Mr Rosenfield made me feel extremely comfortable explaining every detail of the trust and always made room for questions. Can be frightening as a widow to handle this alone. One or two in person meetings option for zoom and constant email connections with updates.

I recently hired Matt Karr and his team to assist me with getting Mass Health for my brother. I did my due diligence in researching many firms that just specializes in this area, and made my decision to go with Heritage and am so glad I did! It can be a very daunting and overwhelming process to say the very least and could have never done on my own. They are extremely knowledgeable of all the nuances and intricacies involved in the ever changing process of these laws! The ParaLegal Kelly is amazing and knows everything there is to know about Mass Health and the application process. While on vacation in Boston, I was falsely accused of a serious crime, arrested, and faced with felony charges. After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness. I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail. After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days. True to their word, Paul arrived at the jail two days later. I was escorted by a correctional officer to meet him. From the moment we met, I knew Paul was the right lawyer for me. He had an incredible personality, was highly educated and knowledgeable, and held himself to a very high standard. For the first time, I felt hopeful again. John did an outstanding job of representing me as a public defender. At a time when I was out of work due to filing for SSDI. Charges were brought against that were false. He was able to bring witness in to testify on my behalf and advise me through the 2 year ordeal. Communication was never an issue. He never once doubted or questioned my innocence. In the end hearing the Judge give his verdict of not guilt was such a relief. At a time when people can just bring false claim against people and alter their lives in do so. I am thankful that Attorney Pickering was there to represent me. Thank you John

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Atty Jonathan Molleur. At first, I called a different attorney who contacted Atty Molleur. Within one day I received a call from him and was so relieved. From the moment I heard his voice I knew he was the attorney for me. He listened to me, through my tears, for about an hour and showed me so much empathy and kindness to my situation. He did not interrupt me at all. It was a very difficult time for me since I was dealing with family members so it was a very personal matter. So needless to say, I was very upset. When I heard that he would take my case, I felt relieved, since he was known as one of the top lawyers in this field of tenant law. From day one, our very first conversation, I knew that we had a chance at winning this thing, and fortunately for myself, this proved to be true. I felt very supported, both legally and as a human being, when Ben helped me to amicably resolve an employment matter with my former employer. Peter worked with us over the course of several years as we sought desperately needed out of district placement for our two sons. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and deeply experienced. I could not emphatically recommend any one more highly than Mark. From beginning to end he was true professional and a credit to his craft. in September 2022 I was diagnosed with cancer. By July 2023 I found myself over whelmed with credit card and hospital bills. I contacted several attorneys.
