I wish there were 10 stars on this review because I would give them all to Dan. I could not recommend him enough. I wanted to write a note and to express my gratitude for the legal council Nicole Walker provided me. I came to the law firm after two lawyers did not deliver on what they said they would do and overcharged me. I was in extreme emotional distress. I provided Peter/Nicole with my story and a lot of information that I felt was important for the legal situation.
You listened to my story, reviewed the information (actually read it), and delivered on exactly what I requested. You did not judge me and treated me with respect (unlike the other lawyer). You were gracious with all of my inquiries.
I cannot believe that you were able to accomplish this legal issue! I have been trying since November of 2022. You did this in 1.5 months! This is beyond a miracle.
The firm acted with integrity, knowledge, and perseverance.

Disappointing Experience with Lack of Communication
My brother had high hopes when he reached out to this law firm, given their specialization in Second Amendment and gun rights issues. Unfortunately, his experience has been very frustrating. He has been denied his pistol permit three times by Westchester County and Despite multiple phone calls and emails, he has yet to receive a response back from his attorney/law firm on his now, third most recent denial for his pistol permit. Communication is key when dealing with legal matters, and it's disappointing when a firm promises to help but fails to follow through. He expected professionalism and timely updates, but instead, he was spoken to with such disrespect by his lawyer Robert M. Schechter and left in the dark. I would caution others to think twice before engaging with this firm if you're looking for reliable, responsive and respectful services.

We found Mr Steven L. Weinberg, Esq. and his team at Wildes and Weinberg during a tumultuous point in our legal journey. As a Canadian, I was encouraged by many Canadian lawyers with US state credentials that their competency and expertise was comparable to top US immigration lawyers. This is not accurate. I am so thankful that I chose Wilde’s Law instead. Michael Wilde’s and his team understand US immigration law better than anyone, it’s all that they do. Michael or his son will call you themselves if you have any questions. This top immigration law firm makes you feel as if you are their only client. I cannot begin to express the peace of mind that I had dealing with this law firm. Going with a lower priced firm or a Canadian law firm will likely result in wasted time and cost in the long run. I am honored to express my gratitude, appreciation, and experience with Mr. David Cohen and his team. About a year or 2 ago, a family friend of mine went through a very difficult period. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Cohen and have him represent my friend during a helpless time.
As a graduating law student, I want to share my experience with Mr. Cohen as I sat along side my family friend throughout the proceedings. I could not have gained a better insight into the real life practice of a criminal defense attorney. From start to finish, Mr. Cohen was persistent and fought for his client - providing brilliant legal strategies and responses to anticipated opposing counsel arguments.
As a student, law school serves a (great) purpose - learning the law. But real life work is a different adventure altogther. Observing Mr. Cohen practice and successfully represent someone so dear to me was nothing short of inspirational.

I don’t think I could ever put into words the kindness, sympathy, intellect and professionalism that these attorneys showed to myself and my family. Cory Forman and David Cohen were literally life-savers. To give a brief background, my mother was stuck in Europe after she mistakenly traveled on an expired permanent resident card. I thought that she would be stuck for months alone in the midst of a broken immigration system, with delay after delay to her documents. Cory and David somehow knew exactly how to solve this situation and immediately made all the calls necessary, spoke to the right people, filed the right things and pulled off nothing short of a miracle. My mom was back home safe and sound on American soil within days. She was treated with the care and attention by this entire firm as if it were their own mother stuck in some foreign country. Safe to say, there is no where else I will go for all immigration concerns from here on out. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the great job these guys did. A true class act all around, we are forever indebted to them.
