Matt quickly and efficiently advised me in a time-sensitive manner on a non-compete and its interplay with a severance agreement as I was about to transition to a new company. He explained the different parts and how they affected my options going forward, and offered several paths that I could pursue. I was senior enough in the company to have restrictions on where I could go as there were questions about how the two companies competed in the same general segment. His letters were organized and easy to understand, handled the facts of the matter, advised on New York law, and most importantly were very practical in how to engage both employers. I was referred to Matt by a family member and would recommend anyone in the NY area needing advice on a non-compete or severance agreement to check with him.

Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job representing me and my small business when we needed a civil litigation attorney. In the fall of 2015, I suffered a crush injury on a construction site in NYC. I was taken on by what is considered one of the top law firms in the North East. 6 months into my case, they dropped me citing the difficulty in winning my case. The Perecman Firm looked over my case and eagerly took it on. From day 1 they coordinated all of my case needs. All of my follow up doctor visits and Independent Medical Examiner appointments were over seen and documented by their group of experts. Ed Guldi walked my case through the red tape of NYS Workers Comp and Silvana Leone navigated me through the incredibly arduous path of obtaining SSDI like she wrote the code! Every T was crossed and every I was dotted!
As for case itself, Steven Dorfman nailed it… not only did he win, his filings and oral arguments resulted in the case receiving summary judgement and I never stepped foot in a courtroom! His work was so convincing and thorough that he left opposing council no alternative than to settle and he over-performed again negotiating a settlement beyond my wildest expectations!
Nobody reads law firm reviews unless they are in need of representation, I can tell you with 100% certainty that you will not regret ending your search and just contact Perecman… they without question saved my life by getting me the compensation I deserved and needed and I couldn’t be happier with what they accomplished on my family’s behalf.

This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.

I've had the misfortune of working with a number of real estate attorneys through various transactions over the years. Most of them have been extremely unreliable or difficult to work with, to the point of losing out on a deal due to negligence.
Franzetti law, and specifically James Franzetti is different. He's practical, diligent, and very responsible. He's detail oriented when it comes to doing due diligence on real estate transactions. Most importantly, he's easy to communicate with and won't "ghost" for long periods of time.
His fee is very reasonable given his level of service and results, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate attorney.

Antony is an amazing person who will collaborate with you to plan your will and estate. He listened carefully to our needs and concerns and answered our questions in a thoughtful considered manner. After the will and estate plan was created, he went through the document with us, answered our questions and made some edits to the final documents. Afterwards he met with our children individually and went through the documents with them and answered their questions.

In the fall of 2015, I suffered a crush injury on a construction site in NYC. I was taken on by what is considered one of the top law firms in the North East. 6 months into my case, they dropped me citing the difficulty in winning my case. The Perecman Firm looked over my case and eagerly took it on. From day 1 they coordinated all of my case needs. All of my follow up doctor visits and Independent Medical Examiner appointments were over seen and documented by their group of experts. Ed Guldi walked my case through the red tape of NYS Workers Comp and Silvana Leone navigated me through the incredibly arduous path of obtaining SSDI like she wrote the code! Every T was crossed and every I was dotted!
As for case itself, Steven Dorfman nailed it… not only did he win, his filings and oral arguments resulted in the case receiving summary judgement and I never stepped foot in a courtroom! This has to be one of the absolute worst firms in the entire city. My mother was hit by a car and in a case that should have taken months to resolve had taken over two years to settle. The communication from them was non existent, and representation was atrocious. I implore anyone who cares for their family members to look for different services than this firm. Please heed this warning as it will save you time, money and actual representation. They charged my mother 33% for absolutely nothing. No follow up, no guidance absolutely nothing. You’d have better chances representing yourself. Good luck to anyone of you who decide to deal with this horrible law firm.
