I had an insurance claim that the insurance company quickly denied coverage for. An attorney friend referred Mr. Les Robertson to me because he's an expert in insurance coverage and has a great reputation. Since the first conversation, Mr. Robertson was warm, empathetic, and very clear at explaining the law related to my situation. He told me the insurance should have provided the coverage and was willing to help. In a surprise turn, the insurance company changed their mind a couple of days later and decided to cover for the claim. I didn't need to work with Mr Robertson further but I will not hesitate at all to reach out to him again if there is a need. Highly recommend him!

I was wrongfully accused of a crime I did not commit, and despite being attacked in my own home, I was the one charged with a felony. When I was arrested and charged, my attempts to assert my innocence fell on deaf ears within the justice system. Those who did listen, did not believe me. Having never been arrested or charged with anything in my life, facing a felony charge was a terrifying experience. I felt alone, until I found Patrick Griffin. Patrick was not only kind and empathetic, but he also listened to me. From the moment I shared my story, Patrick believed in my innocence and fought relentlessly to prove it. Patrick and his team were always available to address my questions or concerns, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt ignored or treated as just another case. Patrick’s fierce advocacy in court never wavered. My case began as a felony charge, but with Patrick’s help, it was reduced to a misdemeanor after the preliminary hearing. Ever since Vikram passed away about a month and half ago, I only received one call and that was letting me know Vikram had passed away. And someone new would be charge of my case. I had court today 3/28/2022. No one was there to represent me. Prior to my court for more then a week I would call the office to speak to somebody. No one would return my call. I had a good experience with Vikram. But someone was supposed to be in charge of my case after him passing.. I payed alot of money for what so no one could represent me.. Thank God I spoke to a Public Defender and told them mu situation while I was there at court thinking someone would represent me. The public Defender took over the case. And got my case Dismissed. I think I should be allowed a refund of my continuance fee .

I’m very grateful to Mr. Scott and his firm. We never felt like ‘clients.’ He viewed us as individuals of incalculable worth. He understood that we put the most difficult situation of our lives in his hands and he wasn’t going to let us down. It was obvious that Mr. Scott valued the truth and justice of our situation over his own ego. He is the farthest thing from the stereotypical attorney. Every attorney and paralegal in his office was equally qualified and motivated. Their work gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the mediation and trial processes. They were extremely attentive to detail, and able to uncover significant details that we had not noticed despite being more intimately aware of the situation. They sifted through enormous amounts of data and properly distinguished the most important elements of the case from those of lesser importance. The storyline of our situation was patiently woven together over the course of the trial and the jury was not lacking any important elements. He was never too busy to answer a call, email or text. Before I hired Haeggquist & Eck, LLP, I interviewed five of the top Employment law firms in San Diego. Haeggquist & Eck was the firm that spent the most time with me before I hire them. They wanted to make sure they responded to all my questions and I understood the process that awaited me ahead. I am so grateful they represented me. They were always very promptly at communicating any case updates and they always got back to me right away whenever I had questions. I have no family in the United States and I felt very lonely at the beginning of my legal process, however, Haeggquist & Eck truly made me feel like I had somebody knowledgeable, caring and with a lot of experience on my side. One of the law firm's partners came to my house to get to know me better and to assure me that I really matter to them. I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Hoffman & Forde in San Diego. Despite scheduling an appointment, NICK KRITIKOS was rude, never called me, and seemed disinterested in my case. To make matters worse, I was charged $485 for absolutely no communication or progress. I never spoke to anyone on the phone and they still charged me. Taking time off work for the appointment only added to the frustration. I strongly advise against using this firm.
