I hired Lori to handle my divorce. She gave me more information during my free consultation than any other attorney (of several I contacted.) Lori is very knowledgeable and has alot of experience; she knows the court system and has worked with many of the other attorneys. She is very professional and takes charge of the process especially when the other party is dragging their feet. It's been a constant struggle with my son's mother, before acquiring Randi J. Vladimer as my attorney i had no chance to show the courts the stress she was causing for me and my wife. Randi and her team have helped me exercise my rights as a father and legally they have put me in a position to ultimately give my son the best life possible. LaMonaca Law Firm was a lifesaver throughout my divorce. Greg LaMonaca’s Brutally Honest Family Law Coaching helped me tremendously. It took me from feeling helpless and hopeless to the point that I realized I could and would make it through. When you are going through a divorce, you do not think clearly. This program helped me confront my fears, understand my past and realize that a future was possible for me. The Strategic Planning helped me to understand the legal side of the divorce. Never going through a divorce before, I had no idea what was in store. “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.
After hearing my story and studying my case, Greg and his staff had complete faith in me and what I was fighting for. This was/is so important to me, because without that faith and belief in me and my cause, LaMonaca Law would not be involved in my case.
My case has been, and still is, a very difficult and emotional experience for not only me, but my family and loved ones. I've been working with Attorney Andy Brown for approximately 6 years. He's handled my divorce and custody cases. He has always been there when I needed him and I am confident that he's helped me achieve the best possible results.
To say that my ex is "high conflict" would be putting it mildly. For 6 years she would "ride the line" of what she thought she could get away with (calling the police/CPS for trivial matters, trying to drive a wedge between my sons and I, etc).
In the end, Attorney Brown was able to facilitate a reversal of custody through trial. I now have primary physical custody of my two sons.
Attorney Brown not only understands the application of the law in these matters, but also has a keen awareness of the norms and expected outcomes of the York County Judicial system. He's been doing this a long time and it shows. When judges and lawyers need a lawyer, they call Andy Brown.

Sonia Wise is an incredible lawyer. She will fight for your and she wins cases. I consulted with other lawyers who said that Dauphin County CYS will basically roll you and you can't win. To start off Mr. Moody changed my life! He was easy to talk too, fast in responding (even when I wasn't), patient, answered every question I had, I felt completely free from judgment. There was never a feeling as though I was alone in the more formal aspects of the case. His fee truly was quite low in comparison to others, and what you expect. Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys.
I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

I found Attorney Spivak through a Google search with the criteria, “impossible PFA cases”. His name popped up and I gave him a call. Long story short, he literally won an impossible PFA case. This man is legit. My fiancé has been in custody courts for 3 and a half years, and this man proved his case with one PFA hearing. I would also say that anyone who may have very complicated custody cases, to talk to Mr Spivak. He’s highly knowledgeable, and this man actually CARES about his clients. He will go to bat for you, he is very direct, and he will tell you what to expect.
I say this with the most sincerity, I do not trust, like or even respect most attorneys. I have never had good experiences with most of them. I feel like they take your money , and that’s it. But this man is the real deal. I would highly recommend Attorney Spivak for any custody/PFA related cases. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Lauren is a great lawyer and was really supportive throughout my messy, long and difficult divorce, custody and child support case in 2012. I never had to worry about anything when we were in the court. Lauren was prepared and ready. When I needed her, she was always reachable by phone or in person. Even now after 12 years when I was facing a new problem and called her late in the evening she immediately remembered me and agreed to represent me. When I had my second DUI, Mr.Martini was very helpful. He got me the lowest penalty. I did no jail time for my second offense but I was on house arrest for 10 days, had to take classes (wasn't too bad), 80 hours community service, and . This was not bad considering the many people I talked to during my community service either had to do some amount of time in jail for a second DUI offense or they had house arrest for 30-60 days, some even had both. I managed not to drink and drive anymore, it's really not worth risking the lives of others besides a lot of money I had to put out.

This attorney also conceded as a Hearing officer for Montgomery County Domestic Relations Child Support. She disregarded Facts in her "Findings of Fact" Document provided after the hearing. She knowingly disregarded to act as a fair officer of the court. I can only assume her intended goal was to be bias in her findings since she ignored legal pay stubs & the Plantiff's behavior in her scope. It is my opinion that she operated with malice and will be reported to the bar association for such behaviors.

Mike Zicolello is one of the most professional and competent attorney's I've ever met. I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee .
