Dealing with a very difficult custody case and Alexis was very open to educating me on the processes and not getting irritated with me, when I would look up case law and ask questions. I purchased my first house a year ago and found out shortly after that the seller did not disclose water leaks or mold and in fact tried to cover this up. Collen came to the rescue and helped me through every step in the process. Collen and his team were there whenever I had questions regarding the case and issues from the remediation company all the way to the contractor that finished the build out. Every step of the way Collen was there. Being that it was my first house I really did not want to take this case to trial and it be dragged out for years. Collen was able to settle the case after a couple of months and the settlement was very satisfactory to me. I felt that in any situation Collen would always make time for his clients. I would highly recommend Collen to anyone that has dealt with construction problems. He really knows his stuff and the process.

I am a retired Stanford professional. When I needed a securities fraud attorney I did my research and it lead to me to two securities fraud attorneys, A Stanford law school grad, and attorney Tracy Stoneman. I initially leaned toward the Stanford grad in San Francisco, but several things changed my mind. The attorney in San Francisco , the Stanford grad devoted only 50% of his practice to securities fraud. After speaking with him I knew he is well versed in securities Fraud. I then spoke with Tracy Stoneman at length. I learned she is extremely well versed in securities fraud and 100% of her practice is dedicated to securities and investment fraud. We spoke for a couple of hours about the ins and outs of bringing a tort on my behalf, the legalities involved and the strategy she saw best for my case. My choice was very clear after speaking with Tracy.
I am forever grateful to Tracy for taking my case. Any call or email I had for Tracy was promptly answered with detailed information. During the course of my case we regularly exchanged emails.
Opposing counsel told Tracy the manager of the brokerage who I was dealing with was terminated for not meeting corporate expectations. Tracy wanted to see the exact HR report on his termination, especially since the brokerage manager was the one advising me. Opposing counsel refused. Tracy told me that isn't good enough for her. After she insisted and threatened to subpoena opposing counsel for the branch manager's reason for termination, the record was released to her. Per his termination he was desperate for money and going to his subordinates asking to borrow money. When confronted by his superior of this serious breach in policy, he lied. He was consequently terminated.
Tracy dug and dug and dug, revealing many inconsistencies in the opposing counsel's statements. One such statement was what did the branch manager have to gain by taking in my six-figure deposit. What did he have to gain? Tracy discovered an internal sales contest memo that showed the branch manager was in a sales contest for new deposits. Tracy revealed 1/3 of his previous years income came from getting new deposits. He did it regardless of what it would take to get new deposits or the cost to his clients.
My time in court has since ended by almost a year. Recently, Tracy texted me to see how I was holding up during the coronavirus. She knows I have some underlying health issues that make me vulnerable.
Tracy is a sincere, beautiful person who has a deep care for her clients. She just doesn't take on a client, earn her fee and move on. Tracy is truly invested in her clients' well-being.
I can say without reservation give Tracy a call. You won't regret the call or if you retain her, her dedication to your case. Brad

Wade Casey is fantastic! Got to know Wade several years ago after working with his partner on my divorce. Wade is an honest Christian man who treated me more like a friend than a client. He took time to answer my questions and explain the law in layman’s terms so that I understood each step of the way.
The first time I worked with Wade was when I was in the middle of a very unpleasant and stressful situation with a contractor. Wade resolved the matter very quickly with a letter and a phone call. Since it was non-litigious, he charged me a very reasonable set legal fee.
Over the years I have sought his counsel/services on a variety of issues. Each and every time he has been extremely helpful and has offered wise counsel. He is sensitive to the cost/benefit of his work. He would tell me up front if a subject did not fall under his expertise and would recommend an attorney he felt could better handle it. He would also tell me if legal action was not worth my time and expense.
Something else that I really appreciate about him is that he makes having an advocate affordable. No job is too small. He is diligent and detailed, a belt and suspenders lawyer who will make sure that all the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. Personally, I can’t imagine using anyone other than Wade.

We hired Jose portela to file lawsuit of massive fraud againt a fradulent enterprise in Dallas area engaged in looting millions of dollars from unsuspecting investors. We were looking for good hearted lawyers with iron fists. Jose got titaniums. The opponents had close to six to ten attorneys, some with so much experience their dentures would shake, but here is this young guy Jose with the zeal and lawyerly skills so effective that each and every motion we filed was accepted including contempt and sanctions against the defendant and their high octane zero power lawyer who basically kneeled to settle on our terms. This is a truly gentmany lawyer with tiger claws.
