I was under a federal goverment investigation, which the result of a very complicated investigation with my former employer and Texas Department of Insurance. This went on for many years while being represented by attorney's that were provided by my former employer. I finally decided that things seem to worsen and I needed someone that would listen, hear me and would fight for my defense and not the company that I was employed by. I immediately retained Mr. Clark. I felt if I had any chance of being cleared of this investigation and getting my life back, I needed Mr. Clark to defend me. In mid of 2007, I was released from the goverment's investigation. All of the other parties involved were indicted and the company paid millions in fines that were a result of TDI,OCC,HUD,and OTS. Mr. Clark never made any empty promises to me during this process, however he stood by me every step of the way with sound advice and gave me the faith I needed to get me through the most diffcult time of my life.

Chris Carmona is one of the best attorneys in the Houston area. I filed for a change of custody suit and things took a turn for the worst not even a quarter of the way into the case. The attorney I used was not helping me at all and seemed clueless in court. My ex had the upper hand because he had a lawyer who knew what he was doing. After firing the attorney I looked to Chris Carmona for help. Not only did he give me advice, he stepped in and took my case. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend

Mr.Patterson was extremely professional and knew what needed to be done at all times. I'm sure every defendant feels this way, but it seemed to me he had extraordinary circumstances to deal with. I was a neophyte to the legal system and required a lot of attention and the plantiff's attorney, it seemed to me, was more interested in throwing up hoops to jump through and grandstanding than really trying to get at the truth. Mr. Patterson guided me to a not guilty on all counts verdict. It was nice to see the truth finally won out over the plantiff's/plantiff's attorney's shenanigans, but I am not as sure we would have prevailed had it not been for Mr. Patterson's skillful direction. I should also mention his assistant, Vickie, is aces and was very professional and sympathetic to what was going on.

I had another attorney prior to Neal to deal with significant dispute as an owner in a HOA . The HOA had filed to foreclose due to fines/late fees and at that time I reached out to Neal's firm and within 24-48 hours, Neal had stepped in, communicated with the HOA sufficiently that the HOA decided to change their attorney. Neal's actions and understanding of laws in which he outlined the HOA's serious errors in taking the action they did led to a settlement with a reduction to where the HOA collected only a fraction of what their claim and removed their legal fees from the claim. He absolutely had the HOA on the run and I believe based on the HOA release had we gone to court I would have prevailed and won damages for the HOA's actions.

We initially contacted Mr. Afshar regarding a personal injury case. We called and we met him, he did provide us with a ton of information and did give us some recommendations. He also gave us the opportunity to consult with other lawyers, but my friend decided to go with him due to the amount of information that was provided and showed that he really cared about the case. I just want to say I am so glad that another attorney referred me to Mr. Colin Guy to represent me in contesting the disposition of my late father's estate. My stepmother decided she was going to disregard my his final wishes and try to steal my inheritance. Due to the relatively low dollar amount involved, I was finding it hard to get someone to represent me. Colin listened to story, took my case, and forced her to pay me like my dad wanted.
