If you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. Mr. Bracamontes handled a tenant - landlord law suite on my behalf back in 2011. I knew what my landlord was doing was wrong; what I didn't know was whether he actions violated California law. Michael was very upfront with the retainer costs and made no promises regarding outcome. He did feel we had a good case. So we proceeded. The process took around 6 months. Michael and his team did a very good job in keeping me informed and making sure we did not miss any steps. Eventually, we made it to court and won a significant settlement. I will not hesitate to call on Mr. Bracamontes again.

Not real sure why they didn't think my landlord violating a disabled veterans rights under the disabled persons disability act as well as thoroughly documented instances of retaliation and harrassment and also refusal to make repairs from landlord didn't meet their criteria to offer legal representation to me, I'm guessing it was to difficult of a case for them to handle and wasn't just an easy cash grab. Oh well. Just one more bad landlord who gets away with violating a tenants rights and harrassment.

My friend is filing a class action against them. anyone had negative experience with this firm, please come forward contact us and join the lawsuit, you are entitled to get compensation. You will not be paying anything, and the major bay area TV is covering the story.
This firm is definitely the worst firm, they are unethical and commit fraud. They settled the case with defendants and took the money without telling the clients.
For those of you that is seeking a tenant lawyer, go with another firm, not this one, unless you want to sue this firm.

This firm has Refused to send a vision challenged senior citizen a copy of contract so I can read it BEFORE I sign it, or they think I need to drive to a library instead of just providing necessary access. WHAT could be the reason to discriminate against non computer owning senior citizens?? I cannot read it on my phone-it’s too small & when I tried to send it to my printer, something covers half of it. So I wonder if I can even have a copy after signing now….. Google AI says it’s required anyway….. “Yes, a California attorney is required to provide a client with a printed copy of a contract, particularly a fee agreement, before they sign it, ensuring the client receives a fully executed copy of the document; this is mandated by the California State Bar rules and regulations regarding client representation and informed consent”

I'm convinced that Ann Riley is the most ethical, competent, and intelligent divorce attorney in the Bay Area.
I interviewed a lot of lawyers and many of them were simply not confident about the law and fairly apathetic. Ann really cares in a way that is helpful. She doesn't waste your time, she is able to be firm when needed, and is extremely logical.
She has a good understanding of the family court system in SF. Opposing counsel was unprofessional and difficult and Ms. Riley refused to engage, knowing that it would cost me more if she did so and that it wouldn't get me any further ahead.
A lot of attorneys like to engage in time wasting activities because they know they can get away with billing you for them - there wasn't a single line item in Ms.Riley's bill that was questionable - she deserved every penny of her retainer.
I wish I had met Ann under different circumstances but I'm really grateful to have met her when I did. She gives me hope that there are still decent and good people who find value in doing the right thing.

This man is a horrible lawyer, as far as I’m concerned he is a criminal, and a bully - he billed my family over $80,000 and didn’t fight to present crucial evidence when it came down to the wire..
He is a liar, a megalomaniac, a horrible person, and I would absolutely NOT recommend him unless your willing to waste tens of thousands of dollars to listen to him lecture and insult you while telling you crucial evidence is worthless. He abandoned me twice during hearings he promised to appear for, as he said he would not leave me out to dry - yet abandoned me day of the trials/hearings and I lost horribly due to his malpractice and misrepresentation of his skill set
I went in on my own for trial and was ten times more effective than he was in all three years of his representation combined!
I will gladly share more information with anyone considering hiring Wallace. Unlike him, I’m not scared to present it. He has threatened to sue me for defamation when he knows he’s failed me as an attorney - the only thing he did well was a deposition - which Yorker a ton of evidence he never presented.
This man is a joke and a hot head - do not waste your money or energy depending on him to do the honest Abe ethical thing.

Larry was not good in my Family Law case and civil litigation cases. If an ex-live in stole your property / items and does not have their name on the title of your house, you should be able to get that piece of property / item back within wondering if that ex will take or claim your house. This lawyer did not know how to use the law to our advantage. He milked me for 3 years until I got another lawyer and she helped me settle the case in less than 3 months. I would have still been fighting my ex in court if I kept using Mr Fasano. Don't use him, unless you want to be milked like a cow !

It has no problem with its attorneys committing deformation of character. 28 U.S.Code 4101.

18 U.S.Code 371.
Joel C Spann from Severson & Werson is lying to everyone to protect Bank of America.
In 2016 Bank of America stole from the United States & lied to judges faces to cover that up.
I told the 2016 White House. It sent everything to the CFPB. Cases were opened & investigations were started.
When the 2017 CFPB took everything over, it closed all the cases.
I sent the full details to the Biden Harris administration. That resulted in the FTC filling a complaint against the CFPB with the CFPB.
I also forwarded the communications Joel C Spann
sent to me to the CIA.

Buried my parents this past weekend. I needed $475 to finish paying for the arrangements. On Friday I got an Arbitration Award against this bank. They have 30 days to pay the award. Checked with a lender to sell the award so i can settle up on the funeral cost and need their attorney to simply verify the facts and get the info for the eventual funds transfer. Their lawyers (#Severson&Werson) silently said FY! Wait had this bank not taken my money in the first place I wouldnt need them now. So i cant even get a loan to pay for the burial?
Just plain Rachetness! There are evil people in the world.
The attorney LASZLO LADI could care less about anything or anyone outside himself. Thank you Jesus for social media!
