I received my first DUI this past November and thought i had ruined my life. I reached out to Jeff Gold shortly after and he assured me that it was not the end of the world. Jeff immediately got me to start working a program that would turn my life around, not just fight the DUI. I began attending AA meetings and working with therapists to try and change my relationship with alcohol. After three months of work and diligence i was able to get my sentence reduced! None of that would have been possible with out the help of Jeff Gold. I'd strongly recommend him to anyone going through this tough situation.

Meike is the best! She's intelligent, knowledgeable and compassionate. We hired Mieke to represent my brother who found himself charged in a criminal matter. Mr. Jackson is a real lawyer, specializing in tax and business. He is a a CPA too. That was a win-win for me in an arbitration that took over a year during Covid from the first mediation to the final judgement, and Mr. Jackson attended every in-person and Zoom meeting by my side and his input was invaluable. He networked his extensive colleague relationships for me as expert witnesses in complex legal and financial precedents and won me nearly half a million dollars! His decades of experience, both courtroom and behind the scenes, got me the results I needed. And something else-- he was willing to come to me at my location at all hours day and night and toil beside me till he got the job done. Due to the length and complexity of my case and the many delays and changes due to Covid, when the grueling hours he was working (all himself, no delegating to people with less experience and expertise) piled up, he stopped charging me for his time and did it for free. Where else can you possibly get top-of-the-line legal and financial consulting like a big firm but all done by the top guy himself, personally? Seriously? The proof is in the pay off. Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. Brett explained to me the process of the Lemon law and immediately begin to work on my case. He was very forthright and always answered my calls or text keeping me informed at all times during the process. While Brett was working on my lemon law case I had to take my vehicle back to BMW for the same issue three more times.
In October Brett informed me that BMW of America excepted my lemon law case and would move forward with the buyback program. All I had to do in this whole process was provide Brett with the documents he requested from me. This made The process very easy and best of all I had no out-of-pocket fees as originally promised in our first conversation.

From the courteous receptionists to the professional lawyers, I received excellent service from everybody at Lemon Law Experts. I had a brand new manual 6-speed car that had mechanical issues within the first month of purchase. I took the car to dealer I purchased it at for repair. The dealers service department manager verified the problem and had no solution. He then raised the issue to the car's manufacturer. After multiple trips back to the dealer at the request of the manufacturer the problem was never resolved but they sent me on my way with a defective vehicle. So I contacted the Lemon Law Experts and with the hard work of the lawyers I received more than just the buy-back amount and the outcome was better than I expected and I couldn't be more happy with their work, professionalism and expertise. When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

The night of Nov. 14, 2022 was one of the darkest nights of our lives. A city water main had burst and destroyed our home – for the second time in two years. We had lost everything, twice, and were surviving second by second, minute by minute, wondering how we were going to pick up the pieces and move forward.
