If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I have never experienced such kindness and generosity from a stranger before in my entire life. I only wish I could repay him in some way. This review is the least that I could do. Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. She not only asked questions but she encouraged my participation and always returned calls and answered every question and concerns. As my case was medically complicated she also brought in an attorney who was an expert in medically complicated cases to ensure I had the best possible representation. My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

I should added a review years ago this man is older he does his job and he will take care of you he took me and my brother's inheritance case when nobody else would our case was very complicated and we were very poor and he guided us through the process and took care of everything even though there was complications and problems they always call you back and they explain the process this lawyer is worth your time and they are very much worth going through for probate. They also have connections and relationships established for dealing with all the aspects of probate and it made the process a lot easier on us.

Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.

The Kainen Law Group are the top family law specialists in Las Vegas. I contacted three separate lawyers I have worked with asking for their recommendation on the best divorce attorney in Las Vegas, and all three recommended The Kainen Law Group.
They are not only excellent at what they do, but they also always act with your best interests in mind. If they do not believe that they can provide value given your specific circumstances then they will tell you that rather than wasting your money.
Their responsiveness and communication are top notch! Their reputation is top notch! Their ability to represent you and resolve your family dispute is top notch!
As mentioned in a few other reviews, they are definitely not a discount law firm, but you get what you pay for and they will not disappoint.
There is a certain comfort that comes with knowing that the opposing council knows exactly who your lawyer is, and what they are capable of. It sets the tone for all future interactions, and in my experience made opposing council much more reasonable.

I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.

I interned at Barnes Law Group when I thought that I wanted to be a Family Law attorney. While interning at the office I got to witness firsthand the internal workings, their services, and their staff. I can tell you that this staff puts a tremendous amount of work, attention, and strategy behind everything they do. Communications about clients’ cases, the weaknesses and how to better posture the case occupied most of the internal conversations amongst the people working there. This law office is extremely customer service oriented. During my tenure, I witnessed them win every case. It really was amazing. But I also saw the amount of work it took, the frequency with which the attorneys prioritized their clients over their personal life and the strain of representing people who are in personal crisis. A woman I hadn't seen in years tried to collect child support monies from me for a kid that wasn't mine. I hadn't spoken to the woman in years. My girlfriend said I urgently needed an attorney. I contacted Attorney Barnes who explained how my wages could be garnished and I could even be put in jail for nonpayment of child support if I don't dna test and prove I am not the father. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, but after she showed me the law, I took the test and proved I wasn't the father. I'm glad I followed Attorney Barnes advice and left crazy in the rear view mirror. Highly recommend this attorney and firm.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Attorney Carol Barnes and Barnes Law Group. Everyone at Barnes Law Group was able to answer my questions when I called. When I sent an email, I always received an answer on the same day and most emails were answered within the hour. When I first spoke with Attorney Barnes, she outlined a strategy for handling my case. My case was handled successfully, and as Attorney Barnes had originally discussed. I received a bill each month for the work that was done on my case and the bills reflected the strategy originally agreed to. Ultimately, Attorney Barnes was able to settle the case without us having to go to trial. While I was relieved that we did not go to trial, I am confident that we would have won if we did. I was very scared when I first retained Barnes Law Group. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans.
