From the minute I met Melissa Gertz, I felt a sense of ease and comfort come over me. A sense of "this fight alone is finally over". I suffer from brain issues and severe memory problems due to a past brain infection and never damage. At 44 years old, I have worked all my life and never needed state assistance of any kind. I applied for Social Security Disability 2 years ago only to be denied twice! I had lost 3 jobs and 2 apartments (in the process of losing the 3rd apt) as a direct result of my "incompetence" and medical condition. Unable to accept myself that I could no longer work, I still continued to look for work anywhere. With the doctors and testing and hospital stays and exploratory treatments and the pain and depression and so on and so on. I was almost at the end of my rope when I walked into her office. After talking to her for about 45 minutes, I walked out of her office feeling for once in a very very long time, HOPE. I felt the weight of the world leaving my shoulders. She has continued to take my crying phone calls and point me in the direction of whatever help I need while always being so polite and helpful. She is such a different attorney. I am so grateful that she is the one I chose off the internet. I am blessed to have Melissa Gertz on my side.

I highly recommend Dan Sweetser and the Szaferman Lakind law firm in the area of employment law. I am an executive in the manufacturing industry who recently separated from my employer. Bruce handled my defamation case with strength, skill and fairness. We were opposed to one of the wealthiest individuals in the world, and were consistently up against 2-3 law firms at any given time. I truly felt Bruce and his associates did a great job and demonstrated the type of commitment to the client I have rarely seen in the legal profession. I believe he is likely the best lawyer I have ever worked with, and feel much the same way about the other partners in his firm who I met (although I had less contact with them). I am generally cynical about lawyers (having gone through a recent divorce and witnessed some of the worst sides of the legal profession), but Bruce provided a whole new side for me. I would strongly recommend him.

Mr. Vallone was and has been the best lawyer I have ever worked with. My husband and I have been trying to get custody of his daughter, who was in a really bad situation. We have seen and worked with other lawyers who just would suggest mediation. Mr. Vallone understood that mediation would not work in this case. He understood exactly how we felt and what we wanted as the end result. Mr. Vallone explained to us that it would be hard and that we might or might not be able to win our case. He’s not a real lawyer he will take your money and ignore your calls and emails. He will drag everything out and he has many complaints against him. The only positive complaint is from a friend or family member it’s not real. This guy needs his license taken away. He’s dragged my case for over 5-6 months and didn’t file a single thing just kept requesting documents every 3 weeks and that’s after calling and leaving voicemails. He wasted my time , money , and caused my family stress after the passing of our aunt which we did not need. I will be filing a formal complaint .

I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.

As trustee, Mr. Lang represented me during a challenge (in New Jersey) to probate proceedings in Florida. The probate proceedings involved a NJ Trust. He explained the process, contacted the attorney on the other side, developed a plan, and did thorough preparation. The lawsuit was dismissed "with prejudice," and can never be litigated again. Mr. Lang listens, communicates well, and has self-confidence.
