Amar & I have worked together for about 11 months or so. You must give him time to come out of his attorney skin & allow him to show himself, he is a very carrying, passionate individual & works his butt off for you. He may not lead you to think he does, but as time goes on, you will figure out on your own that he is all over your case & is very knowledgeable & knows the law like he knows the back of his hand. He listens to your needs and what your interests are for the best outcome in your case, unless it is completely unrealistic, then he will tell you. You will receive documents that look like they came from another worlds language with legal jargon but he will take the time to explain them to you so you are completely "in the know" as to what is happening with your case. Our case settled with our best interest, so we didn't actually win, but it felt like the BEST WIN EVER!! If I needed someone to go to war with, it would be Amar Rival, my attorney. I have retained him for the next 5 yrs

I had issues with receiving payment on valid, current policies after a cancer diagnosis, and received every excuse the insurance company could think of not to pay the claims. As a loyalty customer since 2021, I highly recommend Dr. Hao and his team to anyone that has intention for submitting their immigration application.
Dr. Hao and his team helped me got my EB-2 NIW application approved in 2021. Everyone document that included in the submissions package is well-prepared by his team. After 8 months waiting (no premium processing at that time), my case get directly approved. In 2023, I worked with Dr. Hao and his team again for my EB1-A application. At that time, my case is not very strong (low citation) for this category. However, Dr. Hao and his team carefully assessed the evidence I provided and prepared the submission package from a unique angle to show my outstanding capability. My EB1-A application got approved within 10 days after USCIS received my premium processing request. Immediately after this, I signed another contract with Dr. Hao to help me and my wife preparing I-485 because our EB1-A case relinked the priority date from my NIW case. We were then selected for an interview and Dr. Hao attended the interview with us as well. His support is very important. He corrected me some inaccurate description during the interview.
What happened at the end is we got our green card two weeks ago! I really want to express our great thankfulness to Dr. Hao and his professional team for all the support so far. Again, if you are looking for a reliable immigration attorney, Dr. Hao and his team is definitely the first choice for you.

They skipped our consultation call. No message or reason given. I tried to call them after, and no one answered. One would expect a law firm to honor their appointments.
Edit: Their reply is disingenuous. They did not attempt to call me, at least based on what my phone records show, until several hours after our scheduled call. Which, coincidentally if we are being generous, was after I left this review.
They call my opinion "misplaced and ill-informed." What about it is factually incorrect? If what I said is not true, then why make excuses after? And why have a calendar that shows nearly every available time slot is still open?
A lawyer should choose his words more carefully.

Mr John Elliott the lawyer fought for my inheritance when I was a child. Then, he did the same for my family  in a different case. . It was emotionally very hard for me in my own case and he seemed aware and considerate if my feelings all the time. He is very smart and does things that are strategically  helpful for success. Im not a child any more but I will always be grateful to Mr. Elliott for taking care of my interests. .
