Troy Moore was extremely helpful to my family during very difficult times. After my father passed, he guided us through the challenging and confusing probate process. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend

I was introduced to this attorney during the middle of an ongoing criminal case that was heading in the worst imaginable direction possible. Once I hired this attorney, he took the time to explain the legal aspect of my case and broke down everything to where I was able to understand. Mr. Ezeoke kept me fully updated throughout my entire case. At the time Mr. Ezeoke took my case, I was facing 5 years of federal prison time. Needless to say, I am here writing this review from the comfort of my own home. Mr. Ezeoke had my case dismissed and all charges dropped. He made the impossible look so easy. He was unafraid of the unjust court system and fought for my case as if it were something personal to him.

I was referred to this law firm by Godsey/Martin (Ijustgothit.com). They didn’t want to do what was necessary to take my case to trial if need be. This man; Mr. Presutti gave me is direct cell number, told me that he promises to never get more than his client, and that I can call anytime. Everything he said came true. There is on other person I would trust more than Mr. Presutti to handle any litigation for me. He took care of me on all fronts. If I called, he answered; if he didn’t answer, he called me right back. I mean he does things unexpected of attorneys.

I loved having Andrea represent us. She made us feel heard, understood our issues, and was able to be our voice when dealing with the fourth largest district in Texas. On April 25th 2009 while working as a public school teacher I suffered a massive double stroke. After getting out of the hospital I tried to go back to work and was told I was too sick to remain with the Fort Worth Independent School District and was terminated on April 15th 2010. While talking about my situation with my family doctor she told me I should immediately file for disability. While looking for legal representation from a law firm experienced with Social Security disability I came across the Law Office of Gerard Lynch Social Security Disability Lawyer. When I called the law office I had a very helpful and reassuring three and a half hour conversation with Gerard Lynch. He called Social Security and verified that I met all the criterion for filing for disability.
Gerard told me I was within weeks of qualifying but still met the requirements. He told me that it would probably take 18 to 24 months of hearings to receive disability. Gerard told me to be patient but he was certain in the end that I would win. On November 2nd 2012, nineteen months after filing I received a fully favorable decision from Social Security. Everything worked out just a Gerard assured me it would.

When I first visited Salinas Law Firm to begin my immigration process, I never expected it to go so smoothly and quickly. I submitted all necessary paperwork within three weeks, and they filed my application with immigration on March 29, 2024. By July 25, 2024, USCIS approved my Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, and I received my green card dated August 6, 2024.
The entire process—from the biometrics appointment to the final meeting with the immigration agent—was incredibly efficient. I am truly grateful for the team at Salinas Law Firm; their guidance and support were invaluable every step of the way. Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.
