Since the day I first consulted with Robert and Omar I felt a sense of ease and confidence. In that call, and every other thereafter, they conveyed understanding and compassion. Zack fought hard for my case, he was knowledgeable, assertive to the other party, and very easy to work with. Trustworthy and experienced. Well, here I am to confirm you can believe those reviewers! This attorney is patient, polite, straight forward, sincerely willing to help. I got a referral to Asaf Agazanof through a friend who had used him for another Lemon Law situation. On the initial call he was able to understand the issue very well and asked for a few items to start the case. Within 2 weeks time he provide me with the documents he had submitted to the manufacture (German Car Maker). Less than 6 weeks later he had my settlement which was better than what I had expected. Needless to say, he was very communicative and was on top of everything. The process was very easy although the manufacture was very hard to deal with.

In late 2007 I was with a stockbroker from New York. At first everything seemed ok and then everything went bad very quickly. The agent was making unauthorized trades over $1,150,000 on margin when my account had about $ 240,000 in equity. I really did not understand what was happening. When I contacted Richard Stephens, He was very Professional and reassuring. Mr. Stephens. then reviewed the files, did his own investigation and found that the brokerage firm was using an unregistered securities firm, further that the brokers were involved in fraudulent activities and conduct. Mr. Stephens decided a course of action and filed a complaint with FINRA. During the FINRA hearings the brokerage firm was always late, witnesses not available and many other reasons to delay. Mr. Stephens was very aggressive in stopping these actions and bringing out what really happened. Mr. Stephens expertise and presentation to the FINRA hearing officers resulted in a positive outcome for me. From the start to the finish Mr. Stephens was always available and kept me updated at all times on what was happening. .I firmly believe that Mr. Stephens is a honest and fair man. As an Attorney it is my opinion that there is no finer or more capable than Richard Stephens. If I ever need another attorney, I will definitely contact Mr. Stephens. I recommend without any reservation Richard Stephens to any person who needs an attorney or legal guidance. I say this because, after loosing my retirement money, he gave me back my life and I am very thankful.

If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.
If I ever need an attorney again, I would most definitely call him again.

Jordan was very helpful and nice communicated back with me in a timely manner and solved my issue of me almost losing my money on a new jetski I had bough from a dealership. The ski is going to get diagnostic and the problem should be fixed by the manufacture. I had spent so much money trying to find the problem with the ski at so many dealers but they couldn't find anything and when I would call the Manfacture they would tell me your out of luck. Thanks to Jordan for talking to them and getting me a good will service diagnostics my ski will be running and operating again and I don't have to just throw away the 20k I spent on the ski. I couldn't have had asked for better service from Jordan where no one wanted to take my case because either they said there's no money or profit margin innit for them or they just don't deal with water sport.
