Joseph represented my nephew Ronnie recently and was extremely dedicated and professional. His presented the case with such care and precision, the jury only needed 30 mins to find my nephew not guilty and this was after a hung jury in a previous trial. Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Clarke represented my daughter here in Little Rock, Arkansas.
As if coming from New York to Little Rock,Arkansas wasn’t pure dedication, so was their dedication to my daughter’s Federal case and our family. Their passion and dedication in defending my daughter’s rights was way more than I imagined or expected because they were committed to her case. They picked apart every detail of her case and examined it as if she was their family member being represented.

I met Sabra Sasson when she was singing with a group of lawyers at a
Rehab. Center in Manhattan's U.E.S. (where my husband was a patient).
I spoke to Sabra as she had a pleasant smile and demeanor and I was interested in revising my will. I saved her tel. no. and called her when I was

My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.
As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some not so obvious inconsistencies in my child support case.
I’m sure that Seth will ensure the best possible outcome to any type of litigation within the family courts--with the child/children in mind as the priority.

Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Seth took over I was so afraid he handled everything he did everything in court and saved my life. I cannot thank him enough . From the beginning of our court proceedings to the end Seth took over got me all I deserved plus extra without me asking he is an expert in his field and I was amazed at how easy he made a difficult situation he is on your side I was extremely impressed he is awesome if I new how amazing he is I would probably have left my abusive situation earlier I did not no how much help is out there to help in domestic violence situations . Mr. Schraier is an amazing lawyer who helped me in my Custody/Visitation court case proceedings and I have say he did such a great job, he kept me in the loop, I was able to communicate to him about things that was happening throughout the case, We had one on one conversations about important ideas on what actions/steps I needed take to better my chances in court and he was there to give good advice. Stephanie is the type of lawyer you would want on your side whenever you are facing an unfair justice, She took me under her wings during a time of need and cared enough to further research better terms for my stipulation agreement working strategically with the the opposing attorney to finish the matter outside of court, saving me time, money and unnecessary energy. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.
My divorce was so messy and my first attorney made the mess even worse instead of fixing problems. Raunak changed the whole direction of my case. It was such a breath of fresh air. I don’t know how I could have gotten through it all and kept my sanity intact if I hadn’t changed attorneys and hired Raunak to represent me.

Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" All these concerns vanished after I started working with Raunak Kothari. At every step of the way, Raunak put me at ease with his knowledge and attentiveness. Thanks to his experience, he was able to point out so many considerations that had never occurred to me. Apart from making me feel like a priority, Raunak ran circles around opposing counsel. Larry was recommended to me by an accountant to help with a divorce filing. My experience with him was seamless and wonderful: he is compassionate, professional and talked me through the whole process. The process of filing took much longer than anticipated (although not his doing, it was the county clerk's holdup), but I was able to email with Larry regularly and he would check on the status for me. Lauren has been such a god-send for me. She helped me to mitigate a messy mediation situation where I was poised to give everything away by the time she came to my aide. She was very patient with me on hard decisions and helped me to gain back shared custody of my children without going through the process of litigation. I hired Lauren as a collaborative attorney in an effort to settle my divorce without proceeding to litigation. I knew very little about the different processes (e.g., mediation, collaborative, litigation) used to settle divorces and Lauren was extremely helpful in educating me on these topics and teaching me the pros and cons of each approach. I first met Lauren about nine years ago when looking for a mediation lawyer to facilitate my divorce process. From the many lawyers I talked to, she was the one that inspired the most trust and confidence, and to this I do not regret the decision of working with her.
Those who have been through a divorce know that a divorce is always a messy emotional and financial process. This gets magnified if people do it the "traditional" way with separate lawyers alienating the couple even more, expensive litigation, arguing back-and-forward endlessly, etc. At times this process can take years.
But with mediation divorce does not become an adversarial process. It is a process in which both parties communicate in ways that are healthy. Lauren is excellent and very skillful at facilitating this type of communication. What I appreciated the most about working with Lauren was her kind spirit and empathetic presence. While working with her it felt like she must have received training as a counselor at some point in her career due to her excellent listening skills. It made the divorce process go smoothly, and it was significantly cheaper than a traditional divorce.
I am grateful for the support Lauren provided during a rather difficult time in my life. I highly recommend her professional services.

My first attorney represented me in family court. I paid over $7,000 and got nowhere! My brother recommended Sandra Spennato so I cut ties with the 1st attorney, collected my files and started again from scratch with Sandra. Immediately, she listened to my current situation, listened to my goals, and put together a custom plan while also managing my expectations on what is realistic in the eyes of NY law. 1st thing she did was a discovery phase (which my former attorney NEVER did) looking at my ex's bank records which put us in a favorable position. She fought hard and in much less than a year (**during COVID**) we had the terms agreed to involving my daughter and my finances. I hired Sandra Spennato to help me obtain custody of my son. She is very knowledgeable and also quite the tactician. Sandra did not sell me a dream and false hope. She told me the cold hard truth every time we met and that is what I need. I have experienced lawyers that have sold me false truths and have only been interested in draining my wallet dry. She is nothing like that. I have never met a more understanding and passionate attorney. She understood the circumstances I was faced with in my case and she helped keep my emotions in check. Brittney starts with a huge advantage as she is very smart, strong and secure. This permits Brittney to offer thoughtful and wise counsel which she was then able to follow through on fully. I poured many hours and eyestrain, I went without sleep and ate a poor diet, I did everything I could to create a business. After some hard times I am doing better than I every expected. With that money I took care of my family and raised three beautiful children and took care of my wife. Things changed and in a blink of an eye the change in my relationship put everything I worked for in jeopardy.
Rather than hash the details let me just say that he was recommended to me along with another attorney who I went to first. I went against my gut going with someone else at first because of mutual friends. (I was also conerned that he worked with a lot of women and might not be sympathetic, which was way off base.
After hearing from the other attorney that I should be ready to liquidate, lose the overwhelming majority of my money and my time with my youngest I went back to "Mr. Mo" I call him, (I'm calling him Pashan now).
He didn't sugar coat it either but he was ready to fight and to reason and do whatever was necessary so that I didn't have to entirely start over at this point of my life. It was ugly at times and he stepped up, and definitely switched it around to being on the offensive and planned for contingencies. In the end he forced my ex and her lawyer to be reasonable. He also helped me with a good deal of business and trust work and the sale and move I made. I hope I am conveying what a good lawyer and friend he has been. He wasn't trying to hurt people or stick it to anyone or keep things going just to do it, he was just trying to defend my interest in and get everyone to see how they could reasonably make the best of an unfortunate period we had to get through to be happy and move forward.

I was very fortunate to have Shivani represent me in connection with a prenuptial agreement, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of representation in a matrimonial/family law matter. Shivani made what could have been an awkward and uncomfortable process into a completely manageable, expeditious, and helpful experience. She displayed a comprehensive knowledge of the law at all times, and she was an exceptional listener throughout. This made her particularly effective because it meant that, at the outset, she was able to offer meaningful help to me as I defined my concerns and priorities, and then in drafting the substance of the agreement, she was able to be immediately responsive to the concerns and priorities I had identified, which made the process significantly less stressful and much more efficient overall. I am really glad to have worked with Shivani on my divorce because everything was made very easy for me. Shivani was available, clear, organised, communicative, warm and determined. Very professional and worked with ease during the complexity of this legal process which is admirable and intelligent. All of these things I needed at the time. Shivani took very good care of me. For example, personally attending an inspection for my protection. Shivani explained all of the information regarding my divorce concisely, comprehensibly and patiently and so the divorce jargon proved to not be complicated for me. I was refer to Ms Puleo from a different lawyer.
When I talk to Ms Puleo on the phone she understood and hear me.
She took my case. I did everything she requested of me.
She kept an eye on the court date.
The court date change and she was on top of it and notified me. I change my plan to the new date. - I read of nightmare when lawyers don't know if the court date change - it was not the case with me.
The case got dismiss ( yes you read correctly)
I still pay child support voluntarily. I believe a child should be taking care of with a fair amount.
If the child mother decide to take me to family court again, I will hire Ms Puleo again.

Cindy took over my divorce case from my former lawyer and she quickly learned all the details of the case. My divorce was not amicable or simple. We owned several properties together and our finances were very complicated. Cindy's knowledge, professionalism and efficiency kept my ex and I focused on the negotiations. She skillfully mediated difficult, touchy topics and she kept the process moving. She is well-versed in handling divorces and clearly explained my options each step of the way. My ex didn't have a lawyer so Cindy had to deal with him directly, as he was pro se (representing himself). She's great with people and summed up my situation with him pretty quickly. Cindy Sanchez has been my lawyer since 2005. She was referred to me through a legal plan I had at my job. I hired Cindy to help me obtain a shared physical and legal custody of my children. My case was fairly complicated since my children's mother took them to another state with the intention of relocating to that state just before the beginning of the school year. My children were supposed to go back to school in September 2005 in New York City. However, their mother enrolled them in a school in another state, 700 miles away from New York City. Cindy was able to convince the judge to schedule a court hearing early in September 2005. This was extremely important because the longer my children stayed in the school out-of-state, the smaller the chance that the judge would order to bring my children back in their school in New York was. Cindy was extremely helpful to ensure that my children's mother could be served with the order to appear in court. My children's mother was very difficult to find. I first try the local police to serve her but it did not work. Cindy advised me to hire a local professional to do the serving. In a matter of minutes, she was able to identify this professional. It was critical to do the serving during the appropriate time window. Otherwise, the court date would have been postponed to October 2005. As I mentioned before, this would have tremendously reduced the chance of having my children back in their school in New York for the year 2005-2006. During the court hearing in September 2005, the judge ordered that my children had to return to their school in New York. I was relieved by this decision. I can say that without the expertise and responsiveness of Cindy, my children would not have returned to New York.
Cindy was resourceful, insightful, and supportive at every stage of the divorce process. She helped me obtain a shared physical and legal custody of my children. She has also successfully helped me with a few custody issues since the divorce. Cindy is a very intelligent and knowlegdeable lawyer who has the ability to listen to the client and fully understand his/her needs, concerns, and fears. I highly recommend Mr. Stutman, from the moment I walked into his office I felt like I had someone in my corner. He did an excellent job directing what could have been a very hostile divorce, well respected by the opposing attorney, he stood his ground negotiating a fair and equitable deal for everyone involved.
