I want to say Attorney Brian McCann and his staff are awesome. I was hesitant to let him take my case because of the long distance. I started looking online for attorneys and spoke to many. What made Brian unique was the time he took with me on the phone he was not rushing me to get to the point of the case he let me say everything I wanted to say, other lawyers just did not want to hear everything they wanted just the reason of me calling them. I am in a different state but he heard me out without hesitation he started working on my case and within a week and a half case closed. I would recommend him to anyone he was on top of everything and takes the time to thoroughly listen to you.

I was facing a driving while suspended charges and Cristian came on top by getting my charges dismissed. Prior to the case Cristian was very trustworthy and honest with being very informative. Along the way I came into several personal problems and became difficult to contact Cristian and i almost ended up loosing his representation due to not a paying off my remaining balance. I must say the experience was Exceptional . At first, there was a little bit of miscommunication, but that was quickly fixed And addressed very quickly by Dan who I first spoke with at the Beginning of the case. He broke down the entire process and how It works in just a few minutes. Everything he said that was going to happen Did actually happen. Natalie Thompson is an excellent attorney of family law. I was in a very difficult divorce and in a hopeless situation. In the “interesting” world of family law Mr. Haggerty is 10/10 for what he does. I spent most two years going around and around with the same case spending capital on both a personal/feeling and financially. I decided to seek new council because after two years later no progress of any kind. Mr Haggerty took the time to hear me out read the previous orders and came up with a plan. He also was very good at explaining possible best and worst case scenarios. While they were obviously not a guarantee it felt good having an idea of what could happen. Within 6 months the issue was resolved, and I no longer receive harassing phone calls from the defendants attorney about frivolous things. If you need someone in family law I would highly recommend giving him a call, if you have another issue that he doesn’t handle at the very least he will recommended someone just as capable as him in that subject.
Again I can’t stress enough if you need council start with Mr. Haggerty first, save yourself the frustration, emotional, drain and financial drain of having inadequate counsel.

Kasia and Neil represented me in my divorce. It was relatively simple because we had no real property but they still took it seriously and I felt like a valued client. They even looked into the best way to word the joint custody of our dog which seems trivial but I appreciated that they cared about what I cared about. as i was married for 15+ yrs i anticipated the divorce process to be much lengthier and more stressful as that is the experience my divorced friends and relatives have had in the past.
that was the opposite at fradkin law due to the small office atmosphere. things are not "dragged out" and there is a commitment to quality other firms sorely lack.
i attribute much of the speed and ease to ed's paralegal Amy. she handled all matters with expertise, swiftness, and i was never made to feel as if I was a bother (there were weeks i had to call her daily). she extended emotional reassurance every step of the way from day 1 to finalization which meant the world.
