I hired Ty Gomez to represent me for a wrongful termination situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about my rights under Texas law and was able to help me receive the commissions I was due. I attribute the success in my case to Ty because the communication he provided to my past employer created awareness about how I was mistreated by newly hired management. He also was strategic about when and how to communicate. Consequently, the company paid me the commissions that should have been owed to me which they did not plan on paying me. In my case, particularly, I could not really claim a typical reason for discrimination obviously protected by law, so being strategic was key -- and Ty was a master. I do think that anyone that was in a situation like me should report concerns of mistreatment to HR or to upper level management when there is a concern of being mistreated, and likely being misrepresented to others. Working under highly stressful circumstances because of mistreatment is not right! However, if you do report your concerns, nothing is resolved, and your manager timely decides to "go in a new direction" before commissions are due to roll in, Ty will help!

Ty was able to discover an aspect of my case that I had not previously considered, or given serious thought. Had Ty not pointed it out, my case probably would not have gone very far. However thanks to his efforts, I received much more than I was originally offered. However, what I appreciate the most is that Ty did not promise the world and kept expectations realistic; and I was awarded pretty close to what he predicted. This peace of mind from an accurate depiction of events is well worth the money Ty charges for his services.

KENSTAR Credit Service is truly outstanding. I have been trying for weeks to do a Chex system fix and get rid of 2 bad accounts on my credit report. Months ago I was scammed by some rip-offs after my father’s death, they promised to fix my credit score. Craig represented me in a recent issue with a vehicle manufacturer. I had a warranty failure their dealerships could not manage to fix and had been trying to escalate this issue to the manufacturer for months, sent emails to executives, etc. and could hardly get any response.

My teenage son was in an auto accident in 2016. The other driver collided into our vehicle after crossing two lanes and pushed our suv on the curb. There was so much damage to the vehicles, the other driver couldn't get out of her car. The insurance company (Travelers Ins) would only pay 15% of total bills. Even though we had medical evidence, they felt like he wasn't injured and that it was "just a scrape". After dealing with Travelers insurance for over a year, we contacted Josh Upthegrove, MBA, Sr Paralegal of McCallum Law Firm. After a telephone conversation, he accepted our case. The demand letter to Travelers Ins was amazingly thorough, covering all applicable legal applications and consequences, quoting case law, etc. Because of Josh and the McCallum Law Firm, our case settled for about 95% more than what Travelers said was the absolute FINAL offer. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

Without getting into actual details, I will give you my experience with him. 10 years ago after spending money on the "Big Name" Attorney's in Tampa (who did nothing and had no plan) I ran into Mr. Baer, the new guy out of Texas. He made no promises but did some things at the time I thought were CRAZY! I was thinking "that sounds good, but just like the other Attorneys told me, no way they are going to go for that" I had that planted in my head, but Mr. Baer told me all they can do is turn us down. Still not convinced however, I let him do it his way. Now that I look back on it you can't do "normal things" and expect "crazy results" You have to be a little bit crazy if you want to crush it. That is exactly what he did CRUSHED IT! Everything he asked for we got! Stephen Baer is legit! If you have a Federal Case and you don't at least have him look at it. YOU ARE DOING YOURSELF AN INJUSTICE! Not that I would ever want to go through that again, but if I did the only person in my Corner I would want. Would be be Attorney Stephen Baer. Can't thank him enough. I just ran into his name again (10 years Later) while searching for immigration Attorney's. Couldn't be any happier. I will be hiring him again, if he will take my case.

I provided an agenda of items that were needed and he and his staff met every need and I'm so appreciative.
