Would absolutely not recommend. My attorney was completely unprepared for a hearing, did not follow through with things (including not serving the divorce paperwork to ex-spouse for more than 3 weeks), would not return phone calls or email, and incorrectly billed me. Much of the information he gave me also turned out to be untrue and not current legal practice. I'm not entirely sure why this office keeps hounding me for a review, so I am posting my honest opinion so they will stop emailing me.

I was represented by Susan for 2 cases. One in Boston and another in Quincy. Couldn’t have asked for better representation. Susan always kept me informed with what was going on, motions being filed, and how she saw the case going. I knew Susan was fighting for me and on my behalf. There was one example in I was summoned up to the bench by the judge so that I could hear what was being talked about between Susan, the judge, and the DA. I already knew she was fighting hard but being privy to that conversation I got to see just to what extent. I am extremely happy with my representation. Last thing anyone wants to feel is that they were improperly represented or that your attorney didn’t fight or do enough for you once everything is said and done and the case is finalized. I knew that everything possible was done for me and I am happy with the outcome of my cases. Without giving too many details about my situation, in both cases right after things were concluded employees at both courts had asked me who represented me because they were pretty impressed with the results given my charges. I was realistic and knew the possible outcomes about my situation. Nothing was sugar coated by Susan. She was always honest and upfront. Always replied to my texts. I don’t plan on ever needing an attorney again, but I know exactly who to call god forbidding a situation ever comes up again.

Attorney Clement is a most excellent attorney in every aspect. He was there as agreed early in the morning in court driving a good distance. He had all the case & evidence well presented to the court already in such an outstanding amazing way that when it was the moment to present myself before the Judge I literally didn't even have a chance to say my name or good morning Your Honor because as I was ready to say my first word the Judge was already saying that the charges against me were dismissed and I was told to leave immediately I was free to go ! Thank God for Attorney Clement who in my book is the Best of The Best for it is hard to imagine how can a Defense Attorney do better than that ?

Meghan was a wonderful support and calming, steady presence during a very long and tumultuous divorce. I sought assistance from Meghan Howard during a very stressful Landlord Tenant situation, one you would think would never occur when you are a good tenant and always paid your rent on time. Having never been through any sort of legal battle before, I was very stressed and scared. I consulted with Meghan and immediately she made us feel like we were in good hands. We were able to keep moving forward with our lives as she handled the difficulties of dealing with this landlord. A few words of advice: don't let Meghan's grace and warmth distract you from the fact that she delivers. She worked with my roommates and myself this past summer settling a dispute with our landlord, and despite the fact that we, the clients, had a tough time keeping a level head throughout the process (our living situation was quite literally on the line). Stakes were high, but Meghan never even seemed phased. Not in the face of our long, mutable lists of goals; not in the face of sudden panicked emails filled with questions; nothing we or our opposition did prevented her from taking all the time we needed to understand our situation and what the next best step would be. She honestly was like a guide and advocate through the whole process. I'm greatful we were able to work with her.

Attry Angela Cavanaugh is extremely professional under the truncated timetable delivered extraordinary testimony with literally less than 24 hours given unfortunate circumstances for me to provide evidence and that amount of time. Her testimony and cross-examination was something you could write a book about literally. If you ever have a scenario we'll get an unfortunate mess, you cannot go wrong with this law firm as a whole and or attorney Cavanaugh. Thanks

Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn't have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.

One of the worst, if not the worst, law firms out there. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The administrative assistants and front desk staff barely speak English, making communication very difficult. It seemed the only person fluent in English was the attorney himself.
They provided incomplete answers to my questions and could not give me clear information. Several times, their team hung up on me or sent me to voicemail. After multiple frustrating conversations with the paralegal and front desk staff, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fortunately, my workplace recommended Kevin, and it was one of the best decisions to have Kevin as my attorney. He is thorough, delicate, and well-prepared. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks to him, I now have a green card, and I'm able to visit my mom after 9 years waiting. Thank you!

Robert went out of his way to not represent me as a client. Yes I did retain him as counsel but he gave my leverage away in his first appearance stating "it's the best we can get." He then abandoned me on a Friday before our next Monday court date. Leaving me to find my present representation at the last minute.
Not only does he go out of his way to not work for your best intrests, he will work with the opposing parties to craft their language into your judgement.

He had all the case & evidence well presented to the court already in such an outstanding amazing way that when it was the moment to present myself before the Judge I literally didn't even have a chance to say my name or good morning Your Honor because as I was ready to say my first word the Judge was already saying that the charges against me were dismissed and I was told to leave immediately I was free to go ! My case was 4 years deep in family court at the time I started searching for another lawyer.
Sandy is knowledgeable and experienced in all the necessary areas to fight any family law case.
Sandy was dedicated, steadfast, and showed a great level of care for my situation. Sandy always had a back up plan, and able to formulate a plan if none existed given the rarity of my case. My case involved DOR, DCF, police reports, guardian ad -litem/psychologist.
My son had been frequently missing visits, Mother alleging issues of all types of child abuse, making multiple false claims to DCF. Also falsely claiming child support was not being paid. She constantly misled the court, refused to produce documents upon court order and lied to the court, even about where she lived; and then claimed she was not being served properly. She claimed to be living in poverty while driving a luxury vehicle and living in a luxury apartment building in downtown Boston. Despite 4 years of these ludicrous behaviors from the Mother, my voice alone in the court seemed to fall upon deaf ears, until I found Sandy. My case took many strange twists and turns with many ridiculous claims from Mother.
I did not see my son for almost two years. My son did not know he had a Father because of the psychological abuse he suffered.
Sandy was able to gain a voice in the courtroom, which could be heard by the judge, unlike myself. And, then things started to turn around.
We gained full legal and physical custody, and supervised parenting for Mom. My son can now get the psychological help he needs. Since being with me he has been able to learn to read/write and perform math, add/subtract, multiply, now learning division, none of which he could do prior to living with me.
