She made sure that I was treated fairly and that my interests were protected, including ensuring I was being mindful of my legal expenses. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, answered ALL questions, fast response from entire team! Tracy and her team responded to my emails quickly, professionally, and completely. This was VERY important as I was working on this legal issue remotely from another state. I hired this attorney while facing extreme crisis in my divorce. She seemed competent on our consultation. After I paid retainer fee she became confrontational, was avoiding me and dismissing important information for my case. Never called me to prepare for our contempt motion. She showed up to our motion unprepared, confrontational and did not act in my best interest and lost my contempt motion. Absolutely terrible representation.

Had Bob represent me in a marriage dissolution proceedings.
He demonstrated both compassion-at times- and ineptitude with a close focus on maximizing billing time.
I discharged him after confronting him about not following the plan of service we worked on numerous times. His in-person explanation was related to some other personal considerations that precluded him from attending to my and my children's best intetests. I was appaled and the stress that resulted on my family was perfectly avoidable.
Litigation fatigue precluded me from holding him accountable for his negligence. BOO on Bob, et al.

If you want to lose your children go here. Everything the attorney said wouldn't happen, happened. They will share your account numbers and social security numbers with the apposing party. Don't recommend this office at all go somewhere else. Would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest available.

John took 2 months to write a standard lease and emailed me an incomplete template when I reminded him that I still needed it. The bill reflected that he wrote it the day I called. Also forgot to post an eviction notice and ended up costing me much more money to deal with the tenant. If that wasn’t enough, he decided that he wouldn’t take my case for damages against the tenants and had the office manager cancel on me 2 hours before the call instead of telling me himself.

The case that I had was a difficult and unfortunate one for any parent to have to go through. It was a continual roller coaster of emotions as a parent, and Jacob was empathetic the entire way with no judgment. There were multiple twists and turns along the way and he was able to be a creative flexible thinker throughout. Jacob was very responsive and efficient with his time and mine. I repeatedly asked for receipts for their time and did not receive it. The court told me to take it up with the Bar. Seriously, thurston county family court told me to complain to the bar about this establishment. I was directed by the judge. I only got 1/2 a day to review paperwork yet they defended giving opposing council 42 days. Who does that? They said it was standard for morris -sockle to only give 1/2 a day for review. Steer Clear! Even thurston county court said morris-sickleis wasting the courts time.

After surgery at a local hospital, my mother was left with the loss of feeling and mobility in her legs. Our family met with Mr Morris for a consultation and he put many of our fears to rest. He educated us as to the process and after a reasonable period of time got us a settlement that was fair and moreover one that compensated my mother and family for the damages that had been done. I am forever thankful to Mr. Morris and would recommend him to anyone who has the same type of problem with hospital of health care provider.

Deeply unprofessional and discriminatory conduct from Theresa Lorella and this firm. Unethical law firm that refuses to provide an itemized receipt. Ms Lorella sold herself as being capable of the most difficult divorce settlements but after 3 months and tens of thousands of dollars later she was incapable of doing even the bare minimum such as get my non marital personal property back. Ms Lorella also engages in bigoted behavior and when her firm disciplined her for the matter she quit the next day in retaliation. If you are a member of any marginalized community you do not want to hire this law firm.
I also believe there was a fraudulent use of funds and Ms Lorella’s relationship with opposing counsel was a serious issue. I do not believe she operated in good faith. Must be nice to collect a six figure paycheck off of the dissolution of families.

Brian Chase is by far the absolutely worst lawyer I have ever witnessed. He vary rarely communicates. Not even with other lawyers. He is not prepared or even knows the meaning of the word defend. If you don’t like someone or have a fascination about being incarcerated, hire Brian Chase or represent yourself. I’m sure you would get a better deal. If he is your public defender. Fire him.

She is money motivated ONLY ! I can’t express how she mishandled and fumbled my case. I spent 10’s ($48,000 to be exact) of thousands of dollars only to be in a worse place than before due to her lack of preparation and knowledge of a case. Despite being hired through multiple motions. She failed communicate on multiple times to a judge a clear cut and dry case of contempt. She wanted to settle the parenting plan which was not in my favor. It was like she worked for or knew the opposing council. She was outsmarted and out witted in all aspects against the opposing council.

This lawyer is not proactive at all. I have an ex that is very deceitful and asked him from the beginning to seek definitive proof on all her statements. I’ve predicted every move she’s made. We’ve been to court three times and not once has he asked for pay stubs or anything to prove her needs. He doesn’t listen to concerns and is lazy. Does not do good research to prepare for court and allows opposing counsel a competitive advantage by allowing them more time than I was allowed to prepare statements. He gets outplayed in strategy by lawyers less experienced and can’t conduct himself in a confident manner before the authority of court. He does not raise concerns about damaging judgements at the end of arguments when asked by the authority of the court. I spend one third of my time and money arguing with him on trying to get him to do what I want him to do and he has all kinds of excuses for his failures. Don’t waste your time or money. He has not protected me or represented me at all. I’ve asked for specific language to he included in a mediation judgement and it was not. I was misrepresented by him and the mediator in mediation and am not happy about it at all.

I hired Olaf to help me get my child back from her father who took her away and I ended up with a year of three hour visits with my child. Olaf never asked for me to have more time, he would tell the judge that my child’s father worked to much, being an attorney he should have known that the court does not care about parents work schedules and argued something else but he never did. Anytime I would ask him to do something he would tell me no, like he would not get me a guardian ad litem, would not put what I wanted in my declarations, would not come up with a customized parenting plan at mediation, he would wait months before scheduling court dates or sending the opposing counsel things and when I sent him information he wouldn’t look it over. I switched attorneys and within two weeks had an agreement with my ex and signed our parenting plan.

But there's some county volunteer legal aid services extended not for employment to my representatives advising them could keep my case while working for them full-time as a they senior attorney over there program. He knew the facts to be different and just the defendant dshs say and present what they wanted he avoided my calls and even included causes of action in my JR w/Supreme Court without my knowledge and with knowledge i did not want that he wouldn't remove himself from my case and he wouldn't take the action I told him . Then quit after being used my is buddies because he felt they were now discriminating against him. He was promised control of the program in some way and did not get it.

Ms. Morado was absolutely invaluable in helping me navigate a bewildering publishing/art/licensing/permissions debacle in which I was utterly in-over-my-head. This attorney build his practice off my family pain . He had an ad on Craigslist.org doing pleadings for 250-300 each I used his services and reluctantly hired him for my appeal he was all I could afford , I did not know at some point later he decided to revive his legal career rather that mortgage lending foreclosures he decides to practice in family law child support and Title II ligation in the jurisdiction that I had him draft 2 law suits against officers of the court 2 lawsuits against DSHS and OAH . My trial judge was moved in rotation to family court and he followed him over there wait it gets better , he was suddenly referred by someone for a (.hmm I wonder who that was ...) senior attorney position at the local legal aid program were guess what My trial judge is the judicial liaison and 3 assistant attorney generals sit on his employers board ....he says no conflict of interest but he failed to tell me this I discovered it days ago . he was fired 6 weeks ago and refuses to submit his withdrawal from my cases and the supreme court is pending review , of matters that he has pretended to ligate and told me on April 7, 2023 he is going to loss on all cause of action less the attorney fees from the PRA claim which by the way he will split with me . This is the 3 time I have experienced a lawyer violate their duties to me and nothing is ever done about it hope your not poor because if you are there is no help for you . This is a business for them they care nothing about their harm to families they only care about themselves. Its the most despicable situation I have experienced .

I was served with an outlandish protection order making very wild claims months after my ex-wife and I had divorced. The news was shocking to me and I only had 10 days to find an attorney to represent me. The original temporary order held little information. Gina agreed to represent me, was upfront about cost and options. She allowed me to mail bomb her office with all the potential texts, communication and support documents I had. She was able to sift through the piles of information and to suss out what was useful and not useful in my defense.
More than that she was able to identify the true cause of the problem, a desire to change the parenting plan for support money. I was the primary parent and my ex tried a desperate act.
Gina worked with my ex-wife's attorney to find a new balance to find a solution to make the time lost with the kids and the financial balance my ex-wife was seeking. She had a heart to make the case less difficult on the children and me. My ex-wife did not agree to any of the terms. And still wanted her day in court.
Gina danced circles around the plaintiff, expertly wielding the information and the understanding of a reasonable person's standards. The case was ultimately thrown out. Gina even followed up with me personally to ensure that I was ok.
I recommend Gina, especially to anyone who really is in a place where they know they are being wronged, and are willing to let their attorney be the expert on what is reasonable.

10k down the drain. Won’t say who but I’ll say they forgot key evidence to my case that I was bringing my ex wife to court for and it bounced back at me and now I’m dealing with the repercussions of it. Also, when asked for reimbursement, they informed me they thought it was going to go that way, so it didn’t matter anyway. But the whole reason I took my ex-wife to court was because of this evidence that was never submitted.
