They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

My situation is a bit complicated since not to many attorneys specialize internet crime and this is one of the firms that does. I recommend to anyone to do their due diligence before wasting energy, time, and money Very rarely does the small company wins against a major corporation like GoDaddy. specially in a fairly new space of technological advances. With that being said it’s feels like you’re paying for a study instead of an advocate. Sometimes is just best to leave things alone and keep moving forward these problems will only ad more stress and financial burden derailing you from what your main focus’s should be, Rebuilding the losses and time with your family. To Mr. Bryce jones and Mr.Devon Seva thank you for your service. Nothing personal I’m sure these gentleman are good and fair attorneys but my overall experience with the firm as a whole was not the most pleasant and upfront, Justice is a tricky situation $$$

Jones’ legal advice has always been spot on. I’ve recommended him to a number of friends as well, who have all been very pleased by his diligence and perspicacity. He gets to the heart of the matter very quickly, determines the appropriate steps, and follows up (some lawyers let cases languish that could easily have been moved along had they been paying attention). Another strong point is that he won’t accept cases where he feels that potential clients would be better served elsewhere, and says so.

Se não sou cliente,porque não devolvem meus 1000 dolar enviados via zeell para sua empresa? Tenho mensagens e comprovantes! Observe: uma advogada de vocês a partir do momento que eu pedi meu dinheiro de volta pq não estava satisfeita como ela nos tratou pós pagamento de entrada e nem com o pedido dela de fazer um depósito restante fora zeell inicial ela simplesmente não nos respondeu mais e não atendeu mais as ligações! Só quero o que é meu! Devolvam meu dinheiro! 02/01/2025 O meu posicionamento não é falso nem enganoso, eu simplesmente coloquei da maneira que me ocorreu a situação, e pedi o dinheiro de volta pois assim que enviei os primeiros mil dólares da entrada combinado nada foi feito pois ela mesma disse por telefone que iria aguardar os pagamentos restantes na data combinada previamente, no entanto nós desistimos dela nos atender ( que fique claro, nós desistimos) pois ela pediu que pagassemos os mil que ainda restavam no zell diferente do primeiro, acredito eu que um número particular, e pelo contrário nunca foi acordado e nem enviado nem um tipo de documentos para ela analisar, todas as perguntas e consultas feitas no início foi uma conversa de apresentação tanto da nossa parte quanto da parte dela para possível decisão de contratação e tudo por WhatsApp bem informal ( é como vender um bolo, vc explica o recheio e como ele é para a pessoa interessada, mas isso significa que a pessoa deva pagar um valor/taxa caso a cliente não leve o bolo só pelo fato de terem conversado sobre o produto? ) uma vez que ela disse que não cobraria a consulta, na minha concepção não se deve reter o valor pago referente a um valor parcial do total que seriam pagos futuramente caso tivéssemos seguido com os trabalhos dela! Pode substituir o valor de uma entrada X e dizer que é pq conversou comigo? Sinto muito, mas acho isso falta de proficionalismo e desvantajoso para quem está contratando, não me senti segura em momento algum e por final ficamos no prejuízo pois eu no passado já paguei uma consulta com ela e o valor foi extremamente inferior a mil dólares, se não me engano foi 150 por umas orientações, considerando que as coisas devem ser ditas e acordadas, ah! Eu propus a ela tirar o valor da consulta pq eu não ia continuar com ela e que me devolvesse o valor restante expliquei a situação, mas nem resposta eu tive! Por isso resolvi vir aqui !!!

Takes your money and disappears. No timely follow up, have to chase him to meet deadlines, doesn’t look at any of the documents he asks for, doesn’t know the law, takes forever to respond if ever he deigns to. A million excuses why he isn’t available, holds on to your money he asks for to be paid via Zelle so he can keep the money and run his scam. Avoid at all costs. HUGE MISTAKE. This guy is a total fraud. A liar, to top it all off and talks down to you. Has poor grammar in the letters he sends on your behalf…. Awful. All these good reviews are fraudulent.

The practice is now my go-to for all legal concerns - they handle my multiple service agreements, trademark renewals and any potential issues. When I have questions that are not exclusively legal, but business related, Cliff provides extensive and comprehensive explanations. Although he may be a fast talker, he is never rushed or makes me feel as though my concerns aren't valid or legitimate. He kindly breaks down complex issues and advises me what would be the most beneficial. Above all, Cliff is kind, generous, knowledgeable and feels like a partner in the success of my business.

Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

We had an unfortunate experience with Ms. Elisabeth Kovac today, who was seated next to us on a flight from London to Vienna (OS456). As someone who represents a law firm, we expected a level of professionalism and respect, but sadly, Ms. Kovac’s behavior was anything but. Shortly after we took our seats in 9B and 9C (she sat in 9A), she openly complained about us in German via text, describing us as “two 150kg people that smell like sweat.”. My husband and I were appalled by this unkind and shocking comment—especially since my husband’s weight is half of what she claimed, and I have a medical condition that has led to weight gain. None of us smelled, as we had just showered in the Plaza Premium Lounge before the flight. These were blatant exaggerations. Ms. Kovac even attempted to sneakily take a picture of us twice(!), only to awkwardly angle her camera away when she realized my husband had noticed. When confronted, she offered no apology at all. And yes, we have proof of her actions. This experience was deeply disappointing, particularly coming from someone who should be accustomed to dealing with a diverse range of people of different skin colors, body types, and genders in her profession. Such behavior is not only rude but also unprofessional for a lawyer who, I hope, treats her clients with more respect than she showed us. Perhaps in the future, Ms. Kovac might consider flying business class if sitting next to other passengers is so bothersome to her. I sincerely hope this review serves as a wake-up call for better conduct in the future.
