My driver's license was revoked by DPS due to medical issues. I called several places and they either wouldn't help me or were extremely expensive. Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

Russ, Michelle and their office staff assisted me in resolving a complicated felony DWI case. Let me just say, this was the most stressful time of my entire life; when you have a pending legal charge, you spend every day in limbo- feeling scared and uneasy about what the future may or may not hold. I am unsure if I could have made it through those months without the help of their office. As a local business owner and single parent, my life was completely chaotic, even before this added stressor. Russ and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, reassuring and FAST; if I had any question, I could always just shoot over an email and expect a response within hours, sometimes minutes. They kept me informed and were completely honest about exactly what was happening and what I was to expect during the whole ordeal. I knew they were going to fight for my cause, and that they genuinely cared about what was going to happen to me. In the end, they were able to get me probation in a situation where I undoubtedly should have done at least some jail time. If you are skeptical about the price tag- don’t be. You get what you pay for, and your freedom is worth every penny. If you need the best, THEY ARE IT!

Mr. Haslem was exactly what I needed. He did such a good job I rehired him again and he won all of my cases and even won me money. I first hired Mr. Rowe in 2015 for a business incorporation and the drafting of some business agreements for our medical group. I have been extremely happy with his services, and have continued to use him ever since.
On one recent very serious matter, we hired Mr. Rowe to defend us in some very contentious litigation. He continually kept us informed as to the status of our case and stayed in contact with us throughout the matter, always available to take calls at the office and quickly responding to any emails. With Mr. Rowe's guidance on our case, not only were we able to resolve it in our favor, but we turned the tide on the opposing party and they ended up having to pay back our attorney fees for the case.

He got me an informal probationary period with the Judge. I didn’t have to pay my ticket as long as I slow down for a 6 month period and took an online defensive drivers course. Never have I thought that I would need a defense attorney and with the help of a family member I was given the name of Chris Mckinney. Meeting up at first, I felt nervous due to never being in a situation like this. I just didn't know what to expect or the process of what was to come. I just went through my first court date, and I gotta say, Chris McKinney was awesome. He was super clear and quick to respond whenever I had questions before the date, which really helped ease my nerves.
Chris showed up right on time for court and stuck by me the whole way through, explaining everything as we went. I had a couple of tough requests to try and manage my case better, and Chris didn’t just nod along, he really got into it and showed he was fighting for me.
After everything wrapped up in court, Chris had a way of talking that just made things click for me. It’s one thing to hire a lawyer, but another to find someone who genuinely seems to care about your case as much as you do.
Really glad I picked Chris to handle my case. He’s been more than just a lawyer; he’s been a real ally. At a time that i was lost in a sea of confusion and emotional pain over the sudden death of my ex wife and the loss of our daughter to the family courts for "best Interest" as i would move her away from school and friends to live with me in Florida, our daughter was placed with a man not her father who not only has a record for violence on my ex wife but also a record for neglect/abuse on this very child.
