Unfortunately, it wasn't likely that there was a case to pursue in my circumstances. But that in itself gave me closure, as I've reached out to several attorneys that I was never able to speak to, never got back with me via email, text or anything. I called and was immediately transferred to him and he took the time to hear me out and was patient and professional while doing so and thoroughly explained the issues surrounding the unlikeliness of me having a case which gave me closure which I am happy with, so if you see any services on his website that you think he might be able to help you with, don't hesitate to schedule an appointment and see if he'll be able to help you! This week after making an appointment with Mr. Timken, me and my husband were stood up and then was called and told that he was sorry and it was all a misunderstanding and that he wanted me to take down the review I had posted as it would hurt his practice. I forgave him and rescheduled for Friday and took down the review. Now he text me at 12 in the morning telling me he leaving town because he lost a parent I told him I was sorry for his loss. I then asked him would we be able to reschedule he replied no because he was not coming back for a long time. I believe that he called only to get me to take down my review only to come up with a lie. Me and my husband were supposed to meet him Sunday but we could not find parking. We asked to see him the next day he agreed and then deliberately stood us up out of anger because to him we wasted his time. I am starting to believe something is very wrong with this man. I truly forgave him and he still did us wrong again. But to lie now about losing a parent to get out of something is very low and disrespectful.

Outstanding Divorce/Child Custody Lawyer – Highly Recommend!
My case involved a divorce with children, filed by my ex-husband who lives in Ohio, while I reside in Minnesota. Despite my ex-husband and his lawyer insisting that the case should include child custody and be handled in Ohio, Catherine, who was well-versed in child custody laws, raised a key issue: under the UCCJEA (Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act), Ohio did not have jurisdiction over the children. The opposing party continued to push for a trial involving both the divorce and child custody in Ohio, even though this was legally improper. Ultimately, Catherine and I prevailed, as it was determined that Ohio lacked jurisdiction over the children under the UCCJEA. As a result, the divorce was finalized without any decisions made about custody, which would be addressed in Minnesota instead.
I am so grateful for the exceptional legal support I received from Catherine during my divorce. Going through such a difficult and emotional time was incredibly stressful, but she made the entire process so much easier to navigate. From the initial consultation to the final resolution, Catherine was there every step of the way, providing not only expert legal advice but also compassionate support.

My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. If you are being taken to court on a debt whether you think you owe or not call him immeadiately!!!!!

I had a free phone consultation regarding my older uncle's home going into foreclosure. Ms Smith was very patient, genuinely concerned, and compassionate. She listened to my concerns, explained how the court system works, asked me specific questions, and advised me on pros and cons of each outcome, then what she thought would be best to do. I was injured in an accident and didn't have any insurance information from the other person involved. I filed a police report and Dennis was able to obtain a video of the accident I was injured in, which I would not have had access to, that supported my claim. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me the confidence that he was truly working for my best interest not just for his fee.
My case was at the same time that my father started having sever health problems and past away, Dennis and his staff were caring and I knew that the case was being taken care of and I could concentrate on the needs of my parents.
My husband and I realized that the law is not our strong suit and that hiring Dennis was a great decision.

David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

I was introduced to Michael over three years ago when he took over a large portion of my whistleblower retaliation case against a large municipality. Michael was extremely helpful to me in navigating my severance package when I was terminated from my employment. I was overwhelmed with many feelings over the termination. Michael was instrumental assisting me both professionally and personally. Professionally he clearly explained that I had the right to negotiate with my former employer the severance package they gave me. He also shared with me his personal experience with a similar issue that happened to him. He negotiated all the negative verbiage out of the severance document that would have hindered me in future employment in my profession. he also was successful in extending my severance package for an additional 4 weeks. Greg is very knowledgeable, capable, experienced and follows up with you and lets you know what going on with your case. I wish I had known about him 10 years ago because he would've saved me thousands of dollars from credit card companies that were contacting me regarding debts from the 90s. If you are having debt collection issues, have bad credit, have credit card companies and collection agencies chasing you down I would strongly recommend Greg.

I consulted with Doug mid-court action. While I have no complaint about my previous attorney, I really appreciated Doug's ability to explain the issues at hand. It was so refreshing, comforting and he definitely went beyond my expectations in terms of effort. The court action I was involved in was stressful several unexpected roadblocks to winning. While he wasn't magic and couldn't erase those, he did provide a great analysis of their weaknesses so I was able to get a decent settlement. He would definitely be my first choice if I ever need future representation!

Doug helped me through a divorce. I had always heard that they can be messy and expensive. He and his staff made it pretty painless, fast and it did not cost me a bundle. He is extremely knowledgeable, doesn't sugarcoat anything and is very open, honest and diligent. Parking at his office is not a problem, which is rare in Columbus.
