I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfortunately did not provide.
From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings.
As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. He did not seem to prioritize my case or show the necessary empathy and support that one would expect from a legal professional. This was in stark contrast to other lawyers who were far more cooperative and helpful.
Mr. Borger's dismissive attitude and lack of availability created additional stress and uncertainty during an already challenging time. It became clear that he was not invested in providing the level of service and support that I required. His lack of responsiveness made it difficult to progress with my case, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client.
For anyone in a similar situation, especially those who are deployed, I would caution against relying on Gary Borger for legal representation. The combination of his poor communication, unprofessional demeanor, and selective responsiveness made my experience with him deeply unsatisfactory.
In conclusion, my interactions with Gary Borger were marked by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and empathetic lawyer, particularly those dealing with the complexities of legal matters while serving abroad.

I was referred to Mr. Carvajal through a friend. Mr. Carvajal kept me informed as to when the court date was, when mail I would be receiving and the discharge papers. He goes through the questions that the judge will ask you which is very helpful. He keeps you up to date and starts the process as soon as he can. What a nightmare. The short story, I was overcharged/double charged, charged for them fixing the mistakes they made in my docs. They told me my case was straight forward and gave me a ballpark number. That number was hit at what I was told was almost the halfway point of my divorce, then I was told well it could be more like 3 or 4 times that original quote. They then parted ways with the lawyer they assigned to me and finally acknowledged there was issues with billing that they would look into and get back to me, BUT ONLY if I agreed to the new lawyer they were assigning to me. Divorce is tough enough, they will kick you while you're down. Seek help elsewhere.

I want to share my experience, but I have language barrier. I had an accident. While I was delivering, someone hit my car. It was a surprise. I didn’t see too big damage to my car, so I thought everything was fine.
But I still decided to go get treatment for my injuries. I went to therapy for a few months. It was a hard time for me, but I knew I needed to take care of myself. Right when we were about to settle my first case, I got into another minor accident that made my neck pain even worse.
