My dad passed away and my brother, two sisters and I had no idea where to start as my father left no directions. We consulted with several firms before coming to Anderson, Dorn and Rader on a recommendation. Mr. Rader had a remote conference with all of us (we're spread all over the country), listened to us, addressed our concerns in words we could understand and agreed to work with us. Rather than telling us to surrender our father's estate to someone we'd never met (as several other firms had) he encouraged us and agreed we should be involved. Throughout the process, Monica (Senior Paralegal) was phenomenal - always answering our questions promptly and accurately, even making suggestions on how to pursue items I wasn't aware we should be looking for. My siblings and I always felt we had an advocate throughout the process and that we'd been lucky to find the firm. They earned every penny they asked us for and they did not add on additional fees or hire external agents as we'd been quoted by other firms. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing legal assistance.

I came to Radford’s office after a very unfortunate experience with another attorney. Divorce is never an easy process but thankfully I was connected to Kimberly. My divorce was very long and uncomfortable. Kim guided me through the entire ordeal. She is fair, informative, honest, thorough and the list goes on. She/the office tried to keep my fees at a minimum, even though my ex tried to cause constant need for excessive fees. We ended up in mediation and Kimberly “held my hand” through that arduous situation as well. Luckily, I will never need her services again. I highly recommend Kimberly to anyone who, unfortunately, goes through divorce. The whole office staff is great too.

I hired Kim through Radford Smith's office to clear up custody violations and help through a domestic violence case. Due to being an emergency circumstance, I was told upfront that my case would be handled quickly (within 1-2 weeks) but ultimately took nearly 2 months before Kim had the documents together and presented my case. If you hire her, be prepared for a lot of apologies (sick, vacation, busy). She is young and will be a good attorney one day, but she needs to understand the emotional nature of family law, improve communication and meet stated deadlines.

Not only did this firm provide advice to opposing counsel while intoxicated at at event in Reno - they regularly made me feel 100% accountable for my actions while simply protecting my young children from the Covid vaccine. My attorney and her boss, Brian, are through and through entitled liberals with no motives other than to destroy their clients that see things differently than they do. Brian hates this country, our morals, as well as those of his conservative clients. I have never felt more degraded, mortified, and slandered than I did working with him through the beginning of my divorce. If you have any scruples - stay away from this monster and the firm they have created.

Although my case didn't end as I had hoped, Brian did everything that he could to put forth the best case. From deposing my ex to see how he would answer in court to not being afraid to ask the tough questions whether of me or my ex in court. Brian is very easy to talk to, and I recommend him if you have any need for a Family Law attorney.

He did a great job for me in my family law matter. He helped me out in a bad situation. I could have saved myself some grief if I had contacted him sooner. I didn't have proper documents filed with the family court system and that put me in a postion to be lied about. There was a fight with my ex and Ken helped me put it all straight. It ended that matter so I was very pleased. I highly recommend him.

He's also an excellent Personal Injury Attorney as well, wished I would had used him instead after I was released from care from my dual rear end car accident in 11/06 he advised me the chriopractor that I was seeing had practiced medical malpractice due to the care that was going on so he's very informational & great personaltiy you'll love him.

John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof.

My daughter and I hired Mr Compan before our consultation was even over. With the fear of loosing my grandchildren, her children. We went into Mr Compans office like two little kittens with our tails between our legs, swollen watery eyes from crying for weeks but let me assure you that when we walk out of there we both for the first time in weeks had smiles on our faces. During the preparation time he was honest in how he anticipated the outcomes, he was empathetic to the stress and strain that comes with legal issues in regard to children. Lauren and her paralegal Emily provided excellent advice at a time I was at a loss for how to proceed. The annulment process is quite complicated and Lauren accurately assessed the situation and was spot on with what actually transpired. I went in apprehensive and unsure and Lauren’s professionalism came across loud and clear during the hearing. I live out of state and it involved some international communication. Super hard to get ahold of, he wasn’t ever on top of it. He was always rushing us to agree to things we didn’t wanna agree to. Kenneth also would forget everything I would recommend to put in papers.
I got hit with a bill for almost 9000$. For nothing. When I feel like I could have done a better job my self.
He didn’t go for back child support or insurance. I have to provide insurance on the child and everything else. While the father gets half custody. And doesn’t have to support her or help with anything.

Val Fujii and paralegal Theresa were the best decision I ever made. I went thru a long drawn out divorce and ugly custody battel over 5 children which took a few years to finalize. I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Andriea and Ashley. They walked me through the process, they were quick to respond, led the whole divorce process and kept me in the loop at all times. I honestly don’t even know why what ex’s attorney did because Andriea was so on top of it. My ex would ask me to ask Andriea something knowing it would get done. My divorce was final 3 months after my first conversation with her. By the end, I felt like she was almost family and I always felt like she had my back. Another thing to note, is that Andriea know’s the law very well, so don’t think you or your ex will be able to sneak anything by her. Thank you Andriea and Ashley!
