This review cannot fully express my profound gratitude for all that Patrick Griffin and his team have done for me. I was wrongfully accused of a crime I did not commit, and despite being attacked in my own home, I was the one charged with a felony. When I was arrested and charged, my attempts to assert my innocence fell on deaf ears within the justice system. Those who did listen, did not believe me. Having never been arrested or charged with anything in my life, facing a felony charge was a terrifying experience. I felt alone, until I found Patrick Griffin. Patrick was not only kind and empathetic, but he also listened to me. From the moment I shared my story, Patrick believed in my innocence and fought relentlessly to prove it. Patrick and his team were always available to address my questions or concerns, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt ignored or treated as just another case. Patrick’s fierce advocacy in court never wavered. My case began as a felony charge, but with Patrick’s help, it was reduced to a misdemeanor after the preliminary hearing. This later led to the pursuit and granting of diversion. Ultimately, Patrick was able to get my case dismissed. Searching for an attorney in San Diego was overwhelming and at times, seemed hopeless. I first reached out to Sarah and her team in December right before Christmas. From then to now her and her team have been nothing but supportive through this whole process I had reached out to a number of different firm for advice, searching for someone to help me and I am located in Sacramento California and Sarah is located in San Diego California, she took my case on and she won for me and my family. Mark has been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claim that ravaged our home and lives from the "Camp Fire" disaster. We actually had other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark who personally works our ongoing fire victims claim. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because he cares and follows through, stays in touch, listens, gets things done with great results after others had done nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark is how he always finds time, he as well as his delegating to his staff, to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. So many lawyers just cut off all communication and let your case solve itself, even doing so without care for larger social issues that impact their case. Compared to several good lawyers and firms we have dealt with throughout life we put Mark in the top 2 %, if not the very top lawyer, especially when considering the nature of our claim, how devastating our losses were, his understanding of that and how to legally represent us to keep our winning case moving forward. The fire victims still have some way to go till the whole matter is finalized, and that takes real endurance and dedication on the part of any attorney. So, we are thankful to have Mark there for us to see everything through to the best end possible. Men like Mark, and his firm, his partners and staff, see the larger social picture that others don't fully consider. In that sense Mark goes above and beyond the call. It's really kind of shocking how effective Mark is compared to the other firms and lawyers that either did not care, no longer bothered to stay in touch and stay on the job even when new disasters came along. In summary, the thing about Mark is that he shows real social responsibility, sees the bigger picture as well as the unique nature of your case, making him a truly great attorney.

Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
After contacting, consulting, and hiring Mark, positive results soon followed: those shameful barriers of exclusion, which had existed for years, came tumbling down as they were removed by the business owners.
Thanks to the many ADA betterments, which were executed as a direct result of the settlements negotiated by Mark, I am able to live more independently and to participate more actively in my community. My family and I now have more location options where we can shop or get services in an accessible manner. I feel, thanks to Mark and his Team, that I, never again, have to put up with being excluded from everyday activities, such as shopping at a corner store, going to a neighborhood restaurant or movie with family and friends, or using the swimming pool at a hotel on our family vacation. In my community, the action taken by Mark and his Team has truly resulted in a reduction of discrimination against people with disabilities and has opened doors for full participation in all aspects of everyday life for me and my family.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer that you can actually like? I didn't think so. Well, probably because you have not heard of Mark Potter and his incredible team. Lots of lawyers claim to be fighting for you, but most all of them are just fighting to get some extra padding in their wallet. Mark, being an ADA lawyer is out to fight the good fight with his clients in making an ignorant and inaccessible world more aware and accessible. Sure, the Americans With Disabilities Act was written with the intention of making America accessible for all, but the follow through and observance of the stipulations have been slow, if not completely lacking. Yes, the Department of Justice has a wing set up to handle complaints about entities, but they are so overburdened and understaffed they fail miserably. I have tried going the “civil” and more conservative route of utilizing the Departments complaint process, but to no avail. I had even been told by a representative that I may want to contact a lawyer, because the way the law was set up, real change will only happen with legal action. This is where Mark and his team come in because they know the law backwards and forwards and keep up with all the new changes and precedent setting cases so that your case case receives the most thorough research to obtain the best result, for you and everyone else who needs to access the entity. Mark and his office are extremely responsive, and I almost always receive an immediate if not instant response to any of my inquiries. Because of his expert knowledge, every detail is pored over so your case gets the maximum and most thorough resolution. Whenever I encounter a barrier, Mark and his firm are the first people I think of who can lift the barrier.

Bashir has helped my family for years. He’s extremely knowledgeable and full of great advice. Before I hired Bashir, I was in a bad place mentally and didn’t think I would have much success, if any, with this process. I am a local San Diego civil attorney and I strongly recommend Peter Mesich as your attorney to handle any criminal or civil matters. He has personally represented my family members and friends over the past year - each receiving either an early dismissal, not guilty result or a very favorable resolution. He is the lawyer's lawyer and the guy a lawyer like myself turns to when friends or family are in need of representation.
He works very hard on his cases and he "runs out the groundballs." In a recent case he handled for me just last month, he contacted the police, county witnesses, experts and all witnesses even before the first Court hearing. He was thus more prepared than the seasoned prosecutor at the very first hearing!

Peter was a guiding light for me during a very nerve wracking period. I received a misdemeanor and a potentially steep fine, and did not know where to turn. Peter came very highly recommended and was a real savior. He took total control of the case and made himself readily available at any time. Peter was an absolute life saver to me. I had not dealt with DUI issues before, so when this all began, I knew I needed a good attorney. I originally liked the fact that Peter had been a prosecutor before working as a defense attorney. My case was a bit complicated, but after I got into the process, I did see that Peter made a great difference. When I was working out the consequences of my DUI, I saw that other people with the same BAC that I had were assigned to the nine-month program at OHS. In addition, the same people that were assigned to the 9-month OHS program were assigned 14 days of the Work Project Program - I would have lost a lot of income if I had been subjected to such lengthy programs ! I was given three months of OHS classes and only 4 days of the Work Projects Program. That is an amazing testament to Peter's skill !! Before my Arraignment, Peter indicated to me everything I needed to do to get a reduced sentence, and I did all of it. I didn't want to bug Peter too much while the case was in process, but I did waste some money on bail bonds because I hadn't contacted him... I could have been out on my own recognizance !!!! Peter will help you immensely; keep calling him about those minor details, he won't mind. He would prefer to do a great job for you. That is way his service is a great investment.

When a competing company plagiarized my company's website, I didn't know where to start. I was fortunate enough to find Frank and he went to work on my case right away. Brian has been helping me since 2001. I was in the military and had 2 DUI's in a years time. Not only did he defend me and help me resolve it he gave me some great advice. A few years later, I had to return to San Diego to deal with an issue and Brian helped me again with spectacular results. I now find myself seeking financial licenses and once again Brian has gone out of his way on 2 different occasions to ensure my previous woes didn't stop me from achieving my goals. I was in the market for a lawyer to help me clear my arrest record for a DUI that the D.A never filled charges, but the arrest was still on my record. I was all set to meet with another lawyer the day after I gave Brian a call, but I was referred to Brian from another lawyer contact that I picked up from my job. Called his office, got him on the phone, explained my situation, he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. I wanted to set up a face to face meeting or we could have just corresponded via snail mail. I chose the face to face option.
I went to the previously scheduled meeting with the other lawyer. The other lawyer said what Brian proposed to do could not be done and was going to charge me 85 percent more then what Brian quoted. I thanked him for his time and went to my meeting with Brian.
When I met with Brian it was painless, I peppered him with questions about wether I was legally entitled to the remedy he was seeking. He said that I was, a direct contradiction of the previous lawyer that I talked to. After signing things that allowed Brian to represent me I again asked him when I could expect a result of the remedy he was seeking with SDPD. He gave me a one month turnaround. I walked out of his office reassured. And only spending a tiny fraction of what the other lawyer was quoting me.
The month came and I got a letter from Brian with what he had promised from SDPD. He also requested that my arrest be sealed and destroyed. This was the same process that the other lawyer was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. I called Brian and got him on the phone right away, asked how much the extra motion was going to cost. He told me not to worry and will discuss any extra fees dependent on how SDPD responded to the request to seal and destroy. Again this was a request that the first lawyer said that SDPD usually never grants. Brian on the other hand told me to wait it out for their response. He again gave me a one month deadline for them to respond.
Before the one month deadline I got another letter from Brian indicating that SDPD had agreed to seal and destroy the record of the arrest. I can not thank Brian enough, I can legally and honestly answer any question about wether I have ever been arrested with a resounding NO. Do your research first and talk to Brian and see what he says. I trust him 100 percent.

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. I have been through a terrible legal ordeal and Anton gave me peace of mind and advocated successfully for my rights throughout. At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! I have had more issues with my driving record then I would like. I have gone to court myself and had different people represent me in court. Scott was the best, I didn't have to do anything. He kept me informed at all times. I wish I would have known him in my earlier years. I would recommend him. I was issued a citation for over 85 , the officer also stated he had me on Radar. I did have my radar detector on so I know I was not clocked at the speed , but I have tried to fight it on my own before and lost. He as able to get the case dismissed, I kept my license, added no points, and never had to go to court. The process was drug out for over a year and a half due to courts backed up and he did not charge me any extra for the extra time spent since that part was out of my control.

David Zugman is an amazing lawyer. My previous lawyer I had for 9 months while i fought my case and kept telling me I was going to get a 10 year mandatory minimum.
