If there as an option for 50 star rating i would happily place Mr. Forman that high without any hesitation. I personally would not want to find myself on the opposite side of Mr. Forman's client ever. Bryan resolved my case very efficiently and successfully before we even had to file a lawsuit against the defendant. I find working with Bryan easy and professional but what matters the most is that, unlike majority of attorneys, Bryan is hands on, very responsive and very punctual when representing a client. I recommend to anyone in need of an attorney to not look any further as Bryan Forman is really someone that can help.

Craig represented me in a recent issue with a vehicle manufacturer. I had a warranty failure their dealerships could not manage to fix and had been trying to escalate this issue to the manufacturer for months, sent emails to executives, etc. and could hardly get any response.
Craig sent one demand letter for me. They must have Googled him and realized he's not someone they want to mess with because they responded to his demand letter very quickly and made me a generous offer. Craig facilitated the process and I just deposited a check that I'm pretty happy with.

I was referred by a friend to contact Ted Santos regarding a Deceptive Trade Practices Act case with a local car dealership. Ted returned my call quickly and outlined the process in terms I could easily understand. He explained both the upside and downside of filing this claim and process/costs of moving forward.
What impressed me most was his honesty in letting me know that a case like this might be settled quickly or, if the dealership decided that they believed they had done nothing wrong and fought back, the time and costs could spiral quickly upward. Based on this sound advice, I went back to the dealership and negotiated a settlement on my own.
If Ted had not taken the time to explain all my options, I would have not pursued a more reasonable settlement with the dealership. The next time I need good legal advice, I will call Ted.

Many thoughts had gone through my mind at the time of my situation which were wreaking havoc on my life and health. Mr. Villareal is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain and help me better understand a revised Marketing Non-Compete Agreement at my yearly evaluation. My initial agreement went from 2 pages to 6 pages.
He was readily available or returned my calls/emails in a timely manner. I never had an issue communicating and conversing with him.
I had a meeting with my employer to speak about the changes and there was no room for compromise. At the end of the day I was able to make a more informed decision about my future with my employer.

Like many other families, we were faced with decisions that we really didn’t think we would need to make… my Dad’s dementia was deepening and my Mom, his Caretaker, was beginning to rapidly fail herself.
It came to the point I knew my Dad needed more care than what my Mom was capable of providing. It needed to be done quickly and correctly. Frankly, I was worried my Mom would pass before my Dad.
My parents are retired school-teachers. That means they are not rich, but they do have income. It certainly means they do not have the money for Nursing Home care that my Dad needs, and for that matter, my Mom needed for him to have.
I knew that trying to do the paper work and application for Medicaid was far beyond my ability and know-how. I recognized at that point we needed an Attorney to handle this for us.
I looked for a nearby attorney and found Richard Shea. This was one of the best decisions made in this difficult junction of our lives.
Richard reviewed everything carefully…. He answered questions timely… He worked as a partner with our family.
We are so grateful we hired him…it turns out that one of the accounts my mom had saved money through her job, would have been at risk if we had made the application first. Richard identified the situation and made suggestions on how to restructure it, which we did. While the amounts would not seem large to most people with an IRA or Pension, it was huge for my mom, and meant a lot to her monthly income. This one detail, more than paid for Richard’s fee.
My Dad is in a great facility. My Mom is able to relax and reclaim part of her life because she doesn’t have the heavy burden of caring for my father any longer. She can sleep at night and not have to worry if my Dad was going to get out of bed and turn on the stove and burn the house down! (He actually came close one time.) She is actually getting healthier. During her last check-up, her doctor told her he was pleased with her resurgent health.
I cannot recommend Richard enough. He is well worth his fee since he will fill out the paperwork and handle the application process and deal with the questions from the Examiner. These are details that are nerve racking enough, let alone during a stressful time.
If you are faced with these decisions, I recommend you hire Richard to handle the details. You have enough stress as it is, let him handle the part you that you are not an expert in handling. You will feel a lot better that you did.

I wish I could rate her more than 5-star as rating just 5 star is not enough for a person who is so dedicated to a profession, so caring for those in distress and above all for those who have been burnt previously by a class of greedy, money-hungry , unprofessional attorneys.
She is a Christian and a true Christian attorney who would spare no efforts to fight for you, disregarding amount of compensation she would get in the process.
I was so lucky that my good Karma prevailed and brought me to her to help me .
If one can judge an attorney by knowledge, experience, care , I think she is by far the best I have ever met in my 30 years of interaction by attorneys.
She greeted me right at the door-step of the building and even helped me carry heavy boxes of documents. She is so consistent, thorough , knowledgeable that I was amazed .
She listened to me for hours and immediately offered help . I went in for a free consultation and it was more than just a consultation she was very considerate and compassionate and really wanted to help and gave a lot more than just a free consultation she should have been paid for all the time she spent with me but it was free, in the end the only reason I didn't hire her was I did not have the affordable start-up fee she needed but when I can afford her and if I ever need an attorney for anything I will come to her always now!
