Benjamin is a great lawyer! My name was forged on a Vivint account registered in my name for a contract for 3 years, Benjamin stepped into help when Vivint wouldn’t cancel the contract and I was subject to paying thousands; I was selling my home and going through a divorce at the time. He was persistent in contacting Vivint and kept me apprised of the developments every step of the way. In the end, he was successful in cancelling the policy and I’m greatly appreciative for his help. I would recommend Benjamin without hesitation. I want to thank Attorney Remington for successfully representing me in a recent citation case. I was worried when I received the citation, but Remington put me at ease from our first meeting. One word to describe Remington is.....AMAZING! My husband and I hired Attorney Remington Alessi. He isn't like most Attorney's. From the first day we spoke to him about our case to the very end. He was extremely professional, attentive, very knowledgeable and honest. He knows his stuff! He isn't arrogant, but confident! It's a reason he is named "Texas Chainsaw Lawyer" lol. I love the fact that he isn't pushy. He doesn't make you feel like you are getting on his nerves, and he always had an ear to listen. He truly makes you feel like you matter! Anytime we needed to call him, he didn't make us feel like he was so busy and rushing us off the phone. He wasn't like the saying " Money is time". He listens and is compassionate and caring. I hired Yolanda Torres, Esq. to represent my girlfriend for her parole hearing before the BPP for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Ms. Torres is one of the best parole attorneys in Texas who does more than throw together a “parole pack” like so many parole attorneys do. I took the time to talk with several parole attorneys, checking their background and professionalism, and even visiting them before I hired Ms. Torres. She is an advocate who specializes in prisoner civil rights and litigation, in addition representing parole and revocation matters. We wanted an attorney who would give my girlfriend the best chance of coming home on parole. Ms. Torres reviewed the entire picture for my girlfriend, criminal records, her activities in prison, including behavior, discipline and education, and made a recommendation of what we could expect. Ms. Torres worked closely with my girlfriend, kept me and her family informed of her progress and had a meeting with the BPP members. Ms. Torres is an excellent attorney and I cannot say enough about what she did for us. It helped that my girlfriend was a model prisoner, doing all she could to better herself and make sure that she was ready to come home to have a good life. She took all the self-help and development courses she could, as well as education programs that should help her get a good job. Ms. Torres made sure that everything was done right, support letters, interviews, meeting and really advocated for my girlfriend. . The final result is that my girlfriend was granted parole by the BPP and will soon be released from prison. I am sure that without her, my girlfriend would still be in prison and wondering what more she could do herself. I high recommend Ms. Torres to anyone who has problems with prison officials, or want to give someone they love the best chance of being released on parole. Ms. Torres was worth every penny we paid for her legal services.

I contacted Ms. Torres when my son, who is in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, was the victim of a prison guard who wrote a trumped up disciplinary case against him. The case caused my son to lose his parole release date. Ms. Torres not only had the disciplinary conviction reversed and removed from my son's record, she worked with the parole authorities to have his parole release date reinstated and have my son released from prison. She continued to follow up on the case until my son was actually released and walked out of prison. Without her, my son would still be in prison and have that disciplinary case on his record!! I recommend Ms. Torres to anyone who is having any problems with prison officials or inside of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

An unexpected twist happened in my custody case causing my final trial to be rescheduled and my attorney at the time asked for a new retainer for the new trial date despite that I already paid for the initial trial, which didn’t happen. I couldn’t afford it abut paid it partially. Then he requested even more which left me without an attorney. I was in an extremely strong position in my custody case but going it at without an attorney would have been catastrophic. Brian was the third family law lawyer Id hired and will be the last. Not only is he knowledgeable, accessible and affordable but he’s practical and ethical. A lawyer is a businessman, a person who wants to maximize their earnings. Brian isn’t a businessman transacting with a client, he’s an advocate for his clients. You will not be billed excessively. Your strategy will be logical and practical and false promises will not be made. He’s not the attorney who’s going to pursue unrealistic outcomes to maximize his billable hours. My attorney prior to Brian was ethical but unaffordable to me. I promise you my case is more complex and contested than most cases and the amount I’ve paid Brian to date is a tenth of what I’ve spent with other attorneys . Brian saved me at a time of extreme desperation, if you have custody challenges and have limited funds Brian should be your go to family law attorney. Do not go at it pro-se.

I interviewed over twenty attorneys before selecting Mr. McChesney. His vocal artillery is lethal in the courtroom. To behold my ex caught in a lie and unable to speak on the witness stand was priceless. I have never seen my ex speechless and Matt accomplished that feat like stealth tiger stalking his prey unnoticed; until the pounce and quick death bite. The classic line from Matt when my ex couldn't talk and was staring off into space was, "Your Honor, witness unresponsive"! The judge even cracked a smile and it took everything I had to keep from rolling on the floor and laughing hysterically. Matt is so unassuming and likable while questioning the opposition has no idea the brutal take down is coming. Literally, my ex was in shock and could not speak. I was applying for a new job and the new job place did a background check and they found out that I had a warrant in Texas which I did not know anything about. I started calling lawyers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I got ahold of Mr. Roberts where he found out the case number and what it was all about and he suggested that I should take care of the check and pay the courts which I did and then I called the courts numerous times and they released the warrant and closed the case finally. I was accused of committing three crimes I did not commit. It was a case of mistaken identity. I was accused of a hit and run, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Mr. Roberts successfully argued and won my case without costing me a lot of money and time. I had been significantly harassed by two collection debt companies that I neither owed money, making the debt a mute point. In one case, they had the wrong name with wrong social sec. #. Only could afford a 45 minute consultation. One of the few attorneys cometent in a Bill of Reveiw appeal. Asked all the tough questions and expected consistent answers. Defined exactly what could be done and what couldn't. Didn't get trapped in nuance or that no injustice should be any reason of an appeal. Accepted my premises but said the court may not. In the end he spent over an hour with me. Offered to work with me on the financial aspect but my appeal is from Family Court and felt his talents would be wasted. In the end he provided invaluable inforamation to work with the firm I did retain.

Ms. Criswell represented us in a frivolous lawsuit, in which we were defendants. She navigated through the ridiculous and endless amounts of red tape. When it finally got to the point where we went to trial, it was as if a Terminator took over. To say that she eviscerated the plaintiff on the stand is an understatement. She was so thorough, so laser-accuracy direct, that the judgment came back in 15 minutes - in OUR favour. She cut through all the horse hockey and clearly exposed the whole case for what it was: a frivolous and pointless lawsuit. She also made the plaintiff's irritating lawyer look pretty foolish, too! ;-) We **** HIGHLY RECOMMEND **** Ms. Criswell!
