Stuart did a great job when he created my Trust, Will, and LLC in 2017 when he was with a different practice. Now in 2025, I needed to update my Trust so I tracked Stuart down and found him in his own practice. Very thorough, yet very easy going personality. From the very beginning of the process, where I had a phone conversation with Stuart, we felt very confident that we had chosen the right attorney firm for our case. Later, when Juanita took over the responsibility for our case, and started interacting with us, the confidence and trust just kept growing each time we communicated with her. Finally, the actual process of meeting with Juanita in order to go over everything and finalize our case went extremely well. Attorney Ed Castro was asked to take over my DVRO case, which seemed to be permanently skewed by a deceitful abuser, a less than truthful criminal attorney and a biased judge. When searching for a trust attorney I came across Maya Pinchman at Ratners & Pinchman. What an amazing experience after an arduous search for a trust attorney! She gave me all the time on the phone to hear my case and offered great options without an initial hourly fee. I knew I had found the right person to help me with setting up my trust. She offered excellent solutions for my situation and was great with the execution of my trust. Maya is kind, understanding and professional. To start, no one knows what to expect going into a dirty divorce. Mrs. Brianna Davis and her team were referred to me by another highly reputable attorney. She is a powerful and well respected counsel but above all that, she is a dynamic human being with feelings. In the midst of emotional chaos, she provided me clarity. When i saw gray, she made sure to spell out the black and white for me. Brianna made sure to dot all i’s and cross every t in an uphill battle that seemed never-ending. Above all, she truly cares. She cared about my well being and the well being of my children in a terrible domestic violence case. I was recommended by family and friends to seek legal services by Puja and was reassured by staff that working with Andrella Gonzalez I would receive the same level of representation. The experience was nothing short of frustrating and put me in a worse position in every aspect. As a father with a strong case, I was simply looking for competent legal representation and someone who would listen and understand my situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Throughout the process, I never met with Puja or Andrella in person or even had meaningful direct communication with either. Andrella, who “led” my case, was primarily focused on reminding me about payments rather than providing clear legal guidance or addressing my concerns. When I sought clarity about my legal standing or next steps, Andrella was dismissive and evasive—there was no effort to explain my case or strategize with me.
I provided all the necessary documentation, including discovery and exhibits, but felt like I was merely a financial transaction rather than a client in need of genuine legal support. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and attention to my needs was deeply disappointing.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation. Don't be swayed by polished reviews or LinkedIn accolades. There are better options out there for those truly seeking a lawyer who will advocate for their interests.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!
He was paid in full and NEVER filed my response to my ex filing for divorce, even though I signed in his office a whole year prior. Now it's been 2 years into the process working together and he still hasn't filed?!?! Not only was that a huge fail - He can't mediate to save his life. If you are at an impasse in your divorce, he does not posses the tools to help you through it.
We stopped working with him and I hired an attorney who caught it immediately on the first phone consult. When I reached out Scott about it he ignored my question and told me, he has a system that works well and has many happy clients. (What does that have to do with him not performing the work he was paid for?) Total deflection.
An entire 2 years working with this man through the divorce process for nothing. Not only money wasted but time that I can't get back. I'm filing a complaint with the SDCBA, State Bar of California and filing a fee of dispute. $6k-$7k down the drain to accomplish nothing!

I sincerely feel abused. I was recommended by family and friends to seek legal services by Puja and was reassured by staff that working with Andrella Gonzalez I would receive the same level of representation. The experience was nothing short of frustrating and put me in a worse position in every aspect. As a father with a strong case, I was simply looking for competent legal representation and someone who would listen and understand my situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Throughout the process, I never met with Puja or Andrella in person or even had meaningful direct communication with either. Andrella, who “led” my case, was primarily focused on reminding me about payments rather than providing clear legal guidance or addressing my concerns. When I sought clarity about my legal standing or next steps, Andrella was dismissive and evasive—there was no effort to explain my case or strategize with me.
I provided all the necessary documentation, including discovery and exhibits, but felt like I was merely a financial transaction rather than a client in need of genuine legal support. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and attention to my needs was deeply disappointing.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation. Don't be swayed by polished reviews or LinkedIn accolades. There are better options out there for those truly seeking a lawyer who will advocate for their interests.
