I've dealt with this law firm since 2001, I love their professionalism obviously, I love their willingness to answer all in any questions you may have, they always return your calls relatively fast if not the same day within the next day, all of the staff are great. Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

Simply cannot recommend them. They take a long time, whoever is your lawyer most likely won’t actually be handling your case, it’ll be the paralegal. A few people took money from my settlement and my lawyer didn’t even know about it until I wrote my initial review which my lawyer asked me to remove to fight for the remainder of my money. The whole process of being in an accident is already stressful so I’d recommend getting a lawyer that does due diligence, and actually knows everything that’s going on. Once my initial check was ready I only found out because I called in. They don’t give updates like other lawyers, you have to call every time. Maybe they are understandably busy, but then don’t take on cases you won’t be able to handle properly. I was in an accident and settled whilst I’ve been waiting for the remainder of my settlement. Do what’s best for you, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

We had an unfortunate experience with Ms. Elisabeth Kovac today, who was seated next to us on a flight from London to Vienna (OS456). As someone who represents a law firm, we expected a level of professionalism and respect, but sadly, Ms. Kovac’s behavior was anything but.
Shortly after we took our seats in 9B and 9C (she sat in 9A), she openly complained about us in German via text, describing us as “two 150kg people that smell like sweat.”. My husband and I were appalled by this unkind and shocking comment—especially since my husband’s weight is half of what she claimed, and I have a medical condition that has led to weight gain. None of us smelled, as we had just showered in the Plaza Premium Lounge before the flight. These were blatant exaggerations. Ms. Kovac even attempted to sneakily take a picture of us twice(!), only to awkwardly angle her camera away when she realized my husband had noticed. When confronted, she offered no apology at all. And yes, we have proof of her actions.
This experience was deeply disappointing, particularly coming from someone who should be accustomed to dealing with a diverse range of people of different skin colors, body types, and genders in her profession. Such behavior is not only rude but also unprofessional for a lawyer who, I hope, treats her clients with more respect than she showed us. Perhaps in the future, Ms. Kovac might consider flying business class if sitting next to other passengers is so bothersome to her.
I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for better conduct in the future.
