him under emergency reasons before he settled on representing himself. Nick Gomes is amazing. He listened carefully to the details of our case against a solar company that defrauded my husband, tricking him into signing a document that he understood was authorizing a bid but in fact obligated us to a 25 year, $ 25 ,000 contract! We learned a out this only qhen the company dumped the panels in our yard.Nick quickly created a letter demanding damages for emotional distress, prompting the solar company to call is to find out "how to make this go away." We settle the matter quickly.

I've been dealing with custody and child support issues for years and have dealt with a few different firms. When it came time for emancipation it was getting messy and headed for trial, I remembered Richard who was a client of mine for my business. Based on my interactions with him, a consultation, the reviews I read and some research I decided he was the guy. Best decision I made. He was compassionate of my situation, wasn't aggressive with opposition and also not a pushover. His knowledge of the law enabled negotiations and ended something that could have dragged out and left me in a bad and expensive situation. He was very efficient with his time and his rates were fair. I'm very happy with the service I received and always felt he was working for my best interest, highly recommended. I wish I knew him from the beginning of my Divorce.

If six stars were available, I would give it to Atty. Reade. My intake interview was far and above what I experienced with other firms for the same case. She listened intently and was able to immediately see that my ex had filed a bogus case against me. Every complaint has a motive. Ms. Reade was able to immediately discerned my ex-wife’s motive and thus put the case into perspective. The trial was the best we could have had. We had many diamond moments. One of the most brilliant was how Ms. Reade created an excellent narrative that got to expose how my ex had fabricated her case by employing the police against me absent any criminal or violent on my part. My ex collapsed on cross examination and wept profusely, destroying her credibility. Another brilliant strategy was how Ms. Reade kept track the time allotted to my ex’s attorney. She allowed my ex’s attorney to use most of her allotted time questioning my ex. When it was time for my ex’s attorney to cross examine me, Ms. Reade simply made the judge aware that my ex’s attorney had already used up most of her time. Thus, my ex’s attorney barely had time to cross examine and she became tense and angry, giving me the chance to control the narrative. Ms. Reade managed to struck out most my ex’s responses to questions. She caught my ex trying to get tips to questions from her attorney when my ex was under cross. Needless to say my ex lost all credibility. There were too many positives about Ms. Reade to state here. But I should add that she has disarming sense of humor which put me at ease. I highly recommend her without reservation for all divorces cases.

Absurdly Expensive! I spent approx $30,000 in a few months with this firm and they did close to nothing. I just feel I needed to let others be warned because of how much money was wasted. I was assigned an attorney in the firm and none of my questions were answered but I surely was billed for them. There seemed to be a personal issue going on with the owner and I approached her about my concerns but instead of taking ownership and rectifying the issues, she blamed me. I just feel like if you can not perform the work you should just take a break from the job and not take someones money while putting their family at risk. I feel awful for even posting a negative review but I am in such financial strain now and I feel it is my duty to tell others.

I am so thankful to have been referred to Jade! Prior to working with her I had lost confidence in the lawyer I had, so I started a search for a new one....the one I initially met with referred me to Jade and felt we would be a great fit and Jade had openings, as she did not. From the moment I reached out to Jade I felt more confident. She has responded to me from day 1 within 24 hours either by email or phone. She listened to everything I had to say, got creative with different options and had a variety of plans in place as back up to try to keep my original goal in the front of the priority list in the parenting plan. I worked with Jade for about 2 months and got so much accomplished that was unable to get done in 2 years- my only regret is not trusting my gut and finding her sooner this long process could probably have been prevented had I had the right attorney from the start. My name is Ricardo R. and I'd like to take this time to tell everyone about how much I appreciate the outstanding work Rezvani & Males Associate, LLC have done for me.
It wasn't too many years ago when I first met this wonderful company; and at that it was by chance. One day I was going to a local/ national chain of a fast food restaurant where as I went to get a drink, I slipped and fell on a spill that was on the floor. Well needless to say the fast food place was quick to try to usher me out the door and try to act as if it was my fault and not give me the support I deserved. Well a friend of mine happened to have R&M's number and told me how good they were. At first like anyone else is was skeptical and thought these will just be some ambulance chasers and just wanted to get quick money and would settle for whatever was offered and move on to next case. Well to my surprise and actually opposite of what I thought of them before I met them; this team was very invested in first my mental health with making sure I felt comfortable with moving forward on the case to my physical health with making sure I received the best recovery care way down to not letting the big franchise lawyers push me around and treat me like I was just looking for a check; I felt they made the franchise respect me as a person first. Sorry this testimony is long but to shorten it up a bit; R&M hung in there with me until a respectable settlement was mutually agreed upon and I felt my dignity was not compromised in any way.

Hire her. Hire her. Hire her. She will meet and surpass all of your expectations. This was my first experience working with a lawyer and I am extremely pleased with my experience. It’s never fun to be in a situation where a lawyer is needed but having the right lawyer on your side is extremely crucial. I never once questioned if I made the right decision in lawyers. She really listened every time I expressed concern about something and always worked through things with me in a way I always fully understood and was 100% comfortable with. My case was regarding child custody and child support and it felt like I had a great friend on my side defending my rights. It was always refreshing to speak with her and I always left our meetings and conversations confident in my situation. I am actually a little saddened that we will no longer be in communication, as my case has come to an end (in my favor, I might add). Jade is always extremely professional but personable and has never once made me feel incompetent, even when asking questions that had obvious answers. Hire her, you will NOT regret it!

When I was looking for someone to help me with my legal matters, I talked to several top-notch lawyers. Each had their strengths, but none seemed very impressive. During the duration of my divorce I struggled with the sadness of it as well as feelings of being so alone. While my ex had already moved on...I was still trying to process it all...how do I go from here...how do I make ends meet....my only identity was wrapped around my husband...how do I start over? I felt so completely alone with two kids and a house to worry about. Needless to say I felt overwhelmed by the divorce process and the decisions that needed to be made. Oona has the ability to take the entire picture and break it out into what is important and not important. She can simplify the decisions based on what needed to be addressed at that time and what could wait or what didn't need to be addressed at all. Although she is sympathatic to your situation, she has the ability to keep emotions out of the decision making process. I felt this allowed me the confidence to make good, fair, clear decisions based on her advise even while I was an absolute mess. She was honest with me about what was worth fighting for and what was a waist of time. She understands the process and is confident in her abilities and this shows. Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! If anybody needs help with false accusations, and women being guided by V.A.W.A . Tanis is your best shot in a positive outcome . Her closing arguments, were powerful and strong , stating facts . Today Justice prevailed and it happened because Tanis Yannettis attention to detail! God Bless America

Brian is an exceptional attorney. He is thoughtful, considerate and is eager to find common ground. While many attorney's are eager to pick a fight, he works hard to help settle issues by highlighting what's important. That said he is both firm and forceful when necessary.
My divorce was particularly difficult and drawn out. It had a high degree of complexity involving a GAL and other child related issues. Brian was able to lay out a plan of attack and get to core issues quickly. He kept me well informed throughout the process and understood nuances of the legal system that other attorney's were not only unaware of but had no idea of how to use to their advantage.
On a personal note, he was phenomenal to work with. In the end we won and my children are thankful for it. I regularly recommend him to friends of mine that are in need of a good attorney and are going through divorce and especially those with complex child custody related issues.

Brian was/is my divorce attorney. I hired him on the advice of a friend who went through a messy divorce (mine was too), and it was the best thing I did during my divorce. He's helped with a couple of follow up issues in the years since.
The main thing I liked about Brian is that he was calm and measured. My ex would do something horrible, or make some outrageous legal claim, and I would start to respond with some of the same, and Brian would calmly explain why my I should not do so, and why her approach was probably going to be counter productive to her. This measured approach dialed down the intensity of the fight even though her attorney was a barracuda, which led to a fair divorce settlement out of court with less stress for everyone, and the kids in particular.
The other thing Brian did was write an incredibly thorough legal separation document - so long that the judge remarked on its length, but it has been a god send. My ex is constantly trying to come up with some new interpretation of our agreement, some new way in which she does less, or pays less, and has more, but she cannot because all the terms are in the separation agreement.
If you are looking for a lawyer out of a court-room drama, Brian is not for you. He's not going to come up with convoluted legal arguments and claim that you will get everything you want (which is not going to happen anyway). If you are looking for an adult, a serious lawyer who is going to gently but firmly guide you to a more successful outcome for you (and your kids), then I think you'll be happy if you hire him.
