I was under a federal goverment investigation, which the result of a very complicated investigation with my former employer and Texas Department of Insurance. This went on for many years while being represented by attorney's that were provided by my former employer. I finally decided that things seem to worsen and I needed someone that would listen, hear me and would fight for my defense and not the company that I was employed by. I immediately retained Mr. Clark. I felt if I had any chance of being cleared of this investigation and getting my life back, I needed Mr. Clark to defend me. In mid of 2007, I was released from the goverment's investigation. All of the other parties involved were indicted and the company paid millions in fines that were a result of TDI,OCC,HUD,and OTS. Mr. Clark never made any empty promises to me during this process, however he stood by me every step of the way with sound advice and gave me the faith I needed to get me through the most diffcult time of my life.

Chris Carmona is one of the best attorneys in the Houston area. I filed for a change of custody suit and things took a turn for the worst not even a quarter of the way into the case. The attorney I used was not helping me at all and seemed clueless in court. My ex had the upper hand because he had a lawyer who knew what he was doing. I used this firm twice - once in 2004, and again in about 2006.
I found that they were attentive to detail and achieved results that were satisfactory.
Their fees were reasonable.
I am happy with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
I don't use lawyers very often. I was happy with the outcome from using these guys.

More follow-ups, gave him more info, then he worked my numbers, then he told me bankruptcy was not best for me, but then he talk to my bank helped me save my house. I was represented by Mr. Little in a commercial case. After first talking to Mr. Little I knew I was being represented by someone who would do everything in their power to help me. He was direct and honest in giving me advice, answering my questions, and coaching me through every step of the litigation process. We hired Mr. Mcferren at the last minute before a jury trial. It was a lengthy trial that resulted in the termination of parental rights for 1 mother and 2 fathers. All were unfit parents. The babies are brothers and only 1 and 2 years of age. Mr. Mcferren read every document that was presented to him quickly and accurately. He then defended these babies with the strongest arm of the law. Justice was definitely done in this case. I have never known of another attorney with such heart felt compassion and deep concerns for their cases. He also helped us financially. To my own surprise I was actually charged less than the normal fee. He knew we were having a hard time financially and has gone beyond any expectations to not cause more of a hardship on my family. I highly recomment Mr. Eric Meferren as an attorney to accomplish any goal he sets out to make, and to win any case he accepts. I will not hesitate to use him in the future for anything necessary.

Mr.Patterson was extremely professional and knew what needed to be done at all times. I'm sure every defendant feels this way, but it seemed to me he had extraordinary circumstances to deal with. I was a neophyte to the legal system and required a lot of attention and the plantiff's attorney, it seemed to me, was more interested in throwing up hoops to jump through and grandstanding than really trying to get at the truth. Mr. Patterson guided me to a not guilty on all counts verdict. It was nice to see the truth finally won out over the plantiff's/plantiff's attorney's shenanigans, but I am not as sure we would have prevailed had it not been for Mr. Patterson's skillful direction. I should also mention his assistant, Vickie, is aces and was very professional and sympathetic to what was going on.

Paul is a consummate professional. I had a debt issue and was referred to Mr. Scofield by a co-worker. He met with me on 2 occasions and a couple of phone calls. His rates were reasonable given the issue I was dealing with. He negotiated directly with my bank and was able to get them to restructure my note. My co-worker was in a car wreck and was having insurance issues. His brother referred him to Jason. His experience was positive as well.

Following Hurricane Harvey my wife and I were facing difficulties from a multitude of directions to include new disability, insurance adjusters underpaying, mortgage servicer derailing construction efforts and threatening foreclosure, to name a few. Before a windfall of back pay from disability left my wife and I ineligible for his pro bono work he and his firm were affording to us and our situation we were honored to have Mr Tomayo assigned to our case. I was somewhat apprehensive at first at having such a young lad holding the legal reigns of some issues that were fundamentally the totality of my wife’s and myself a life work but Mr Tomayo would soon prove to us to be a very capable advocate who provided quick, prompt, and vigorous attention and advisement with little incentive offered other than knowing personally that he was doing a good job. I found through four or five successive lawyers and firms that were to (mis)handle our case, for quite a hefty price tag (in fact to spend all of the windfall) with either zero or negative consequence results, Mr Tomayo’s advice even in comparison to some high cost legal teams consisting of a team of lawyers with a half century of experience, was the best Lawyer that money could not buy. I will be checking in from time to time on Mr Tomayo and his obvious path to great success. Mr Tomayo has found the secret that so many have missed or either lost somewhere along the way which is you must never build the base of the foundation of your success on or with money: I hope that mr Tomayo doesn’t allow the majority of his coifed brethren to corrupt or erode his values and personal conviction to offer his clients the best care available. I pray that the evils of this society and the sad desperation of which his chosen profession will no doubt introduce him to will never break his spirit to do good and to do what’s right for his clients regardless of the circumstance or financial incentives. Mr Tomayo is cut from the strongest cloth in regards to character and perseverance and we only wished we could have continued with the supers advocacy we had while in his care. Will recommend to anyone for anything and if I could afford to have him on permanent retainer (it’s not for sale) I would pay whatever price to have him back (his bill to me was zero)
As I said previously he is the best attorney that money can not buy (I’ve tried)
