Attorney Marrinan took time out of his busy schedule to speak with me in a consultation over the phone. However, he indicated that he would not be taking my case. Since I had a bad experience with the Sheriff's Department, Michael suggested that I move out of the city. He indicated that I might possibly incur future harassment. After my experience with the Police State, I told him I wanted to move out of the the United States.
He trained me regarding law enforcement and about specific things the "forgotten man and woman" should know. He wanted to know if I incurred medical bills as a result the Sheriff's Department assault on me. I indicated that I had.

I am a DUI attorney for 36 years and in practice for 39 years in San Diego Ca. I referred a terrible police abuse case to Mike where the police officer tore a urine bag off the body of my poor client dieing of cancer. The cop then threw the bag dripping with human waste on to the grass. He was subsequently taken to the hospital. On a case like this there is only one attorney I trust and that is the masters level in police abuse cases Mike Marrinan. Unbelievably he came to my clients home on saturday in the rain and spent over an hour with the family. How knowledgeable and gracious he is. I can not say enough about this champion of human rights. Scammers. They had me pay all of the money they were charging me for my case then claim that their business was closing because the owner had “cancer” and I couldn’t get my money back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware

So far he is right to the point, gets things done; a roll up your sleeves and plow through it kinda lawyer. I like it and hope it stays this "full steam ahead".

I experienced a bad situation with a local technical school, which involved harassment. I had to leave the school due to them not handling the situation correctly after I complained to the administration. They refused to refund my student tuition and accused me of over exaggerating. I was lost and didn't know what to do until I talked with Mr. Rojo and he helped me by contacting the school and informing them of my rights and the seriousness of the situation. Within 2 days the school gave me a full refund and I received a formal apology. People like him definitely make a difference when big companies try to take advantage of us. I have used Rebecca twice on two totally different matters and she was terrific each time. The first time she represented us against a hostile renter who was threatening to sue. She listened carefully, did careful research and wrote a four page letter detailing his violations of our rental agreement that extinguished the matter. This Spring were decided to sell our home and she agreed to present us in drawing up the Purchase/Sale Agreement. Our closing is this week and she has been wonderful. Even though five years lapsed between our contacts it was as if it were yesterday. She is personable and takes a direct interest in you as her client. If I may say so, I would call her a friend. We all need a good lawyer every once in a while. Look no further if you want someone professional and dedicated to your well being.

I relocated out of state and obtained new employment. I was informed that I needed to have my information updated due to
inaccurate information in the FBI database. I contacted the attorney and within 24 hours I was provided with a quick resolution to my issue. A Results of Criminal & Traffic/Minor Offense Records Search was filed with the court, the next morning and I was provided a copy. This was completed less then 24 hours.

He answers your case questions once when you hire him. But then wouldn't notify / answers your calls and emails about progress on the case. Provided me with misleading info just to get rid off me till the hearing. And then when the hearing date come up , he told me completely different scenarios of outcome for which I sure was not prepared for based on what I heard from him previously. I wouldn't even hire him if he told me that before. What a waste.

Whether it is injustice at the hands of a peace officer, a misdemeanor or criminal charges, Keith delivers. He did so for me and got my case dismissed from court without a glitch. Firstly, let me say this. Matthew is a fine young man and I think he will do better in the future. He was fairly responsive and always kept me in the loop on what was happening. This was extremely important to me as my case was of a sensitive nature and I felt that he was there for me the entire way through the process, even though we did lose.
The disappointment comes in the sense that it seemed like Matthew was disorganized. The information that I gave him in secret was revealed to others whom should not have known of my case. I believe that these are simply matters of integrity, however, Matthew still was a very nice fellow. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Money that we gave to Mr. Givens and the documents he claimed to pull up to review to consult a case. He has not produced documents, charges our credit card before we hired him and has stopped responding. Next stop reporting him. Very disappointed since my parents neighbor recommended him and we have yet to tell them what Mr. givens did.
