I’m innocent; but due to some twists and turns it’s complicated. He cut right to the heart of the matter; looked at the big picture and came up with solutions other lawyers had not thought of. I reached out to Che at 6am PST and he got back to me immediately. I explained my EEOC case to Che in detail and he spent the better part of 30 mins on the phone with me helping me devise a plan to counter my former company's severance offer. He is a legend and insanely smart and knowledgeable. After we ended our phone call I texted him back asking him to help me restructure the language of the email I was sending. Not only did he help me reword it he also gave me some ideas that help shape a more lucrative offer from my previous employer.

I found Ms. Keith to be extremely honest and informative, she gave me advice about my 19y/o grandson's case. Gave me useful insight and helped me make a decisions on how to proceed. She didn't try to get my money from me with empty promises as other lawyers did. She basically told me to stick with the public defender(unheard of, right) then to get him out of jail and get him in N.A. meetings, a job, and back to school. All of which will help show good intentions to the court. I was so impressed with her candor, conduct, and ethics. I just can't say enough positive comments on her behalf. If anyone needs a great lawyer who will tell you the absolute truth, who's not money hungry or greedy, and genuinely cares about her clients she's your lady.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Leigh Law Group.
We have had a few advocates and two law firms throughout our trials and tribulations with our school district. The first law firm refused to move forward with our case and essentially bullied us into taking a retro-settlement with the district.
We quickly switched law firms and started working with Damien Troutman from the Leigh Law Group. I liked Damien because he was to the point, responsive, and communicative. It also helps that there was a positive outcome to our litigation, something that Damien never doubted. He was willing to go through an entire trial and even go federal if that is what it took.

After moving from one school district to another, our child was left without a school and approved services for months, disrupting their learning and causing significant regression in behavioral & educational development.
We tried on numerous occasions to work with the new district towards a solution, including attending school with our child for several months due to the districts inability to find and hire appropriate staff, so we went through multiple parenting groups on Facebook to find someone to represent our child and family in litigation.
