I served as campaign manager for Deb Fischer for U.S. Senate and Chris provided legal counsel to the campaign. He did a great job of answering my questions in a clear and timely manner. It was particularly refreshing to have a lawyer who was very responsive to email or phone calls. He almost always returned emails or calls within an hour, which is very helpful in a hectic political campaign. I would strongly recommend him to someone looking for attorney.

I never met her until the day of my trial, never knew her,previous atty, withdrew from case...but she graciously offered to assist me, and then, accepted representation for me, and did an outstanding job...only having knowledge of the case that same day in court, which was set for jury trial. Without getting into actual details, I will give you my experience with him. 10 years ago after spending money on the "Big Name" Attorney's in Tampa (who did nothing and had no plan) I ran into Mr. Baer, the new guy out of Texas. He made no promises but did some things at the time I thought were CRAZY! I was thinking "that sounds good, but just like the other Attorneys told me, no way they are going to go for that" I had that planted in my head, but Mr. Baer told me all they can do is turn us down. Still not convinced however, I let him do it his way. Now that I look back on it you can't do "normal things" and expect "crazy results" You have to be a little bit crazy if you want to crush it. That is exactly what he did CRUSHED IT! Everything he asked for we got! Stephen Baer is legit! If you have a Federal Case and you don't at least have him look at it. YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF AN INJUSTICE! Not that I would ever want to go through that again, but if I did the only person in my Corner I would want. Would be be Attorney Stephen Baer. Can't thank him enough. I just ran into his name again (10 years Later) while searching for immigration Attorney's. Couldn't be any happier. I will be hiring him again, if he will take my case.

Benjamin is a great lawyer! My name was forged on a Vivint account registered in my name for a contract for 3 years, Benjamin stepped into help when Vivint wouldn’t cancel the contract and I was subject to paying thousands; I was selling my home and going through a divorce at the time. He was persistent in contacting Vivint and kept me apprised of the developments every step of the way. In the end, he was successful in cancelling the policy and I’m greatly appreciative for his help. I would recommend Benjamin without hesitation. An unexpected twist happened in my custody case causing my final trial to be rescheduled and my attorney at the time asked for a new retainer for the new trial date despite that I already paid for the initial trial, which didn’t happen. I couldn’t afford it abut paid it partially. Then he requested even more which left me without an attorney.
I was in an extremely strong position in my custody case but going it at without an attorney would have been catastrophic.
Brian was the third family law lawyer Id hired and will be the last. Not only is he knowledgeable, accessible and affordable but he’s practical and ethical.
A lawyer is a businessman, a person who wants to maximize their earnings.
Brian isn’t a businessman transacting with a client, he’s an advocate for his clients. You will not be billed excessively. Your strategy will be logical and practical and false promises will not be made. He’s not the attorney who’s going to pursue unrealistic outcomes to maximize his billable hours. My attorney prior to Brian was ethical but unaffordable to me.
I promise you my case is more complex and contested than most cases and the amount I’ve paid Brian to date is a tenth of what I’ve spent with other attorneys .
Brian saved me at a time of extreme desperation, if you have custody challenges and have limited funds Brian should be your go to family law attorney. Do not go at it pro-se.

I was applying for a new job and the new job place did a background check and they found out that I had a warrant in Texas which I did not know anything about. I started calling lawyers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I got ahold of Mr. Roberts where he found out the case number and what it was all about and he suggested that I should take care of the check and pay the courts which I did and then I called the courts numerous times and they released the warrant and closed the case finally. I was accused of committing three crimes I did not commit. It was a case of mistaken identity. I was accused of a hit and run, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Mr. Roberts successfully argued and won my case without costing me a lot of money and time. I had been significantly harassed by two collection debt companies that I neither owed money, making the debt a mute point. In one case, they had the wrong name with wrong social sec. #. I contacted Mr. Malone and his legal parnter Mr. O Connor have been professional, helpful and successful.
The collection agencies went to my neighbors looking to see if I was the person they were looking for. Mr. O Connor put a stop to that quickly. This office restored my dignity and vindicated my just cause. They really care about their clients and show an incredible interest of personal concern, which is rare these days. Defined exactly what could be done and what couldn't. Didn't get trapped in nuance or that no injustice should be any reason of an appeal. Accepted my premises but said the court may not. In the end he spent over an hour with me. Offered to work with me on the financial aspect but my appeal is from Family Court and felt his talents would be wasted. In the end he provided invaluable inforamation to work with the firm I did retain.

Ms. Criswell represented us in a frivolous lawsuit, in which we were defendants. She navigated through the ridiculous and endless amounts of red tape. When it finally got to the point where we went to trial, it was as if a Terminator took over. To say that she eviscerated the plaintiff on the stand is an understatement. She was so thorough, so laser-accuracy direct, that the judgment came back in 15 minutes - in OUR favour. She cut through all the horse hockey and clearly exposed the whole case for what it was: a frivolous and pointless lawsuit. After my father died recently I had no clue what to do. Dad's will appointed me Executor of his estate. Someone told me that my dad's estate needed to be probated. I did not know where to start. He also told me that because my dad's property is in the Virgin Islands and dad had a residence there and died there, then the estate should be probated in the Virgin Islands.
