I worked with Adam on behalf of a family member who has behavioral health issues and ended up getting two DUIs within a period of 2 years. Because the family member was not able to comprehend the severity and complexity of his legal issues, Adam was able to guide us on all of the steps that needed to be taken. He always made himself available for answer any questions that I had. He responded quickly and was able to explain what was happening and what needed to be done next. He successfully closed the case with a positive resolution based on the circumstances surrounding the family member. If you are dealing with a family matter, I highly recommend working with Tina Corr.
Pricing: Tina Corr was fair and consistent with pricing. Her contract was straightforward and easy to read. Prices are reasonable and billing was explicitly spelled out ahead of time so no surprises.
Personality: Tina Corr was wonderful to talk to. She gave me the truth even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. She read everything I sent (and I mean read, not just received) and she responded mindfully to all of my concerns.
Efficiency: Tina Corr was responsive (almost always within 24 hours via phone or email!) and efficient with paperwork. Everything was filed correctly on time if not early. I never felt like my lawyer left me hanging.
Flexibility: Tina Corr was able to respond specifically to the unique needs and requests I had for my case. I think family cases can be nuanced and mine was no different. Tina Corr was able curate the work on her end to suit my specific circumstance. I attribute this to the fact that she's a good listener and perceptive; qualities that can be difficult to find in a lawyer.

I had a very unusual divorce. I was saving up for a divorce when my husband had a massive stroke and he became disabled. I had a difficult time locating a lawyer who didn't want to charge me a massive retainer to take on my case. Ryan was very clear about the process and tried to help it move smoothly along. We ran into some issues with opposing counsel but he managed to find a workaround. He kept me informed the entire process and was wonderful to work with.

I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

After a brief conversation with with her to make sure Ms. Frankmar had all the facts and supporting documents to work with, my case was completely finished within 6 months. Dan was incredible with handling my divorce. My divorce seemed like it would have been simple (uncontested, no children) however it ended up being anything but! Gordon was my 3rd consultation, so how different he is, stood out immediately, and I knew right away that I found just what I needed. Gordon Brown is a one in a million, you could not ask for a better lawyer to fight for your child/children. He puts his heart in his work and once you meet him there is no questioning that. I have the highest respect and admiration for Lynn Snyder, Attorney for family law. She is extremely competent, compassionate and very experienced. Lynn is not the typical attorney that looks to churn the bill at every opportunity. I was recommended to see Lynn from an outstanding attorney from the domestic violence center. My family is so lucky that I met Lynn. She had me fill out all of the typical discovery paper work prior to our first complementary interview and she was well prepared to discuss my case prior to the start of the meter running. My case involved mental health issues with my spouse. (Through this journey I’ve found out that mental health issues are more prevalent than anyone would admit in our society.) By Lynn’s 18+ years as a Master in the Courts, her sage counsel and her respect from the courthouse, Lynn enabled me to get full legal and physical custody of my children, which is just short of a miracle in the state of Pennsylvania. In the end, Lynn also helped me have my wife get the help that was needed for my wife’s recovery. Lynn never pushed me to divorce, which would have been the easiest path for someone that didn’t care, but it would not have been the best road for my family. Lynn has helped me with a very complex child custody case which she resolved
Smoothly for both parties. Then my wife put a PFA order against me which Lynn successfully argued and cross examined in court with my wife and the judge dropped the final PFA order just based on wife'a testimony and Lynn amazing discovery skills. Finally Lynn has helped me a emergency child custody petition fearing the mother was being deported back to her home county and now is in process to file annulment of marriage with my wife. In alll cases Lynn has prevailed and her knowledge of the law, her agressive, yet defensive and tactile approach to handling the cases helped me in each incident to be in my favor. If you want an excellent lawyer, chose attorney Benson. From experience, I learned that you need an attorney with an “aggressive” personality. I say that she is aggressive because she goes above and beyond and she keeps it real with her clients and when presenting her case. I hired her and I had sent her an email with so many questions. She got back to me on a holiday- in a timely manor. Regardless, she gets back to me in a timely manor- ALL THE TIME. The other night, she emailed me and answered my questions. We were emailing each other on and off until about 11 pm. Mind you, her office closes at 5pm. Being in the situation I am, she takes my case seriously and let’s me know everything will be okay. She is very professional and also sincere in everything that she does. I have faith in her and she has proven so much to me in a short period of time.

Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge. I would highly recommend Mindey and New Hope Divorce Mediation to others to handle their divorce case.

I hired Lenore about 18 months ago after firing 3 other attorneys....the last of which nearly bankrupted me when he failed to file
an appeal of an outrageous child support award.
There are many attributes of Lenore that are really rare in divorce attorneys:
* non-confrontational
* high attention-to-detail
* outgoing and friendly
* reasonably rate given her high quality of service
She handled my case with high level of professionalism.
Lenore represented me at both a master's level and then a judge's level for equitable distribution.
In both cases, she was well prepared and very convincing in these hearings...especially the latter where there were nearly 10,000 pages of documentation.
She arrived at the court house with a luggage carrier holding nearly 4 FEET of documents !
Her performance was exemplary thanks to careful preparation.
When the hearing was over, we walked out of the courthouse and she gave me a big hug as we said goodbye !
